1. EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The program of the academic subject “Gymnastics” was developed on the basis of “Recommendations for the organization of educational and methodological activities in the implementation of general development programs in the field of arts.”

The academic subject “Gymnastics” is intended to prepare students for successful mastery of classical dance movements.

The main advantage of gymnastics as a means of physical education for students is that it has a wide variety of physical exercises and methods with which you can have a positive effect on the child’s body, promote the development of the motor system and form the necessary motor skills.

Considering physiological characteristics of the human body, ballet gymnastics classes must begin with early age when the child’s musculoskeletal system is already strong enough for physical activity, but still flexible and receptive to developing the necessary skills and abilities in the field of choreography.

During training, the child’s body gets used to physical exercises, flexibility, coordination, and precision of body movements develop and strengthen.

An important element classes is the availability musical accompaniment. This creates a special atmosphere in the classroom, fostering musicality and expressiveness in performing complex exercises. This kind of performance takes you away from dry performance and helps you have greater freedom when performing movements.

Goals and objectives of the academic subject “Gymnastics”:

Target: training and acquisition of special knowledge and skills by students motor activity, developing flexibility, endurance, speed and coordination of movements, and facilitating the successful development of technically complex movements.

Tasks:

    mastering knowledge about the structure and functions of the human body;

    teaching techniques correct breathing;

    teaching a set of exercises that promote the development of the child’s motor system;

    enriching students' vocabulary in the field of special knowledge;

    developing in children the habit of consciously studying movements and mastering the knowledge necessary for further work;

    developing the ability to analyze motor activity and coordination of one’s body;

    development of tempo-rhythmic memory of students;

    education of organization, discipline, clarity, accuracy;

    education of the most important psychophysical qualities of the motor system in combination with the moral and volitional qualities of the individual - strength, endurance, dexterity, speed, coordination.

The academic subject "Gymnastics" is inextricably linked with the academic subject "Fundamentals of Classical Dance", as well as with other subjects of the additional general development program in the field of choreographic art "Choreography".

Duration of the academic subject:

The period for mastering the program for children who entered an educational institution in the 1st grade at the age of six years, six months to nine years (EP with a 4-year period of development) is 1 year (1st grade).

Amount of teaching time provided for by the curriculum of an educational institution for the implementation of the subject “Gymnastics”:

The amount of time for independent work of gymnastics students is determined taking into account the individual abilities of the students with the involvement of parents and under the supervision of the teacher.

Types of extracurricular work:

Execution homework in the form of a set of special physical exercises for the development of the musculoskeletal system.

Independent studies should be regular and systematic.

Teaching methods.

To achieve the set goal and implement the objectives of the subject, the following teaching methods are used:

    methods of organizing educational activities (verbal, visual, practical);

    method of stimulation and motivation (shaping the child’s interest);

    active learning method (formation of the child’s creative abilities);

    reproductive method (repeated reproduction of acquired knowledge, skills, abilities);

    heuristic method (finding optimal execution options).

The proposed methods of working in gymnastics are the most productive in solving didactic problems and are based on proven methods and many years of experience.

Description of the material and technical conditions for the implementation of the educational subject.

The material and technical base of the educational institution must comply with sanitary and fire safety standards, labor safety standards.

Classrooms for small-group classes in the subject "Gymnastics" are equipped with ballet bars, Swedish walls, mirrors measuring 7m by 2m, a musical instrument (piano or button accordion) is required for classes.

2. CONTENT OF THE SUBJECT.

This program reflects a variety of special exercises for developing a large number of new increasingly complex motor skills, as well as the possibility of an individual approach to each student

The teacher in his work must take into account that most of the exercises are intended for execution, and the rest are for work in the classroom or just for familiarization. Consequently, the teacher can establish the degree of completion of the work on mastering the movements of gymnastics.

Gymnastics requires certain body control skills such as:

    dexterity;

    flexibility;

    muscle strength;

    speed of reaction;

    coordination of movements.

"pass" (no mark)

reflects a sufficient level of preparation and performance at this stage of training.

Depending on the established traditions of a particular educational institution and taking into account expediency, the assessment of the quality of performance can be supplemented with a “+” and “-” system, which will make it possible to more specifically note the student’s performance.

When calculating the final grade, the following is taken into account:

    assessment of the student’s annual work;

    assessment in the test lesson.

Grades are given at the end of each quarter and half-year of the academic year.

5. METHODOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS.

The main form of educational and educational work- a lesson in the classroom, usually including checking the completed task, joint work of the teacher and student to perform gymnastic exercises, recommendations from the teacher regarding methods independent work student. A lesson can have a different form, which is determined not only by the specific tasks facing the students, but is also largely determined by their individuality, as well as the relationship between the students and the teacher that has developed during the lesson.

When working with students, the teacher must follow the principles of consistency, gradualism, accessibility, and clarity in mastering the material. The entire learning process should be based on execution known rules: from simple to complex, from easy to difficult, from known to unknown. The content of the learning process in kiil gymnastics lessons, in accordance with the fundamental principles of pedagogical science, should be educational in nature and based on the didactic principles of consciousness and activity, systematicity and consistency of solid mastery of the fundamentals of the subject being studied.

One of the main tasks of gymnastics as a subject is the education of the most important psychophysical qualities, the development of the motor system in combination with the formation of moral and volitional qualities of the individual - strength, endurance, agility, reaction speed, courage, creative initiative, coordination and expressiveness.

When starting training, the teacher must proceed from the child’s physical capabilities. A necessary condition for successful training in gymnastics lessons is the formation in the student at the initial stage of the correct positioning of the body, arms, legs and head . From the first lessons it is useful to tell the student about anatomical structure body, about the role of physical culture and sports in the formation of a healthy lifestyle.

In classes with students, the teacher helps students see the image of movement. The student absorbs, like a sponge, all the impressions from the teacher’s actions, therefore, all the teacher’s behavior in the lesson should be built as a positive example of the correct attitude towards the common cause, and the demonstration should be accurate, detailed and of high quality. Display must be used skillfully - that is, not abused in cases where it is not necessary. There is no point in showing a movement that is well known; this reduces interest in classes and does nothing to develop students' memory.

Performance technique is a necessary means to perform any gymnastic exercise Therefore, it is necessary to constantly stimulate the student’s work to improve his performing technique.

A special place is occupied by work on coordination of movements, therefore, from the first years of training it is necessary to develop agility, as one of the most important motor qualities required in gymnastics lessons. Without dexterity, no exercise can be mastered. It allows you to avoid injuries when performing complex movements, which require the ability to distribute attention.

The correct organization of the educational process, the successful and comprehensive development of the student’s data depend directly on how carefully the work is planned, therefore, when preparing for a lesson, the teacher must, first of all, determine its direction.

An important method of properly organizing a lesson is the thoughtful, planned placement of students. When performing movements at the machine, students must be positioned so that they do not interfere with each other. When performing movements in the middle of the hall, it is better to place the children in a checkerboard pattern so that the teacher can see them better, and after 2-3 lessons the lines should be changed.

To self-monitor the exercises, it is necessary to conduct classes in front of a mirror. However, classes in front of a mirror should be alternated with classes without a mirror so that students learn to control their movements only with the help of muscle sense.

One of the most important methodological tasks of a teacher is to teach the child to work independently. Creative tasks develop personal qualities that are important for any type of activity, such as imagination, thinking, passion, hard work, activity, initiative, and independence. These qualities are necessary for organizing competent independent work, which can significantly enhance educational process.

The amount of independent work is determined taking into account the minimum cost of preparing homework (in parallel with the children’s mastering the basic general education program), based on the pedagogical traditions established in the educational institution and methodological expediency, as well as the individual abilities of the student. You should adhere to the following principles in organizing independent work:

    the student must be physically healthy, classes at elevated temperatures are dangerous to health and impractical, since the result of classes will always be negative;

    independent studies must be regular and systematic;

    frequency of classes - every day or every other day, depending on the complexity and labor intensity of the task;

    the amount of time for independent study per week is 1 hour;

    Individual homework can be carried out in several stages and should be built in accordance with the recommendations of the gymnastics teacher.

1. Exercises for the feet.

The purpose of these exercises is to develop flexibility and strength of the foot, stretching the Achilles tendons. This is necessary for jumping and half-toe movements.

2. Turnout exercises.

These exercises develop the arch support of the thigh, lower leg and foot, increase the elasticity of the ligamentous apparatus and the mobility of all joints of the body. The everted position of the legs in classical dance is caused by anatomical and aesthetic reasons. Eversion makes it possible to move the leg very high. Only with the inverted position of the legs is a line and pattern of classical dance created that meets the laws of aesthetics.

3. Forward flexibility exercises.

The purpose of the exercises in this group is aimed at developing the flexibility of the back muscles and the inside of the legs.

When performing these exercises, special attention should be paid to:

A) correct position body when bending forward;

b) maximum knee extension.

4. Backward flexibility exercises.

This group of exercises develops flexibility in the abdominal muscles and outer legs. When performing the exercises in this section, you must ensure that the child reaches up as far as possible before bending back. Failure to comply with this condition develops poor posture and leads to injuries to the spine and back muscles.

5.Strength exercises for the abdominal muscles.

Strength exercises are dominated by active contractions (tensions) of muscles to overcome the force of gravity of the body. Exercises should begin with light, short-term loads, gradually involving the muscles in the work. Perform each exercise several times in a row without a break, but the number of repetitions should be such as not to cause much fatigue. It is advisable to use different variations of the same exercise.

6. Strength exercises for the back muscles.

When developing flexibility, it is useful to combine stretching exercises with strength exercises. Developing back muscle strength is necessary not only to eliminate active weakness, but also to avoid weakening lumbar region spine and thereby protect it from injury.

7. Exercises to develop the step.

The purpose of this group of exercises is to prepare the legs for complex dance movements with large amplitude. This is the most time-consuming part of the lesson.

Depending on the nature of the stretching exercises, they can be:

a) slow ones, which are both strength and stretching exercises; this group includes the so-called “puffs”;

b) fast - sharp throwing of the leg with tense muscles, with maximum application of force (grand battement jete).

8. Jumping.

Exercises in this group are aimed at developing spring function feet, “balloon”, that is, the ability to linger in the air in a certain position. To do this, you need to learn to reach the limiting point of the jump, which helps to hang in the air.

When preparing for a lesson on the subject "Gymnastics", you must remember that exercises to develop strength should be alternated with exercises to develop flexibility, since they are a rest from strength exercises.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

“Additional general development program for artistic gymnastics"- is an additional program of physical education and health improvement.

The program ensures strict consistency and continuity of the entire process of training gymnasts, continuity in solving the problems of promoting health and harmonious development of young athletes, nurturing moral and volitional qualities and persistent interest in classes, hard work, development of physical qualities, creating the prerequisites for achieving high sports results.

1. Features of the sport Artistic gymnastics

Artistic gymnastics is rightfully considered one of the most spectacular and popular types sports. Russian gymnasts have achieved great success at the international sports arena. Artistic gymnastics included in the program olympic games. The competition program for men includes six types of exercises: floor exercises, pommel horse exercises, rings exercises, uneven bars exercises, horizontal bar exercises, and vault exercises.

Floor exercises are a combination of gymnastic elements (acrobatic jumps, small acrobatics elements, balances, elements choreography), performed individually on a special gymnastics mat.

Exercises on the pommel horse (swings and swings with one and two legs, straight and reverse crosses, circles with one and two legs, dismounts) are considered the most difficult of all types of gymnastic all-around. They are complicated by the introduction of turns, exits and transitions, changing the conditions of support on two and one handles, inside the handles, on the handle and body of the horse, on the body, and can be performed longitudinally and transversely.

Exercises on the rings are one of the most difficult types of all-around gymnastics. From a combination various exercises consist of combinations, the indispensable condition of which is a combination of various power movements, complex static poses, sharp transitions of swing exercises into static positions. To master such exercises, you need a combination of well-developed muscle strength, flexibility, spatial orientation and sense of balance, emotional stability, determination and courage.

Vaults are short-term movements that are complex in coordination and require great concentration of muscle effort, orientation in space, attention, determination and courage. Performed with a running start, usually by pushing both legs gymnastic bridge, with mandatory intermediate support with hands on the projectile.

On uneven bars (height 175 cm from the surface of the mats) swing, static and dynamic exercises in stops and hangs, across and longitudinally in relation to the projectile, on one and two poles, with alternating and simultaneous interceptions of the hands, in the middle and at the ends of the poles, facing outwards and inwards.

Exercises on the crossbar have great potential for the development of coordination of movements, muscle strength, flexibility, stability of the functions of the vestibular analyzer to the effects of acceleration, orientation in space, courage, accurate calculation and caution when performing complex exercises.

The main type of training for gymnasts is sports training. It is a multi-year, year-round process aimed at developing the abilities necessary to achieve sportsmanship. Training in artistic gymnastics is based on general For sports activities principles:

Specialization and focus on highest achievements– systematic work on mastering increasingly complex exercises, program material of higher sports categories. For this purpose they are used special exercises And methodological techniques. Their selection is carried out in accordance with the general and special physical fitness, functional capabilities of the body, motor and mental abilities, orientation and attitude of young gymnasts to classes.

Unity of common and special training provides for the promotion of health, improvement of general and special physical fitness, physical and mental performance, mastering the necessary knowledge in the field of gymnastics and related disciplines, developing abilities for successful mastery of program material of this and more complex sports categories, studying the degree of flexibility of abilities for development (trainability).

Continuity training process follows from the didactic principle of systematicity and consistency. Mastering a large volume of exercises, connections, and combinations that differ sharply from each other in structure, energy and sensory support requires many years of year-round training. Weekly, monthly, annual, biennial and Olympic four-year training cycles are being developed. They take into account the complexity of the exercises, the volume and intensity of physical and psychological stress, rest, combination sports training with school studies and other interests of gymnasts.

The unity of gradual increase and the desire for maximum loads logically follows from the previous principle. Reasonable dosing of the load for the development of the functional capabilities of the body and the psychological readiness of gymnasts to bring exercises to high mastery of performance, virtuosity, artistry, is based on a good knowledge of the state of health, the functional capabilities of the body, and the abilities of young gymnasts.

Undulating dynamics training loads manifests itself in a periodic increase and decrease in their volume and intensity. This allows you to better manage the processes of fatigue and restore the gymnast’s performance. The increase and decrease in load is regulated by the number of elements, connections and entire combinations performed during the training lesson.

These principles are consistent with the principles of training and education. In accordance with them, they are built as a separate training session, as well as the long-term process of training gymnasts of all levels of sports qualifications.

During the training process, general and special physical, technical, tactical, psychological and theoretical training of gymnasts is carried out. Training is carried out in educational, educational and training sessions, competitions, extracurricular and non-competitive events and other types of classes.
