" Smile "

The children lie down on the carpet. They close their eyes. “Who ran fast today, jumped and galloped. He, of course, is not tired, but the head is tired, It is always time for her to think. You just need to lie down, remember the sun, the sea. Look inside yourself and see an asterisk, next to the moon. Here she shines and smiles. And ignited by the moon. If you saw it. Open your eyes, look at your friends, smile.

"Elephant"

Put your feet firmly, then imagine yourself as an elephant. Slowly transfer the body weight to one leg, and raise the other high and lower it to the floor with a “roar”. Move around the room, alternately raising each leg and lowering it with a kick of the foot on the floor. Breathe out "Wow!"

"Bell"

Children lie on their backs. They close their eyes and relax to the sound of the lullaby “Fluffy Clouds”. “Awakening” takes place to the sound of a bell.

"Summer Day"

Children lie on their backs, relaxing all the muscles and closing their eyes. Relaxation to the sound of calm music:

I'm lying in the sun,

But I don't look at the sun.

We close our eyes, our eyes rest.

The sun caresses our faces

May we have a good dream.

Suddenly we hear: boom-boom-boom!

Thunder came out for a walk.

Thunder rumbles like a drum.

"Silence"

Hush, hush, hush! You can't talk!

We are tired - we need to sleep - we will lie down quietly on the bed

And we will sleep quietly.

"Cuckoo"

The children lie on the carpet with their eyes closed. “Quiet, it became quiet all of a sudden. The sun has fallen asleep. The dandelion has been sleeping for a long time, and the grasshopper too. And the cuckoo doesn't care, she can't sleep. All ku-ku-ku-ku, echoes outside the window. I'll rest a little, and now I'll look out the window.

"Friendly Kids"

The children lie on the carpet. “Friendly children in our garden, I really want to reassure them. Close your eyes friends and imagine. Lake, swans, beautiful sky. Well, now you imagine a wave. Here I want to douse you with it. Scary? Not at all. Lie still. Well, now open your eyes together.”

" Shore "

Children stand on the carpet and look at the leader. “Stay close, stand together. The shore is here, and you are there. Now close your eyes. And try, so stand still"

" Wish "

Children lie face up on the carpet. Stars on the ceiling “The eyes look at the beautiful sky. See how many stars are in the clear sky. You can count them, or you can choose one. And the desire to guess. One, two, three, my wish, asterisk, accept!

"Fish"

Children sit and look at the panel "Fish in the Sea". “The sea is worried, the sea is worried. I really want to fight the sky. The fish swim all and without stopping. Close your eyes and swim. Open your eyes and find the same fish.

"Flowers in the Clearing"

Children lie on their stomachs and look at the panel “Flowers in a meadow” “Flowers in a meadow stand together. Flowers are waiting for the guys here again. I will take a step and stop. I'll think about whether I'm stepping so dexterously. And the flowers nod to me. Let's lie down in the meadow and rest. I'll close my eyes and I'm on my way again. Flowers and flowers - I walk on the dew"

"Rain"

Children lie on the carpet, on their stomachs from the beginning with their eyes open. “Rain - drip-drip on the roof. It is no longer heard. Eyes close, meet the sun. I see the sun in the distance and a boat on the river. The rain suddenly poured like a river, I opened a large umbrella. The rain runs away, I open my eyes.

"Rest "

Children lie on the carpet with their eyes closed. “Birds sing from morning to evening. I like to listen when I have nothing to do. And now they sing and sing. I rest and think here. I will grow up, become big, smart, beautiful like that. You just need to be able to rest. And then you can quickly get tired. If the eyes were working, think about whether they want to rest.

" Toys "

1. "Parsley": the whole body is soft, rag, relaxed (15-20 seconds).
2. "Pinocchio": the whole body is tense, hard wooden (10-15 seconds)
3. Again "Parsley"

RELAXATION FOR CHILDREN OF THE MIDDLE GROUP.

Facial muscle relaxation exercises:

"Locked Mouth"

Purse your lips so that they are not visible at all. Close your mouth with a “lock”, tightly squeezing your lips. Then relax them:

I have a secret, I won't tell you, no (purse your lips).

Oh, how hard it is to resist without saying anything (4–5 s).

Nevertheless, I will relax my lips, and I will leave the secret to myself.

"Evil calmed down"

Tighten your jaw, stretching your lips and exposing your teeth. Roar with all your might. Then take a few deep breaths, stretch, smile and, opening your mouth wide,

yawn:
- And when I get very angry, I tense up, but I hold on.

I squeeze my jaw strongly and scare everyone with a growl (growl).

For anger to fly away and the whole body to relax,

Take a deep breath, stretch, smile,

Maybe even yawn (open mouth wide, yawn).

Neck relaxation exercises:

"Curious Barabara"

Starting position: standing, feet shoulder-width apart, arms down, head straight. Turn your head to the left, then to the right. Inhale-exhale. The movement is repeated 2 times in each direction. Then return to initial position relax muscles:

Curious Varvara looks to the left, looks to the right.

And then again forward - here a little rest.

Raise your head up, look at the ceiling as long as possible. Then return to the starting position, relax the muscles:

And Varvara looks up the longest and farthest!

Comes back - relaxation is nice!

Slowly lower your head down, press your chin to your chest. Then return to the starting position, relax the muscles:

And now let's look down - the muscles of the neck have tensed!

Coming back - relaxing is nice!

Muscle relaxation exercises:

"Lemon"

Lower your hands down and imagine that there is a lemon in your right hand, from which you need to squeeze the juice. Slowly clench your right hand as tightly as possible into a fist. Feel how tense your right hand is. Then throw the "lemon" and relax your hand:

I will take a lemon in my hand.

I feel like it's round.

I squeeze it a little -

I squeeze lemon juice.

All right, juice is ready.

I throw a lemon, relax my hand.

Perform the same exercise with your left hand.

"Pair"

(alternating movement with tension and relaxation of the arms).

Standing opposite each other and touching the partner's forward palms, straighten your right arm with tension, thereby bending at the elbow left hand partner. At the same time, the left hand bends at the elbow, and the partner straightens.
"Vibration".
- What a wonderful day today!

We will drive away boredom and laziness.

They shook their hands.

Here we are healthy and strong.

Leg muscle relaxation exercises:

"Deck"

Imagine yourself on a ship. Shakes. In order not to fall, you need to spread your legs wider and press them to the floor. Clasp your hands behind your back. The deck rocked - transfer the body weight to the right leg, press it to the floor (the right leg is tense, the left is relaxed, slightly bent at the knee, the toe touches the floor). Straighten up. Relax your leg. It swung in the other direction - to press the left leg to the floor. Straighten up! Inhale-exhale!

It began to rock the deck! Press your foot to the deck!

We press the leg tighter, and relax the other.

Relaxation exercises for the whole body:

"Snow Woman"

Children imagine that each of them is a snowman. Huge, beautiful, which was fashioned from the snow. She has a head, a torso, two arms sticking out to the sides, and she stands on strong legs. Beautiful morning, the sun is shining. Here it begins to bake, and the snowman begins to melt. Next, the children depict how the snowman melts. First the head melts, then one hand, then the other. Gradually, little by little, the body begins to melt. The snowman turns into a puddle that spreads on the ground.

"Birds"

Children imagine that they are small birds. They fly through the fragrant summer forest, inhale its aromas and admire its beauty. So they sat down on a beautiful wild flower and breathed in its light aroma, and now they flew to the highest linden, sat on its crown and felt the sweet smell of a flowering tree. But a warm summer breeze blew, and the birds, along with its impulse, rushed to the murmuring forest stream. Sitting on the edge of the stream, they cleaned their feathers with their beaks, drank clean, cool water, splashed and again rose up. And now we will land in the most comfortable nest in a forest clearing.

"Slow motion"

Children sit closer to the edge of the chair, lean against the back, put their hands freely on their knees, legs slightly apart, close their eyes and sit quietly for a while, listening to slow, quiet music:

Everyone can dance, jump, run, draw.

But not everyone knows how to relax, to rest.

We have a game like this - very easy, simple.

The movement slows down, tension disappears.

And it becomes clear - relaxation is pleasant!

"Pulled - Broken"

Stand up straight. As you inhale, stretch up strongly, stretching your arms, straining your body. Gradually exhale the air and relax the body. First, relax the hands, then in the elbows, then completely (hands fell down).

Relax the neck (the head falls on the chest). Relax your back muscles and bend in half. The body relaxed and sagged.

Relax your knees and gently fall to the floor. Lie like this.

"Left and Right"

The left hand is tense, the right is relaxed; the right hand is tense, the left is relaxed. The left leg is tense, the right is relaxed; the right leg is tense, the left is relaxed. Close the right eye, with the left draw three circles clockwise, three circles - against. Close the left eye, right draw three circles counterclockwise, three - clockwise.

RELAXATION FOR CHILDREN OF THE OLDER GROUP.

"Air balloons"

Imagine that you are all balloons, very beautiful and funny. You are inflated, and you become lighter and lighter. Your whole body becomes light, weightless. And the arms are light, and the legs are light, light. The balloons rise higher and higher. A warm gentle breeze is blowing, it gently blows over each ball ... (pause - stroking the children). It blows on the ball ..., caresses the ball ... It's easy for you, calmly. You fly where the gentle breeze blows. But now it's time to return home. You are back in this room. Stretch and open your eyes on the count of three. Smile at your balloon.

"Clouds"

Imagine a warm summer evening. You lie on the grass and look at the clouds floating in the sky - such white, big, fluffy clouds in the blue sky. Everything around is quiet and calm, you are warm and comfortable. With each breath and exhalation, you begin to slowly and smoothly rise into the air, higher and higher, to the very clouds. Your arms are light, light, your legs are light. your whole body becomes light as a cloud. Here you are swimming up to the biggest and fluffiest, to the most beautiful cloud in the sky. Closer and closer. And now you are already lying on this cloud, you feel how it gently strokes you, this fluffy and gentle cloud ... (pause - stroking the children). Stroking ..., stroking ... You feel good and pleasant. You are relaxed and calm. But then a cloud lowered you into a clearing. Smile at your cloud. Stretch and open your eyes on the count of three. You had a good rest on the cloud.

"Lazy"

Today my children have been doing a lot, playing and, probably, tired. I suggest you be a little lazy. Imagine that you are lazy and bask on a soft, soft carpet. The surroundings are quiet and calm, you breathe easily and freely. A feeling of pleasant peace and relaxation covers your entire body. You rest easy, you are lazy. Rest your hands, rest your legs ... (pause - stroking the children). The arms are resting at ..., the legs are resting at ... Pleasant warmth covers your entire body, you are too lazy to move, you are pleased. Your breathing is perfectly calm. Your arms, legs, your whole body is relaxed. A feeling of pleasant peace fills you from within. You rest, you are lazy. Pleasant laziness spreads throughout the body. You enjoy complete peace and relaxation, which brings you strength and good mood. Stretch, throw off laziness and at the expense of "three" open your eyes. You feel well rested, you have a cheerful mood.

"Waterfall"

Imagine that you are standing near a waterfall. Wonderful day, blue sky, warm sun. The mountain air is fresh and pleasant. You breathe easily and freely. But our waterfall is unusual, instead of water, soft white light falls in it. Imagine that you are standing under this waterfall and feel how this beautiful white light streams over your head. You feel how it pours over your forehead, then over your face, down your neck ... White light flows over your shoulders ... helps them become soft and relaxed ... (pause - stroking the children). And gentle light flows further along the chest at ..., along the stomach at ... Let the light stroke your hands, fingers. The light also flows through the legs, and you feel how the body becomes softer and you relax. This amazing waterfall of white light flows around your entire body. You feel completely calm, and with each breath you relax more and more. Now stretch and open your eyes at the count of three. The magical light filled you with fresh strength and energy.

Relaxation exercises to relieve tension from the muscles of the trunk, arms, legs

"Sleeping Kitten"

Imagine that you are funny, mischievous kittens. Kittens walk, arch their backs, wag their tails. But now the kittens are tired...they start yawning, lie down on the rug and fall asleep. In kittens, the tummies rise and fall evenly, they breathe calmly (repeat 2-3 times).

"Bumps"

Imagine that you are cubs and your mother bear is playing with you. She throws you cones. You catch them and squeeze them with force in your paws. But now the cubs are tired and drop their paws along the body - the paws are resting. And the mother bear again throws cones to the cubs ... (repeat 2-3 times)

Cold-hot”

Imagine that you are playing in a sunny meadow. Suddenly a cold wind blew. You felt cold, you froze, wrapped your arms around yourself, pressed your head to your hands - you are warming yourself. We warmed up, relaxed ... But then a cold wind blew again ... (repeat 2-3 times).

“Sun and clouds”

Imagine that you are sunbathing. But then the sun went behind a cloud, it became cold - everyone huddled into a ball to warm up (hold their breath). The sun came out from behind the clouds, it became hot - everyone relaxed (on exhalation). Repeat 2-3 times.

"Jewel"

Imagine that you are holding in your fists something very valuable, dear to you, and someone wants to take it away from you. You squeeze your fists tighter and tighter ... even tighter, the bones have already turned white, the hands begin to tremble ... But then the offender is gone, and you open your fists, your fingers become relaxed, your hands lie calmly on your knees ... they rest ... (repeat 2-3 times ).

“Sand Play”

Imagine that you are sitting on the beach. Take sand in your hands (as you inhale). Strongly clenching your fingers into a fist, hold the sand in your hands (holding your breath). Sprinkle sand on your knees, gradually opening your hands and fingers. Drop powerlessly hands along the body, too lazy to move heavy hands (repeat 2-3 times).

"Ant"

Imagine that you are sitting in a clearing, the sun is gently warming. An ant climbed on toes. With force, pull the socks over yourself, legs tense, straight. Let's listen to which finger the ant sits on (holding the breath). Let's throw the ant off its feet (on the exhale). Socks go down - to the sides, relax your legs: legs rest (repeat 2-3 times).

Relaxation exercises to relieve tension from the muscles of the face

"Smile"

Imagine that you see a beautiful sun in front of you in the picture, whose mouth broke into a wide smile. Smile in response to the sun and feel how the smile passes into your hands, reaches the palms. Do this again and try to smile wider. Your lips stretch, cheek muscles tense up… Breathe and smile… your arms and hands are filled with the smiling power of the sun (repeat 2-3 times).

"Sunny Bunny"

Imagine that a sunbeam looked into your eyes. Close them. He ran further across the face. Gently stroke it with your palms: on the forehead, on the nose, on the mouth, on the cheeks, on the chin. Stroke gently, so as not to frighten away, the head, neck, tummy, arms, legs. He climbed up by the collar - stroke him there too. He is not mischievous - he catches and caresses you, and you pet him and make friends with him (repeat 2-3 times).

"Bee"

Imagine a warm, summer day. Substitute the sun for your face, your chin also tans (open your lips and teeth while inhaling). A bee is flying, going to sit on someone's tongue. Close your mouth tightly (hold your breath). Chasing the bee, you can vigorously move your lips. The bee flew away. Slightly open your mouth, exhale with relief (repeat 2-3 times).

"Butterfly"

Imagine a warm, summer day. Your face is sunbathing, your nose is also sunbathing - expose your nose to the sun, your mouth is half open. A butterfly flies, chooses whose nose to sit on. Wrinkle the nose, lift the upper lip up, leave the mouth half open (holding the breath). When chasing a butterfly, you can vigorously move your nose. The butterfly has flown away. Relax the muscles of the lips and nose (on the exhale) (repeat 2-3 times).
"Swing"
Imagine a warm, summer day. Your face is tanning, the gentle sun is stroking you (the muscles of the face are relaxed). But then a butterfly flies and sits on your eyebrows. She wants to swing like on a swing. Let the butterfly swing on the swing. Move your eyebrows up and down. The butterfly has flown away, and the sun warms (relaxation of facial muscles) (repeat 2-3 times).

RELAXATION FOR CHILDREN PREPARATORY

TO SCHOOL GROUP.

"Fight"

Target: relax the muscles of the lower face and hands.

"You had a fight with a friend. A fight is about to begin. Take a deep breath, tightly squeeze your jaws. Fix your fingers in your fists, press your fingers into your palms until it hurts. Hold your breath for a few seconds. Think: maybe you shouldn't fight? Exhale and relax. Hooray! The trouble is over!" This exercise is useful not only with anxious, but also with aggressive children.

"Balloon"

Target: relieve stress, calm the children. All players stand or sit in a circle.

The facilitator gives instructions: “Imagine that now we will inflate balloons. Inhale the air, bring an imaginary balloon to your lips and, puffing out your cheeks, slowly inflate it through parted lips. Watch with your eyes as your balloon grows larger and more, as they increase, the patterns on it grow. Imagine? I also imagined your huge balloons. Blow carefully so that the balloon does not burst. Now show them to each other. " The exercise can be repeated 3 times.

"Ship and Wind"

Target: set the group to work, especially if the children are tired.

“Imagine that our sailboat is sailing through the waves, but suddenly it stopped. Let’s help it and invite the wind to help. urges the boat. Let's try again. I want to hear how the wind rustles! "The exercise can be repeated 3 times.

"Gift under the tree"

Target: relaxation of facial muscles, especially around the eyes.
“Imagine that the New Year holiday is coming soon. You have been dreaming about a wonderful gift for a whole year. Here you go to the tree, close your eyes tightly and take a deep breath. Hold your breath. What lies under the tree? Now exhale and open your eyes. Oh, miracle! The long-awaited toy is in front of you! Are you happy? Smile. "After completing the exercise, you can discuss (if the children want) who dreams of what.

"pipe"

Target: relaxation of facial muscles, especially around the lips.

"Let's play the pipe. Take a deep breath, bring the pipe to your lips. Start exhaling slowly, and as you exhale try to stretch your lips into a tube. Then start over. Play! What a wonderful orchestra!" All of these exercises can be performed in a group, sitting or standing at tables.

" Flower "

Goals: removal of psycho-emotional stress.

To calm relaxing music, show the child photographs of various flowers, if there are indoor flowers - let him come up to them, touch the leaves. You can offer to water the flowers. Ask which flower he liked the most? What flower would he like to be? Then say:

« You chose a wonderful flower! And now you can turn into him. Let's try! Squat down, lower your head and arms. Imagine that you are a small seed from which a large and beautiful flower will grow. Introduced? Great! Now a warm-warm ray of the sun has reached the earth and warmed you. Then a sprout sprouted. And so, a beautiful flower began to grow from a sprout. You began to grow! Start getting up slowly. Grow, grow ... and now you are already so big! Now spread your arms out to the sides. You bask in the sun, expose each petal to heat and light. Smile, raise your chin, imagine that you are looking at the sun, slowly turn your head to the right and left. You are calm, pleasant. You feel very good. Now join your palms. Let it be a bud. A breeze blows on it - blow on your palms. The button does not open. And the wind keeps blowing. He's getting stronger. Blow on the palm of your hand stronger and stronger! But then the sun came out, the wind died down. Warm your palms with your breath. It got warm and good. The bud began to open. Start slowly spreading your fingers to the side. The bud has opened! Smile at him.

Note: At the end of the exercise, you can invite the child to draw a flower that he was, and come up with a story about him.

"Storm on the Sea"

Target:

"Storm"

Target:

"Waterfall"

Target: This imagination game will help kids relax.

"Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Inhale and exhale deeply 2-3 times. Imagine that you are standing near a waterfall. But this is not an ordinary waterfall. Instead of water, a soft white light falls down in it. Now imagine yourself under this waterfall and feel how this beautiful white light streams over your head... you feel how your forehead relaxes, then your mouth, how your neck muscles relax... the white light flows over your shoulders, the back of your head and helps them become soft and relaxed. from your back, and you notice how tension disappears in your back, and it also becomes soft and relaxed.
And the light flows through your chest, through your stomach. You feel how they relax and you yourself, without any effort, can inhale and exhale deeper. This makes you feel very relaxed and pleasant. Let the light flow also on your hands, on the palms, on the fingers. You notice how the hands and arms become softer and more relaxed. The light also flows down your legs, down to your feet. You feel that they also relax and become soft. This amazing waterfall of white light flows around your entire body. You feel completely calm and serene, and with each inhalation and exhalation, you relax more and more deeply and are filled with fresh forces ... (30 seconds).
Now thank this waterfall of light for relaxing you so wonderfully... Stretch a little, straighten up and open your eyes.” After this game, it is worth doing something calm.

"Dancing Hands"

Target: if children are restless or upset, this game will give them (especially upset, restless) the opportunity to clarify their feelings and relax internally.

"Lay out large sheets of wrapping paper (or old wallpaper) on the floor. Take 2 crayons each. Choose a crayon of the color you like for each hand. Now lie back on the spread paper so that your hands, from hand to elbow, are above the paper. ( In other words, so that the children have room to draw.) Close your eyes, and when the music starts, you can draw on the paper with both hands. Move your hands to the beat of the music. Then you can see what happened "(2-3 minutes ).

"Blind Dance" The game is played to music.

Target: development of trust in each other, removal of excessive muscle tension.

"Pair up. One of you gets a blindfold, he will be "blind". The other will remain "sighted" and will be able to drive the "blind". Now hold hands and dance with each other to light music (1-2 minutes). Now switch roles and help your partner tie the bandage." As preparatory phase you can put the children in pairs and ask them to hold hands. The one who sees moves his hands to the music, and a blindfolded child tries to repeat these movements without releasing his hands, 1-2 minutes. Then the children switch roles. If an anxious child refuses to close his eyes, reassure him and do not insist. Let her dance with her eyes open. As the child gets rid of anxiety states, you can begin to play the game not sitting, but moving around the room.

"Storm on the Sea"

Target: relax the muscles of the body, hands, develop plasticity.

Children stand in a circle, depicting the stormy excitement of the sea; some of the children depict fish that hide on the bottom of the sea, seagulls that quickly flap their wings and hide on the shore.

"Storm"

Target: relax the muscles of the arms and legs, develop plasticity.

Children become in a circle. The teacher tells the children that it is usually very quiet before a thunderstorm, and asks the children to freeze. Then distant quiet sounds are heard: children rub their palms against their palms. The sounds gradually increase: the children clap their hands, at first quietly, then louder. A thunderstorm is already heard: the children stamp their feet. Thunderstorm in full swing: children stamp their feet loudly and clap their hands. But now the storm begins to subside: all movements are in reverse order.

"Tree"

Standing or sitting at the table, put your feet together, feet should be pressed to the floor, arms down, back straight. Take a calm breath in and out, calm your breath and gently raise your hands up. Hold them at ear level, palms facing each other, fingers together. Stretch your whole body. Focus your attention on the spine. Breathing is arbitrary, calm. Stretching up, imagine a strong, strong tree. It is deeply rooted in the ground. A tall, slender trunk reaches for the sun. Your body, like a tree, is filled with strength, vivacity, and health. Hold the pose for 15-20 seconds. Then gently lower your hands and relax, taking two or three calm breaths and exhalations, lengthening the exhalation.

"Divine Vine"

Performed sitting or standing, hands down. Putting your hands behind your back, join your palms. Then, turning your folded hands with your fingers up, position your hands so that the little fingers touch the spine along their entire length. Raise your elbows, straighten your back, expand your chest as much as possible, take your shoulders back. Breathing is arbitrary, calm. Hold the pose for 20 - 30 seconds. Then slowly return to the starting position. Stroke your wrists, release tension from them, shake your hands and breathe calmly. The very name of the pose speaks of its beauty. Your back becomes straight, muscles are strong, arms are flexible. You breathe easily and freely. The chest opened up, the tension went away, the heart works evenly.

If the children, sitting at the table during the teacher's explanation, replace the traditional folding of the hands (at least sometimes) with this position, then their back will always be straight.

"Swan"

Sit with your back touching the back of a chair, or stand up straight. Lower your arms, take your shoulders back. Take your hands behind your back and slowly raise them up without tilting your torso. Pay attention to the area between the shoulder blades, feel the warmth between them and gently lower your arms. Relax by taking a few calm breaths in and out.

This exercise helps relieve tension in the back, strengthens the back muscles, improves blood circulation in the spine and mobility in the shoulder statutes. Notice when you sit for a long time, you involuntarily want to pull your hands back, the body itself asks for it. So help him.

"Crossroads"

Stand up or sit up straight. Pull your right hand up with force, lower your left hand down. Then lower your right hand down the spine, palm to the spine. The left hand is turned with the back to the back so that the middle finger touches the spine, and reaches for the right hand. Try to lock your fingers together. Keep your head straight, press your raised elbow to your head. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds. Then lower your arms and rest. Repeat the exercise by changing the position of the hands.

This exercise is useful not only for strengthening the spine, it improves its condition with curvature and other posture disorders. If the spine is curved to the right, hold the right hand from below for a longer time, if to the left - the left. The cross posture allows you to restore the muscles of the shoulder when they atrophy, helps regulate blood pressure, and is useful for insomnia.

"Twisting"

Sit on a chair with your back to the back, feet together. Hold on with your right hand right side the back of the chair, and the left - behind the left. Slowly exhale twist upper part body so that rib cage became parallel to the back of the chair (the head can be turned in any direction). Stay in this position for 5-10 seconds. Focus on the spine. Return to the starting position, take a few breaths and exhale and repeat the exercise with a turn to the other side, changing the starting position on the chair.

This exercise helps relieve tension in the back muscles, strengthens the shoulder girdle, improves blood flow to the spine and relieves mental fatigue. By focusing on your breathing, you will help relax your back muscles and calm your mind.

Municipal Autonomous Preschool Educational Institution "Kindergarten No. 14 "Baby"

CYCLE OF LESSONS ON RELAXATION IN A DIFFERENT-AGE SPEECH THERAPY GROUP WITH TNR for the 2015-2016 academic year

Prepared by: teacher - psychologist MADOU "Kindergarten No. 14" Kumova O.M.

Relaxation (from lat. "Relaxation" - relaxation)- deep muscle relaxation, accompanied by the removal of mental stress.

With the psychological regulation of the activity of the human body, relaxation is understood as a decrease in overall psychological activity against the background of a decrease in muscle tone.

The purpose of relaxation is to relieve muscle tension and emotional arousal. Relaxing the nervous system switches to an economical mode. The latter creates the most optimal conditions to restore biological potential.

Relaxation in kindergarten is carried out with children of the TNR group (severe speech disorder i.e. stuttering). Speech defects in children are often associated with nervous disorders: neurosis, neurosthenia, etc. Therefore, such children need treatment, and this treatment should be carried out in three directions: physiological, speech therapy and psychological.

Relaxation is part of psychological treatment. It helps every child to get rid of the accumulated internal negativity, bad mood, resentment and doubtful thoughts. During relaxation comes a feeling of freedom, lightness and tranquility. This state helps the child to easily perceive and assimilate new material, enjoy life, and quickly forget failures.

Relaxation occurs in stages:

  1. Relaxation of the arm muscles (4 - 5 min.);
  2. Relaxation of leg muscles (4 - 5 min.);
  3. Work on breathing;
  4. Work and relaxation of the muscles of the forehead, eyes, speech apparatus (4 - 5 min.).

Having learned to relax, each child receives what he previously lacked. This applies equally to any mental processes: cognitive, emotional or volitional. In the process of relaxation, the body redistributes energy in the best possible way and tries to bring the body to balance and harmony.

Relaxing, excited, restless children gradually become more balanced, attentive and patient. Children who are inhibited, constrained, lethargic and timid acquire confidence, vigor, freedom in expressing their feelings and thoughts.

The lessons are based on the developments of I.G. Vygodskoy, L.P. Uspenskaya. From the books: N.V. Klyueva, Yu.V. Kasatkina "Teaching Children to Communicate" , M.I. Chistyakova "Psycho-gymnastics" , various publications from the directory "Teacher - psychologist in preschool educational institution" .

Stressful situations that arise at work and in the family often lead a person to a bad mood and overstrain. This condition often results in depression. In order to avoid such a situation, psychologists advise learning to relax. It is recommended to use various means of meditation and relaxation. With adults, everything is clear. And what to do if you are overexcited and overstressed Small child who finds it difficult to calm down after active communication and games?

One of the problems of childhood

The nervous system of a child is very far from perfect. This is especially true for children under three years of age. It is difficult for children of this age to exercise control over the processes of inhibition and excitation of the nervous system. This can explain restless infant sleep, as well as problems with calming down after active games. First of all, this applies to easily excitable children.

Maintaining the correct daily routine

Exist various ways to calm an excitable child. One of them is the organization of the mode of wakefulness and sleep. Active children can sometimes be difficult to get to bed on a set schedule. In such a situation, it is important to create conditions for a certain daily rhythm for the baby. It is important to carry out all meals, as well as walks, at the same hours. In addition, during the period that precedes the rest, there should not be active classes. Only then will the child get used to a certain regimen.

Physical education and massage

Everyone knows about the benefits of these two components. However, apply to Everyday life massage and physical education are often lazy or simply forgotten. Sport is especially important in raising an active child. Thanks to physical culture the baby is developing intellectually. Sport educates a person in him. For small children, alternation of physical and intellectual exercises or their harmonious combination is very useful.

Relaxing massage is also important for the child. Knowing the technique of such manipulations, with the impact on certain points, you can control the emotional state of the baby in a certain way. Especially miraculous power has a massage of the stacks. They should be kneaded with little effort and “draw” eights on them. The main thing is to find the moment when the child will lie, and not try to run away in search of some activity.

aromatherapy

Smells are very powerful. Some of them are able to inspire, others, on the contrary, upset. Aromas affect the sense of smell of a child in the same way as on the body of an adult. However, not all soothing substances are suitable for a little man. In children's practice, chamomile, sage and roses are also used. However, caution is required when using them. So, you should not apply undiluted oils directly to the skin of a child, especially if he is not yet three years old. The most harmless way to use such products are aroma lamps.

Relaxation

The workload of modern preschoolers is sometimes amazing. They attend kindergarten, various circles and sport sections. receiving a large number of information, children get tired both physically and emotionally. At the same time, they need to be in time everywhere. The loads that a child's body experiences negatively affect his health. That is why exercises for this are used in working with preschoolers?

Relaxation came to us from abroad. In the 30s and 40s of the last century, technology muscle relaxation developed and applied by a psychologist from America E. Jacobson, as well as a neurologist from Germany I. Schulz. This technique is based on the fact that science has long proven that there is a certain relationship between our body and mind. It is known that in a stressful state, a person's muscle tone increases. At the same time, there is Feedback. Removal of mental stress is possible with a decrease in muscle tone. This is relaxation. It is both involuntary and voluntary. The second type of relaxation is possible when performing certain exercises.

The meaning of relaxation

What is relaxation for children? This is the most The best way relieving tension (nervous, physical and mental), as well as relaxation, which allows you to eliminate the irritation factor.

Very useful relaxation for children. After doing special exercises the child becomes calm and balanced. He becomes more aware of his feelings. play a big role for children. Toddlers begin to control their own actions and emotions, and also master their feelings. Relaxation allows the little man to concentrate and relieve excitement.

Muscle relaxation exercises are carried out by psychologists working with children. Such classes are part of a wellness course. But at the same time, simple game relaxation for children can be used by educators or parents. Relaxation in this case is caused by special playing techniques, each of which, as a rule, has a figurative name (this can captivate children). Kids perform relaxation exercises, not only copying the movements of the teacher. Children are reincarnated and enter the image given to them. New games are able to interest the child, which allows him to relax well. The effect of the lesson is noticeable immediately by the calm expression of the face, rhythmic and even breathing etc.

Relaxation for children preschool age extremely important. Daily Exercise, included in the daily routine, allow you to achieve a more calm and balanced state. Increased irritability and anger, excessive anxiety and fears, as well as tension are eliminated in children.

The principle of muscle relaxation

What is E. Jacobson's method based on? The principle of this relaxation is quite simple. It is based on the ability of muscles to relax after strong tension. Such relaxation for preschool children is available in the simplest form of play. Exercises involve alternating tension various groups muscles. At the same time, relaxation of the whole body is very effectively achieved, which has a beneficial effect on the body.

Many sets of exercises have been developed with the help of which relaxation is carried out. You can relax the muscles of the face and shoulder girdle, body and neck. As a rule, they take one or two exercises from a certain block. It takes five to seven minutes to complete the entire complex.

Relaxation exercises

In order to emotionally defuse the child, offer him various games. Below you can find a description of some of them.

We got together for a walk. Hurry, don't fall behind!

Everyone ran a little, our legs got tired.

We'll sit for a while, but then we'll see.

The texts used for relaxation should help the baby create the necessary image, which will allow him to relax most effectively.

Application of special equipment

From the early age every child is familiar with the ball. This item serves him for games and entertainment. Currently, manufacturers offer a fairly wide selection of balls, various in quality, size and color. Relatively recently, a new offer appeared on the consumer market - a fitball, the diameter of which can be from 45 to 70 centimeters. With its help, relaxation is carried out for preschool children. With a fitball, kids begin to practice from the age of four or five. In this case, programs that produce a healing effect can be used. The main purpose of the exercises performed is:

  • strengthening the musculoskeletal system;
  • improvement of the motor function of the joints;
  • creation of a strong muscular corset.

All this, in turn, allows you to develop the emotional-volitional and intellectual sphere of the child. In the applied set of exercises, there may be those that contribute to relaxation and relaxation. For example, a child sits on the side of the ball, hugs it with his left or right hand and puts his head on it. This position should be fixed for ten to fifteen seconds.

Relaxation for preschool children can also be performed with the help of alternating muscle tension and relaxation. The child should sit on the floor, pressing as much as possible, as well as clasping the ball with his arms and legs. This position must be maintained for eight to ten seconds. Then the child should relax.

Relaxation and music

Currently, the number of children with various forms of psycho-emotional disorders has significantly increased. The reason for this is the limitation of the social circle of preschoolers and their concentration on computers and televisions. Music is an invaluable help in raising a child and improving his mental health. Even ancient healers noted its ability to heal a person from various ailments. For example, the sounds of the violin cheer up, the flute can help with coughing, and the melodies of the viola eliminate neuroses.

Music has a truly fantastic ability to regulate the psycho-emotional state of the child. It helps to overcome feelings of discomfort, expressed by fear, insecurity, confusion and fear. The music of nature also contributes to this. Relaxation is achieved by listening to the rustle of leaves and the singing of birds, the sound of rain and the murmur of a stream. These sounds relieve the baby from worries and fears. They give him confidence and good mood. Experts recommend combining calm melodies and sounds of nature. Relaxation is the most effective.

Relax before bed

Little children love to listen to fairy tales. Parents often read them before bed. However, this does not always help to quickly put the child to bed. The kid begins to make assumptions and ask a lot of questions. In order to prevent this from happening, special relaxing tales are needed. Relaxation for preschool children before going to bed is carried out with them. These stories don't make any sense. Their plot is quite simple and very understandable for a child. A fairy-tale character in such stories should always want to sleep and fall asleep soundly at the end. The voice of the narrator is monotonous and smooth. It soothes and relaxes the baby. He disconnects from the environment and falls asleep.

Coming up with a relaxation fairy tale is not at all difficult. You just need to follow some rules:

  • the child should know the main character of the fairy tale well and love him;
  • the text of the story is composed using simple sentences;
  • repetition of words is important, contributing to peace and relaxation;
  • at the end of the story main character must fall asleep;
  • The speaker's voice must be quiet.

If the same relaxation tale is told many times, then the child will develop a conditioned reflex that allows him to quickly and calmly fall asleep. Much more effective relaxation will come to a soothing melody, as well as to the sounds of nature.

Relaxation exercises

For the formation of emotional stability of the child, it is important to teach him to control his body. In the process of development, education and training, children receive a huge amount of information that they need to learn. Active mental activity and accompanying emotional experiences create excessive excitement in nervous system, which, accumulating, leads to tension in the muscles of the body. The ability to relax allows you to eliminate anxiety, agitation, stiffness, restores strength, increases energy.

Relaxation(from lat. relaxation - weakening, relaxation) - deep muscle relaxation, accompanied by the removal of mental stress. Relaxation can be both involuntary and voluntary, achieved as a result of the use of special psychophysiological techniques.

"Lazy cat"
Raise your hands up, then stretch forward, stretch like a cat. Feel how the body stretches. Then sharply lower your hands down, pronouncing the sound “a”.

Facial muscle relaxation exercises:

"Naughty cheeks".

"Locked mouth".

"Evil has calmed down."
Tighten your jaw, stretching your lips and exposing your teeth. Roar with all your might. Then take a few deep breaths, stretch, smile and, opening your mouth wide, yawn:
And when I get very angry, I tense up, but I hold on.
I squeeze my jaw strongly and scare everyone with a growl (growl).
For anger to fly away and the whole body to relax,
Take a deep breath, stretch, smile,
Maybe even yawn (open mouth wide, yawn).

Neck relaxation exercises:

"Curious Barabara".

"Lemon".

"Pair"(alternating movement with tension and relaxation of the arms).
Standing opposite each other and touching the partner's forward palms, straighten your right arm with tension, thereby bending the partner's left arm at the elbow. At the same time, the left hand bends at the elbow, and the partner straightens.

"Vibration".
What a wonderful day today!
We will drive away boredom and laziness.
They shook their hands.
Here we are healthy and strong.

Leg muscle relaxation exercises:

"Deck".

"Horses".
Our legs wobbled
We will run along the path.
But be careful
Don't forget what to do!

"Elephant".

"Birds".

"Bell".
Children lie on their backs. They close their eyes and relax to the sound of the lullaby “Fluffy Clouds”. “Awakening” takes place to the sound of a bell.

"Summer day".

"Slow motion".

"Silence".
Hush, hush, hush!
You can't talk!
We are tired - we need to sleep - we will lie down quietly on the bed,
And we will sleep quietly.

Children really like doing such exercises, because they have an element of the game. They quickly learn this difficult ability to relax.
Such systematic work allows the child's body to relieve excess stress and restore balance, thereby maintaining health.

"Screw".

Purpose: to remove muscle clamps in the shoulder girdle.

"Guys, let's try to turn into a screw. To do this, put your heels and toes together. On my command "Start", we will turn the body to the left, then to the right. At the same time, the hands will freely follow the body in the same direction. "Start!. .. Stop!"

The etude may be accompanied by the music of N. Rimsky-Korsakov's Dance of the Buffoons from the opera The Snow Maiden.

"Pump and ball".

Purpose: to relax maximum amount body muscles.

“Guys, split into pairs. One of you is a big inflatable ball, the other is a pump that inflates this ball. The ball stands with its whole body limp, on half-bent legs, arms, neck relaxed. The body is tilted slightly forward, the head is lowered (the ball is not filled with air). Comrade, begins to inflate the ball, accompanying the movements of the hands (they pump air) with the sound “s”. With each air supply, the ball inflates more and more. Hearing the first sound "s", he inhales a portion of air, at the same time his legs are in his knees, after the second "s" the torso straightens up, after the third - the head of the ball rises, after the fourth - the cheeks puffed out and even the arms moved away from the sides. The ball is inflated. The pump has stopped pumping. The comrade pulls the pump hose out of the ball. Air comes out of the ball with force with the sound "sh". The body went limp again, returned to its original position. Then the players change roles.

"Waterfall"

Purpose: This imagination game will help children relax. “Sit back and close your eyes. Inhale deeply and exhale 2-3 times. Imagine that you are standing near a waterfall. But this is no ordinary waterfall. Instead of water, soft white light falls down in it. Now imagine you are under this waterfall and feel this beautiful white light streaming over your head. You feel how your forehead relaxes, then your mouth, how your muscles relax or ... White light flows over your shoulders, the back of your head and helps them become soft and relaxed.

White light flows from your back, and you notice that tension disappears in your back, and it also becomes soft and relaxed. And the light flows through your chest, through your stomach. You feel how they relax and you yourself, without any effort, can inhale and exhale deeper. This makes you feel very relaxed and pleasant.

Let the light also flow through your hands, through your palms, through your fingers. You notice how your hands and palms become softer and more relaxed. The light also flows down your legs, down to your feet. You feel them relax and become soft. This amazing waterfall of white light flows around your entire body. You feel completely calm and serene, and with each breath and exhalation you relax more deeply and are filled with fresh strength ... (30 seconds). Now thank this waterfall of light for relaxing you so wonderfully... Stretch a little, straighten up and open your eyes.”

After this game, you should do something calm.

"Dancing hands."

Purpose: If the children are not calm and upset, this game will give children (especially hot, restless) the opportunity to clarify their feelings and relax internally.

“Lay out large sheets of wrapping paper (or old wallpaper) on the floor. Take 2 crayons each. Choose for each hand a piece of chalk in the color you like.

Now lie down with your back so that your hands, from the wrist to the elbow, are above the paper. In other words, so that the children have room for drawing. Close your eyes and when the music starts, you can draw on the paper with both hands. Move your hands to the beat of the music. Then you can see what happened” (2-3 minutes).”

The game is played with music.

"Blind Dance"

Purpose: development of trust in each other, removal of excessive muscle tension

"Pair up. One of you gets a blindfold, he will be "blind". The other remains “sighted” and will be able to drive the “blind”. Now hold hands and dance with each other to light music (1-2 minutes). Now switch roles. Help your partner tie the bandage."

As a preparatory step, you can sit the children in pairs and ask them to hold hands. That's who sees, moves his hands to the music, and a blindfolded child tries to repeat these movements without releasing his hands, 1-2 minutes. Then the children switch roles. If an anxious child refuses to close his eyes, reassure him and do not insist. Let them dance with their eyes open.

As the child gets rid of anxiety states, you can start playing the game while sitting, but moving around the room.

"Caterpillar".

(Korotaeva E.V., 1998)

Purpose: The game teaches trust. Almost always, partners are not visible, although they are heard. The success of everyone's promotion depends on the ability of everyone to coordinate their efforts with the actions of other participants.

“Guys, now we will be one big caterpillar, and we will move around this room together. Line up in a chain, put your hands on the shoulders of the one in front of you. Hold a balloon or ball between the stomach of one player and the back of another. It is strictly forbidden to touch the balloon (ball) with your hands. The first participant in the chain holds his ball on outstretched arms.

Thus, in one circuit, but without the help of hands, you must pass along a certain route.

For observers: pay attention to where the leaders are located, who regulates the movement of the “live caterpillar”.

"Change of Rhythms".

(Community program)

Purpose: to help anxious children join the general rhythm of work, remove unnecessary muscle tension. If the teacher wants to attract the attention of the children, he begins to clap his hands, and loudly, to the beat of the clap, count: one, two, three, four ... The children join in and also, clapping their hands together, count: one, two, three, four ... Gradually, the teacher, and after him the children clap less and less, consider everything quieter and slower.

Relaxation exercises for children for emotional release (with increased irritability, anger, aggression, anxiety

"Playing with sand"

Invite the child to sit on a chair and rest against the back. It is on the sandy bank of the river, where the sand is cool and loose. Closing your eyes, you should take a deep breath "pick up the sand in your hands", squeeze your fingers into a fist as tightly as possible, holding the sand and hold your breath. Then, as you exhale, you need to slowly “pour” the sand onto your knees, after which your hands can be exhausted to drop along the body.

Relaxation exercises for children to relax facial muscles

"pipe"

Invite the baby to play the pipe - imagine that he is holding the instrument in his hands, draw more air into his lungs, stretching his lips with a tube and bringing the pipe to them, slowly blowing air into it. At the same time, the sound “y” is pronounced for a long time, as an imitation of the sound of a pipe.

"Sunny Bunny"

Invite the child to imagine, as if a sunbeam "jumped" into his eyes - you need to close them. Then the sun bunny went to “walk” on the face, and the baby needs to gently and affectionately stroke the bunny: on the cheeks, on the forehead, nose, on the mouth and chin.

"Butterfly"

Together with the child, imagine how on a warm summer day, exposing his face to the sun, he sunbathes with his mouth slightly open. And now - a beautiful butterfly flies, which sits right on the baby's nose. The butterfly tickles, and you need to quietly drive it away: wrinkle your nose, lift your upper lip, but leave your mouth half open with a breath hold. And then, driving the butterfly, you need to move your nose. Flew away? Now you can relax the muscles of the lips and nose, exhaling slowly.

"Swing"

One butterfly flew away, the other flew in, and now it has already settled right on the baby's eyebrows. Invite the child to ride the butterfly on a swing: move his eyebrows up and down.

Relaxation exercises for children to relax the muscles of the shoulder girdle

"Drop your hands"

Invite the child to raise his arms to the sides and lean forward a little. For one, two or three, the arms should be allowed to fall freely, while relieving tension from the shoulders - the arms should hang and swing on their own until they stop.

"Dance of the Shoulders"

The kid must first raise his shoulders as high as possible, and then freely lower them, as if dropping down.

"Mill"

Imitate the movement of the windmill with your hands: stretching them out, make circular swing movements forward and up, then back and up, and so on for several circles.

Relaxation exercises for children relaxing the muscles of the body

"Puppets"

Invite the child to portray a wooden doll: tighten the muscles of the legs, body and arms slightly laid aside, turn around with the whole body, keeping the neck, arms and shoulders motionless. At the same time, the legs do not come off the floor, the feet stand motionless. Rag doll: lower the shoulders and arms, the arms hang motionlessly along the body with lashes. The body of the rag doll turns with quick short jerks - now to the right, then to the left, while the arms fly up freely and wrap around the belt. Shoulders remain relaxed.

Yoga exercises for kids

With the advent of autumn, our children went to school, physical and emotional stress increased. In addition, computer fascination, stress at school, and inactivity have a very negative effect on the child's psyche. Therefore, very often at the beginning school year the child becomes irritable, capricious and inattentive. How to help the child overcome this period and recover as soon as possible? Nothing else than children's yoga will come to the rescue, a set of exercises that will help your child feel his body and become calm and balanced. In addition, only a little is required for classes: a little free space, comfortable and loose clothes, and a good mood. Well, in order to turn classes into a game, we recommend parents not to be lazy, but to keep the child company!

Before starting yoga classes, you need to properly warm up. For warming up, exercises such as sipping, turning from side to side, circular movements of arms and legs are suitable. Just a few minutes are enough for the child to get excited, and his muscles to warm up. Do not forget that all yoga classes should be accompanied by calm music.

Exercise number 1. Triangle

We stand straight, legs wide apart and at the same time pulling in the stomach as much as possible. Next, sock right foot turn to the side, while making sure that the knees are straight. Raise your arms slowly to shoulder height. Inhaling deeply, slowly lower your right hand to your right knee, and as you exhale, stretch your left hand up. Repeat the same exercise on the other side.

Exercise number 2. Lion's roar

This exercise will help the baby gain self-confidence, strengthen the voice and strengthen the muscles of the neck. To perform the exercise, you need to sit on your knees, lean forward slightly, lifting your buttocks above your heels, and lean on the floor with your palms. Further, together with the baby, stick out the tongue as far as possible, and growl loudly, like a big lion!

Exercise number 3. Bridge

From a supine position, bend your knees and stretch your arms along the body. Next, inhaling deeply, slowly raise your pelvis and back off the floor, while keeping your feet flat on the floor. We take three breaths and exhale in this position, and then slowly lower our back.

Exercise number 4. Kitty

Performing this exercise, the baby trains the abdominal muscles, stretches the spine and rear surface legs. To perform the exercise correctly, first of all, you need to sit on the mat with your legs straight. Now, take a deep breath, and as you exhale, bend over, trying to touch your knees with your nose.

Exercise number 5. Airplane

Are we flying? For the flight, you will need to carefully study the instructions. So, the left leg is the supporting one, straight arms are extended to the sides, and the right leg rises back. The body of the baby, with the support of the parents, can be slightly tilted forward. During the tilt, make sure that the baby takes a couple of breaths and exhalations, and then changes his leg.

Exercise number 6. Small palm tree

We stand straight and bend the right leg, turning the knee to the side. Then we lean the foot of the right foot to inside left. Maintaining balance, raise folded palms above your head. We breathe deeply. If the baby does not succeed in maintaining balance, secure it by holding it behind its back.

Exercise number 7. Butterfly

We sit next to the mat with the baby and turn our knees and, connecting the feet and clasping them with our palms. Now, while inhaling, raise your knees, and lower them as you exhale, as if imitating the flapping of wings. Make sure that while performing the exercise, the back of the child is in a level position.

That's all! The whole set of exercises takes an average of 15 minutes, and the benefits bring much more than the time spent. Do these exercises regularly and be calm for yourself and your baby!

Health to you and all the best!

MKDOU D \ s No. 1 "Ilyachin"

The modern rhythm of life, stressful situations that arise at work and in the family often lead a person to a bad mood and overstrain. This condition often results in depression. In order to avoid such a situation, psychologists advise learning to relax. It is recommended to use various means of meditation and relaxation. With adults, everything is clear. And what to do if a small child is overexcited and overstressed, who finds it difficult to calm down after active communication and games?

There are various ways to calm an excitable child. One of them is the organization of the mode of wakefulness and sleep. Active children can sometimes be difficult to get to bed on a set schedule. In such a situation, it is important to create conditions for a certain daily rhythm for the baby. It is important to carry out all meals, as well as walks, at the same hours. In addition, during the period that precedes the rest, there should not be active activities. Only then will the child get used to a certain regimen.

Physical education and massage. Everyone knows about the benefits of these two components. However, to apply massage and physical education in everyday life are often lazy or simply forgotten. Sport is especially important in raising an active child. Thanks to physical culture, the baby develops intellectually. Sport educates a person in him. For small children, alternation of physical and intellectual exercises or their harmonious combination is very useful. Relaxing massage is also important for the child. Knowing the technique of such manipulations, with the impact on certain points, you can control the emotional state of the baby in a certain way. Foot massage has a particularly miraculous power. They should be kneaded with little effort and “draw” eights on them. The main thing is to find the moment when the child will lie, and not try to run away in search of some activity.

Aromatherapy. Smells are very powerful. Some of them are able to inspire, others, on the contrary, upset. Aromas affect the sense of smell of a child in the same way as on the body of an adult. However, not all soothing substances are suitable for a little man. Used in children's practice essential oils lemon balm and chamomile, sage and rose. However, caution is required when using them. So, you should not apply undiluted oils directly to the skin of a child, especially if he is not yet three years old. The most harmless way to use such products are aroma lamps.

Relaxation. The workload of modern preschoolers is sometimes amazing. They attend kindergarten, various clubs and sports sections. Receiving a large amount of information, children get tired both physically and emotionally. At the same time, they need to be in time everywhere. The loads that a child's body experiences negatively affect his health. That is why relaxation exercises are used in working with preschoolers. Relaxation is the removal of mental stress with a decrease in muscle tone. After performing special exercises, the child becomes calm and balanced. He becomes more aware of his feelings. Relaxation exercises for children play a big role.

Relaxation exercises. In order to emotionally defuse the child, offer him various games.

"Sand Play" The child should sit on a chair, resting against its back. He must imagine that he is on the bank of a river with loose and cool sand. The kid, closing his eyes, on a deep breath should seem to pick it up in a fist. Fingers should be squeezed as tightly as possible. In this position, the child should sit for a while. When exhaling, imaginary sand must be slowly “poured” onto your knees. At the end of the exercise, the arms should be “dropped” along the body.

"Pipe". This exercise will allow the baby to relax the muscles of the face. The child must imagine that he is holding a pipe in his hands. To "play" the instrument, the baby must be offered to draw as much air into the lungs as possible, and then stretch out his lips with a tube and pronounce a long sound "oooo".

"Sunny Bunny" Performing this exercise also helps to relax the facial muscles. The kid must imagine that a ray of the sun "walks" on his face. First, a bright "bunny" jumps on his eyes - they need to be closed. Then the ray moves to the cheek, forehead, nose, mouth and chin. This playful "bunny" baby needs to be gently stroked.

"Icicle". By doing this exercise relaxation of the muscles of the whole body is achieved. The adult invites the kids to imagine themselves in the role of an icicle, closing their eyes and standing up with their hands up. You should stay in this position for one to two minutes. Then the children are invited to imagine how the icicle slowly melts, warmed by the warm rays of the sun. In this case, the hands should be relaxed, and after that the muscles of the neck, shoulders, torso and legs. Relaxation texts can be applied at the same time. For children, such a "game" will be most interesting. So, during this exercise, the teacher is invited to pronounce the following words: “Under the roof of our house, an icicle hangs. The sun will warm, it will melt and fall.

"Walk". When performing this exercise, the children are seated on chairs. For muscle tension, they must raise their legs and, without touching the floor, “run” and “walk”. And at this time texts for relaxation can be used. For example: We were going for a walk. Hurry, don't fall behind! Everyone ran a little, our legs got tired. We'll sit for a while, but then we'll see. The texts used for relaxation should help the baby create the necessary image, which will allow him to relax most effectively.

The use of special equipment. From a very early age, every child is familiar with the ball.

Relaxation and music. Currently, the number of children with various forms of psycho-emotional disorders has significantly increased. The reason for this is the limitation of the social circle of preschoolers and their concentration on computers and televisions. Music is an invaluable help in raising a child and improving his mental health.

Relax before bed. It is only necessary to follow some rules: the child must know the main character of the fairy tale well and love him; the text of the story is composed using simple sentences; repetition of words is important, contributing to peace and relaxation; at the end of the tale, the main character must fall asleep; The speaker's voice must be quiet. If the same relaxation tale is told many times, then the child will develop a conditioned reflex that allows him to quickly and calmly fall asleep. Much more effective relaxation will come to a soothing melody, as well as to the sounds of nature.
