Very negative experience with the club. To begin with, in April I decided to purchase a gym membership, but I had the opportunity to visit the gym only in May. I decided to purchase a subscription in advance so that when I return from vacation, I can start classes. And this, as it turned out, was the main mistake. Back in April, I called the call center to clarify whether I could purchase a subscriber in advance (for a month). I was told that I could, but they did not say that in the month when I would not study, the payment would be debited. I could not even think of such a thing, as a rule, activation occurs at the time of the first visit. I found out about this when they withheld money from me in May. I contacted the call center. It turned out that these conditions were spelled out in the contract, but in such a way as to mislead, that is, ambiguously. At the same time, instead of reassuring me and helping to resolve the situation, they laughed at me and told me to study the contract better next time. That is, in order to buy a regular subscription to the gym, I have to involve a lawyer. I believe that a clause was included in the contract that initially infringes on the rights of the customer, which is unacceptable in a civilized society. I want to remind the management of the club that the contract, which includes clauses infringing on the rights of the customer, is void. I was refused to take this payment into account in May. They said that they had already been approached with such claims and even wrote a complaint to the prosecutor's office. From which I can conclude that this paragraph is purposefully included in order to mislead people. What angers me is the reaction of the club's management. A decent businessman would draw a conclusion from this situation and would try as much as possible to resolve the issue in favor of the client, namely, to inform such clients as I, who buy a subscription in advance, and to pronounce this condition until the moment of payment. In my opinion, the club's management forgot that it's not the 90s anymore. I didn’t get inside the club, because I’m used to working with people who respect the rights of the customer, and don’t try to enter into the contract onerous conditions that infringe on the rights of people. I do not recommend this club to anyone. My wishes to the club employees and owners - respect other people, you receive your salary and dividends thanks to your clients.

The club has a cool motivating atmosphere, good music, a spacious hall with big amount fitness equipment, crossfit area, free water. Anyone who wants to get in shape, or just spend time with benefit, I advise you to visit.

Group activities are really plentiful, I like that they are available every day and without restrictions on attendance. There is time - you go, and this is 7 days a week. There is in the morning, afternoon and evening. In general, you won’t be left without sports, there would be a desire. The bracelet system is convenient, by the way. I did not immediately understand how it works, but when I figured it out, it turned out to be convenient. No need to carry cash with you, everything is automatically saved. Once I went to the "Rocket" with a friend for company. Once was enough to appreciate the benefits and come to this fitness club again. For such symbolic money, you can fully pump up here. The hall is excellent. Especially with weights. The equipment is sufficient for the intensive. I am glad that the instructors are competent - they will always prompt in the case. I myself have been in the subject of pumping, and dryers, and sports nutrition, and all that for more than a year. Therefore, I can confirm that the guys in the "Rocket" are intelligent. Sports nutrition also at hand - you can buy in the fitness bar. In the Rocket, I felt very comfortable, pleasant, and most importantly, efficient. Unfortunately, at the moment there are financial difficulties with the purchase of a subscription, because I am a student, and before that I studied for 3 months and would like to join them again. The staff is friendly and competent. The crowd is pleasant. For such a price tag, you can say, "all inclusive", what I need. Guys, if you count money and time, you want real results- only in the "Rocket"!

I remember my first day going to the gym. It was very exciting. I did not know what and how everything works, how it works. When I went to the reception, to the counter, where there were several people. I approached and asked to be shown where the locker room was and how to enter. They showed me everything with a smile, with great attention, even with a joke. Already had a good impression of the staff. For the first time, I worked with a trainer, because I didn’t know anything. He explained everything very well, drew attention to injuries, was attentive, another plus. After this process, I realized that this is the hall of my dreams. A very comfortable room where pleasant music plays, you can even charge your phones. The hall is not stuffy. The locker rooms are very good, comfortable, where you can pour clean and gentle water. Very clean. Crazy comfy shower you don't want to get out of. Very close to metro. I didn't get closer. IN this moment I work with a coach, with a sense of humor. I think that all coaches are very good, very educated and smart in their field, they know what and how, they pay attention to injuries, what hurts and when. In general, I recommend to everyone and everyone is satisfied.

I bought a subscription to the Rocket just a week ago, and even then only because my conscience stuck and the fitness itself is located in the next building from my house. I liked the club somehow right away, such a youth or something - bright, daring and modern. Payment and recording system - 5 points. No need to run anywhere, no one to call. Everything is thought out, just like in Europe (I lived there for a year), it inspires. In general, sport has become fashionable in our country, and this is good, because there is no health without physical activity.

Rocket - my unexpected discovery in the field of fitness clubs. It is very important when choosing a club to have new equipment and a convenient location, Rocket meets both parameters! Thanks to the staff for the fact that they focus on young people, they always come up with something new and interesting! When the main lights are dimmed, the workout goes to a new level, I have never been so high while being in the gym. Rocket taught me to love spending time in the gym, Rocket motivates me to come and improve. By the way, Rocket has informative social networks, which allows you to plan a trip to the gym even before it, this is another huge plus, but they should be more actively distributed among club members, as practice shows, not everyone is aware of them. Rocket has a fundamentally different approach to group classes, training programs, until you try it yourself, you won’t understand what it’s about :) Rocket is a step into the future in the gym industry. I was bribed by a rich network of group classes. I go to sports alone, so I like general activities more, so that I have someone to chat with, and somehow someone else's example lets me know that I want to do better and more. The choice of classes is large and almost any time. Before that, I went to a simple club, there were few trainings, I generally keep quiet about all sorts of bracelets and automation. So for me, Raketa is a step forward in every way. I like the place, I have been doing it for 3.5 months.

Fitness club "Raketa" on Prazhskaya is wonderful. Stopped at this club and did not regret it. This is one of top clubs, where I was. I love everything from the staff to the decor. Everyone is smiling, everyone is friendly, it is very pleasing. On high level group classes are held, and in terms of quality coaching, and diversity. Coaches charge positive energy. A large number of trainers and treadmills. Separately, I want to note the location. Located in close proximity to the metro. Everything is very clean and tidy. All that is needed.
