Flask back and forth how to make a description. Health, gymnastics, acrobatics, dance - everything to maintain a physically active life at any age

Without any doubt, Flic Flac is one of those elements of acrobatics that, having learned, we will surprise many, if not all.

Flac (Flic Flac) in dance numbers is seen as a kind of explosion, a reversal of events, a demonstration of dexterity.

Try to insert Flic Flac in a regular dance number, and you will see how the audience, if it comes to its senses, and does not remain “with its mouth open” in amazement, will immediately wake up and begin to applaud.

To be honest, I myself am one of those viewers.

There was a time when I liked EVERYTHING. But apparently it has been long overdue. If the choreographic production does not carry some kind of plot or at least an image, then, frankly, it becomes boring to watch.

It can be compared to reading a book. As we know, books are different. Some people like to read, some don't. But I can say with confidence that it is hardly possible to find a person who will choose a dictionary for systematic reading and will read it with interest from cover to cover. And then read more.

It's the same with choreographic numbers.

Unfortunately, there are still directors who limit their work to a set of movements, as a set of words not connected in one sentence, without putting any sense into it. In this case, the whole situation must be saved by the performers themselves. They must apply the maximum of emotion that will justify this set of movements.

But nowadays it is more and more difficult to surprise anyone. The Internet has spoiled us with all sorts of differences. Now, in order to excel, it is not enough to be the first guy in the village. To become famous for them, you must first conquer the world, and only then will you be recognized (maybe) in your village.

This is me to the fact that in our time it is no longer enough to wave your arms and legs to the beat of the music to proudly bring it to the public. You have to be able to surprise. And, for now, Flic Flac remains just such a surprising (if not all, then many), exciting element in a dance number.

So, let's move on to learning it.

Flyak (Flic Flac) forward.

In my notes, I describe each movement as if I were explaining it to people who have never done it. If you already know how to perform some elements, then you can “jump over” these moments with a clear conscience.

We start learning the movement by learning the handstand.

To do this, go up to the wall and leaning forward, lower your palms to the floor not far from the wall. The distance from the wall to the hands should be approximately 20 centimeters.

From this position, we begin to push off with our feet, trying to move the whole body to a vertical position.

Someone will succeed immediately, but someone will have to jump for quite a long time before this element is obtained.

In my practice, I had to deal with a girl who did not have much desire to learn anything. The girl's hands were indeed so weak that they could not support her weight, even if she only leaned on them without lifting her legs from the floor. Of course, this is a rather rare case. But even after a year of classes, she was already on her hands on her own. The key to practice is persistence.

After you learn how to rise and hold for some time in a handstand against the wall, it is worth learning and fixing this position in the middle.

For more stable position hands should be on a hard surface. But, as everyone knows, it is more pleasant to fall on the soft. Therefore, do not forget to place the mattress in such a way as to insure the body from possible bruises when falling.

When falling from a handstand in the middle, you should immediately make sure that the feet come to the floor first, and not the torso. But I would also advise you to protect your feet from blows.

From the handstand position, you can safely:
lower your legs to the starting position
"fall" into the "bridge", bending in the back,
or, if there is a mattress or pillows, then go into a somersault.

Of course, the most preferable option in our case is the transition to the "bridge". Well, if you haven’t learned it yet, then it’s time to do it.

Bridge.

If your first attempts at mastering the elements of acrobatics do not lead to very tangible results, do not think that it will be more difficult further. The fact is that many complex elements of acrobatics are built on several simple elements. Pay more attention to them, and you will realize that you did not waste your time in vain.

The handstand and bridge are the key to many other more difficult elements.

As for the bridge, it is not enough to climb the bridge, tearing your back off the floor and arching. More work needs to be done here. You have to learn how to get up off the bridge. And if in the future you expect to learn Flic Flac back, then it’s better to immediately take care of learning how to get up on the bridge from a standing position.

Of course, you should not immediately throw yourself upside down on the floor. Start descending to a higher surface. Once you have mastered your self-set height, move to a lower surface. And so on, until you master this movement from the floor (or on the floor).

On the right is the method of gradually learning the bridge.

Few people get the bridge the first time. In my practice, I saw only one girl who managed to do it on the first try. This girl was just four years old at the time. I don't think she even understood what happened. She watched other children for about two months, doing nothing. On the whole, she showed no interest in such physical activity. And when she was persuaded to do what other kids did, she just looked at them and stood on the bridge.

Let's go back to our Flic Flac forward.

At this stage, by combining all the learned elements, you can already get something similar to the element being learned, but not quite what you need. Rather, it will not be what you need at all!

The fact is that so far we have strengthened our body well and acquired certain skills. Now let's go further.

Two legged handstand.

A good forward Flic Flac is only possible with a strong strong body.

Therefore, we will correct our handstand. Returning to the wall (or in the middle), we will try to lift both legs from the floor at the same time. In this case, the legs should be extended in length. I must say right away that this movement is more difficult than the previous stance, but we need it, because in addition to the learned element, it strengthens the body well.

Flyak is the most typical element of acrobatics. The flask can be made from the spot, from the rondat, after the somersault. Flask can be long, short, high, low, fast, slow. That is, one of its good properties is that it can vary widely.

"How to learn to make a fly?" - this question worried me from the age of 12. First I learned to do a flip, then a somersault forward, then a somersault back ... and only then (!) a fly. We jumped a lot with the boys along the street, but about the "rear" elements (like a back flip and a flask) we only dreamed of. Although, of course, one could figure out how to insure each other to learn these elements. Here, for people like us in childhood, I made a short video lesson "How to learn how to make a flask" For now, it will be presented only by the first part:

In this first part of the video tutorial, main types of insurance, which can be used to study the flask. And some ways to avoid mistakes and stupor. More information about how to learn how to make a fly is described on the page dedicated to this video.
Come on in, don't be shy! Try to read to the end - so we will avoid mutual misunderstanding. I think on Thursday I will record and make the second part of this video course. It will tell you more about the flask technique. This idea was born while doing the first part. I thought that I should tell you that the flask can be very varied, made short or, in general, on the spot. High. Trying to transition from a high flask to a back tempo somersault. How to place your hands correctly, how not to bend them, how to carry your legs in order to make a good flask "on the move" for the next element of acrobatics. In general, much more can be said about the flask technique. Here I will try to put this in the second part of the video lesson. (while I was writing all this, I thought that perhaps even the third part would be needed ... well, to fit into the format of short video clips).

Lesson flaka, I think, many will come in handy. At all, flask - the element is not very simple. First you need to get on well. Then jump from hands to feet without losing height, speed and torque. That is, it is necessary to coordinate several parts. And here again all sorts of errors creep out that are difficult to recognize. Therefore, the right hint is always useful. Often only one phrase allows you to correct the technique of the acrobatic element and direct it from a dead end to perfection. But, the flask has one advantage before a back somersault, for example: it is due to the division into two parts that the flask can be made a little calmer. There is less fear in it, because the head immediately throws back, and visual control in the flask comes earlier than in the back somersault (we remember that in the back somersault it is advisable to keep the head on the chest until the very last moment. Therefore, there you begin to see the ground with your eyes only at the moment of landing on your feet.) In addition, you can fix things with a good kurbet, even if the arming was not entirely successful. Before, I was not particularly going to do any training materials on the flask. The flask has always seemed to me a rather complicated element that needs to be “chewed” for a long time. But, here, I received several letters from site visitors with a request to teach how to make a flask. Well, I decided: to teach, not to teach, but to show how to insure for the first attempts will be useful. Now, here, it will still be necessary to tell about some common mistakes and the fight against them, and then - chew yourself! The main thing here, as always, is more practice. Good luck!

Flak- an acrobatic trick in which the athlete, having performed a push with his feet, makes a back flip. In order to make a flask, you need physical training, good plasticity and great speed. This exercise has two parts. The first part is a back flip to hands, and the second part is a jump from hands to feet. Let's try to understand in practice.

How to make a flask?

Before performing a trick, the trainer is advised to do preparatory exercises such as:

Leg extension, bridge position hanging;

Roll at point-blank range, lying from a handstand;

Courbet from a handstand (jump from hands to feet).

Let's get started!

Step #1. We start jumping from a semi-squat position. Hands should be kept in front of you.

Step #2. We bend over the back, we take our hands back. The jump should be long, not high.

Step #3. We stretch out into the bridge, throwing our arms as far as possible.

Step number 4. We go into a handstand, and immediately perform a kurbet (jump from hand to foot).

Step number 5. The legs keep moving while the arms push harder.

Step number 6. Kurbet is also performed in length.

Step number 7. We land on our feet. This is a great position to start the next trick, maybe even

To learn how to make a fly you will need to check if you are ready to perform this acrobatic element, and for this it is best to master the rondat and forward flip first (read the articles “How to do a rondat”, “How to do a forward flip”). After mastering these tricks, you will be ready to start performing the flask. Remember that the exercises must be performed with insurance in the presence of a professional.

2 step

When you have mastered the elements of lesser complexity, you can begin to study the flask. In order to learn how to make a fly three stages can be distinguished in the exercise: jump, touch with hands, rebound. And to begin with, you should do a few preparatory exercises. First: lean against the wall with your back, sit down so that there are 90-degree angles between the wall and the thigh, thigh and lower leg, tear off the tailbone from the wall, so that only the shoulders touch. It is from this position that the jump will be carried out. The second exercise is a bridge. Yes exactly. The bridge will help you fix the position in which you will be in the second stage of the flask. And finally, the third exercise: we train the rebound. Stand on your hands near the wall, bend a little in your back and push off with your hands, jump to your feet with a kip. This is the training of the last stage - the rebound. All exercises must be done on mats, in the presence of a person who can insure you, will not let you fall.

3 step

Now to understand how you learned how to make a fly, the thing is small - to put together everything that you have studied so far. Stand up straight with your back to the mat. The person who insures you stands behind you on the side, leaning on one knee and holding his hand at the level of your back. Sit down, imitating the position that you performed first at the back, take your shoulders back, then straighten your legs, while raising your hands to the level of your ears and jump back, bend in your back and fix the body in a handstand, after passing the perpendicular point, knead and push off from the floor with your hands, jump onto two legs.

4 step

Flyak can be performed not only from the spot, but also from the rondat. Usually, combinations of several elements are performed. In acrobatics, the combination consists of eight elements. For example, rondat-flyak-tempo-flyak-flyak-tempo-flyak-somersault. Flasks are inserted into a combination to increase speed.

  • In combination, flasks should go with an increase in speed, and not with a slowdown
  • After completing the exercise, bounce up, this will allow you to later more easily go to somersaults.
  • Flasks are made in length. with one flask you should cover 2.5-3 meters
