To be honest, there are a lot of such players, but only a few become recognizable all over the world, far beyond the company of friends, but what is there to be modest about? The Ukrainian clan DotA 2 NaVi is one of the most famous esports associations, the composition of which has changed somewhat over the course of five years. Over the years of the club's existence, almost 50 awards have accumulated on the account of five guys. They are the idols DotA players 2 all over the world.
History of the Natus Vincere team
Natus Vincere esports clan was formed from the best DotA players in Ukraine late autumn 2010. It was then that the novice DotA 2 NaVi team, whose composition included famous gamers: Andrey Chipenko, Alexander Stepanyuk and Alexander Dashkevich. A little later, they were joined by the now famous and who, by the way, became the captain of the team.
Just a year after its creation, the NaVi DotA 2 team, whose roster was already stable at that time, became the winner of the prestigious tournament held in Cologne for the first time. From that moment on, the victorious procession of the guys through DotA 2 tournaments on various scales began. During the five years of existence DotA teams 2 NaVi roster changed with enviable frequency. However, this did not greatly affect the results of the game.
Natus Vincere victories and awards
What awards did the participants of DotA 2 NaVi receive, where and when did it happen? Let's see a list of them major victories and the biggest wins. So, for the first time, five still unknown guys won the International 2011 tournament, held in Cologne in August 2011. Then they managed to hit the jackpot in the amount of 1 million US dollars! In October of the same year, the guys became winners at the ESWC 2011 Paris tournament. This time, the main prize was 12 thousand of the same dollars. Throughout the next year, representatives of the DotA 2 NaVi team, whose line-up, fortunately, did not change at that time, occupied the first lines of the rating tables of various tournaments and won a total of about 40,000 US dollars.
2012 was also a very successful year for the team members. They again became winners at The International tournament, this time held in Seattle, and received $ 250,000 as a prize. In addition, five guys became winners of such esports events as MLG Prizefights Showmatch. Luck was on the side of the guys in such well-known and promoted tournaments as the Electronic Sports World Cup 2012. She did not leave them at the SLTV StarSeries Season Four competitions either.
In 2013-2014, members of the DotA 2 NaVi esports clan had no less successful fights in various competitions, however, they failed to reach the highest step of the podium at The International 2013.
NaVi Dota2 roster update
There are still many tournament meetings ahead of the guys, so they approached the selection of team members with great seriousness. The eSports club Natus Vincere is forced to announce one more not very pleasant news regarding the Dota 2 roster, as well as to give some clarifications regarding the events around the roster. Unfortunately, the captain of Navi Dota 2 leaves the Ukrainian team.
Clement "Puppey" Ivanov, team captain, with the help of which our players made it to the finals of the most prestigious The International tournament three times, as well as in many others now a free player.
