Learn non-contact influence on a person. Non-contact martial arts: another myth

Egor writes:

it’s hard to say... there are videos where specialists work miracles, showing supernatural abilities, but I don’t rule out that it’s all a sham, in a word, crap.

I found an article by Dmitry Protasov on this topic. He writes interestingly. Here are the excerpts:
"...In fact, many adepts can hit an opponent without touching a finger various types martial arts have always been believed. The reasons for this were all kinds of internal oriental styles, as well as magical rituals... In Russia, a surge of interest in non-contact hand-to-hand combat occurred after the showing of footage from documentary film"Special Forces". Two people, dressed in Soviet-style reconnaissance uniforms, scattered mock opponents without the slightest touch.
This was enough to give birth to versions that since Soviet times, fighters of secret military units have been studying and studying non-contact combat. Later, witnesses appeared who observed with their own eyes how the founder of the Russian style, Alexey Kadochnikov, acted in a similar way. This is how the myth of non-contact combat acquired a Russian accent.... The theoretical justification for non-contact combat has Western and Eastern variants. The Western one is based on the fact that a person can be influenced remotely as a result of the concentration of mental and physical energy, that various voids and curvatures in space, torsion fields, ultra-high frequency waves and similar things that are still incomprehensible to science are created. Hypnosis and a number of other psychotechniques are cited in favor of the Western theory. They explain, they explain, but no one can demonstrate, and most importantly, show the methodology for teaching such things. After all scientific approach and lies in the fact that any experiment based on proven laws can be repeated.
The eastern version, oddly enough, is more plausible. It is based on the fact that vital energy circulates in a person in different forms and, knowing its laws, one can influence the state of the body. All oriental reflexology is built on this principle.
The combat application of knowledge about internal energy is embodied in numerous internal styles. The energy, along with the blood, comes close to the surface of the body at different times of the day in different ways, and the fighter only needs to know the course of its circulation in order to strike that part of the body where the blood is close to the surface. In this case, severe injury is likely to occur, possibly even resulting in death. The blow is also delivered with the direction of one’s own energy and not necessarily with the fist. The masters only need a light touch to send you to your forefathers.
But if very light contact is possible, then why not do without contact in battle at all? After all, masters who practice qigong therapy to treat patients, in many cases do not even touch them with a finger...Despite my almost completed religious education in regard to martial arts, I always refrain from mysticism and therefore I am guided by the principle “I will not see “I won’t believe it.” And even better - until I spar, I won’t believe it. I was lucky that in the period from 1988 to 1998 I had the opportunity to see a lot of fighters, train in various sections and schools hand-to-hand combat, incl. and in the section of Tadeusz Kasyanov, who played the role of boatswain in the famous film “Pirates of the 20th Century”. I saw different fighters and heard different tales, but real application I never saw a non-contact fight. Neither in civilian life, nor during military service."

-----
All people are different.
Treat people the way you would like them to treat you.

Many martial artists knew that non-contact combat existed in ancient times. Its essence is that opponents can hit each other without any physical contact.

The opponent becomes ill, he celebrates the pain, loses his balance, and this is not all that can be done. This occurs due to the influence on the enemy’s biofield, the energy of the body, which cannot be seen.

When mastered correctly, non-contact combat techniques are a powerful weapon. Masters say that there is no point in learning it if you do not have experience in ordinary martial arts and you do not know hand-to-hand combat, at least the basics.

Advantages

What non-contact combat is is clear, but what are its advantages? The answer to this question is obvious. A fighter who owns this technique is able to fight dozens of enemies, doing it easily and simply.

In this case, he does not need to touch the enemy at all. In this case, there is an invisible influence on the human biofield, his consciousness. This is fantastic!

A fight without bruises, fractures or any kind of injury. If you master the technique, you can fight your opponent without having to have huge biceps. The only things that matter here are willpower and fortitude.

First steps in mastering

This is an entire art; you can master the technique while being healthy, having good physical fitness, having accumulated internal energy, and do it at home.

But it can accumulate only if the body is completely healthy.

So, the first thing you need to do is put your body in order, cure yourself of various diseases. The training system is quite complex.

The next step is that you can achieve borderline state consciousness. This will allow you to achieve many beneficial effects, including those mentioned above.

The third step is learning to concentrate. When training, you should learn to concentrate on your own sensations, feel how your hand moves and energy flows through it. First learn this at rest, and then in motion.

Of course, the more time you spend training, the better. There will be a positive result even if you exercise for 30-40 minutes in the morning.

It's even better to practice in the evening. By the way, best exercise- standing in a pillar. Try to do it as often as possible and other useful techniques.

Good to know: Exercises will significantly improve your health, and men’s potency will improve.

Famous fighters

Morihei Ueshiba

One of the masters who laid the foundations of non-contact combat is Morihei Ueshiba, founder.

Even as an old man, he continued to show lessons in his mastery of this fighting technique.

He cleansed his own body, as well as his spirit, every morning, going under an icy mountain waterfall.

The Japanese Sensei, Founder and Great Teacher lived 85 years.

Gerard Blaise

Another example is the French master Gerard Blaise.

He had many teachers, and already in 1996 he achieved that he was able to receive the 7th dan in aikido.

He has been practicing martial arts for 48 years, his whole life has been wrestling.

Already at a respectable age, Gerard became interested in non-contact combat.

Many great masters were able to master non-contact combat only after 30-40 years of hard training.

Perhaps it is at this age that a person begins to realize that this technique is not fiction or mysticism.

This type of combat is based on the fact that you need to interact with the enemy at the level of consciousness, sharing your energy with him, positive or negative.

Kadochnikov A. A.

This fighting style is a combination of the knowledge that has been acquired, as well as the fortitude and thought process.

Among the Russian gurus, of course, it is necessary to note the creator of one of the world’s most famous hand-to-hand combat systems, Alexei Alekseevich Kadochnikov. Read more about his training system in.

Of course, there are people who refute this technique, considering the adherents of this movement to be sick people.

Everyone has the right to their opinion, and there is no point in trying to convince anyone that non-contact combat is a reality.

A person who masters a certain martial art can always feel safe. In a dark alley, people will actually come up to him just to ask what time it is. Having seen how the weak are offended, he will be able to boldly stand up for him. Recently, the phrase “non-contact combat” has been used more and more often.

What is hidden behind this word? Maybe this particular art will be useful for both men and women who are far from physical perfection?

What attracts you?

Noisy fights with benches smashed over heads and jaws twisted to the side have long been out of fashion; a real ace fights quietly and intelligently, without even changing into his favorite sweatpants. At the end of the battle, the enemies lie unconscious, and the hero carefully straightens his hair and continues his walk, managing to wittily comment on the situation. Does it look like a movie? Not at all, this is exactly the picture suggested by non-contact combat. How to learn this? Based on the videos, how do most people decide, or sign up for special courses? In general, is it really possible to learn to fight in such a way that, without even touching the enemy, you can disturb his calm and balance? First of all, it would be good to understand what the art of non-contact combat is.

Advantages

Martial arts masters can beautifully handle dozens of heavily armed enemy agents at once, and they do everything easily and smoothly. No doubt, it is very beautiful and impressive. Non-contact combat is considered masterly. How to learn to deliver blows that hit at a distance?

After all, you cannot touch the enemy with your hands or body! It is intended to use hypnotic influence in public. The master must influence a person’s biofield, his consciousness. There are professionals who can show master classes to a friendly audience, but novice wrestlers will need some entourage. But what an effect! No bruises or bruises, broken fingers or even dirt on your clothes! Having learned to conduct a non-contact fight against your opponent, you can stand up for yourself without impressive mass and pumped up biceps. Strength of spirit and will swing here. By the way, we can say that touching the enemy still takes place. But sometimes it’s touching his pain points and always penetrating his comfort zone.

The beginning of the journey

So, first of all, you need to believe in your strength and the reality of the expected result. In other words, when going into battle, a person must understand that he will beat the enemy solely with his energy.

In order for the future fighter to learn the basics of non-contact combat, he is told various legends and traditions about those who started this movement. If at this stage you do not believe in yourself, then there is no point in continuing further. The process of self-knowledge begins, during which other characteristics and talents of the individual may be revealed. The character becomes calmer, and the person himself gains more and more self-confidence. He gets to know himself. Knowledge of the structure of the human body helps both in delivering blows and in taking them. Therefore, it is worth studying it carefully. A person with certain knowledge has an advantage over an amateur, because he can predict the reaction of his own and someone else’s body to the blows received. Next, the fighters must break into pairs and train each other’s energy. If there is no energy in the blow, then the blow is empty and meaningless, and if the energy splashes over the edge, then the blow itself is not needed. We can say that during the learning process a certain trance sets in, as the criticality of perception decreases.

As practice shows, almost any person can be put into a trance using traditional methods.

We enter a trance

During training, movements should be soft and slow. The main thing is to repeat the trajectories of real blows and copy the reaction to them. But the point is not in parody, but in the energetic acceptance of the blow, in the inner feeling of the correctness of actions. Attention is concentrated not on the external level, but on the internal. Bodily sensations are placed at the center. To go into a trance, a person seeks to overload the brain with impulses, for which a lot of touches, blows and pinches are performed. The body knows what pain is, and a person must grasp his reaction to pain in order to competently conduct non-contact hand-to-hand combat. On next stage during training, more experienced fighters are supervised, and the most capable ones can receive the right to demonstrate their acquired skills. By the way, quick successes in training they talk about a person’s high hypnotizability, that is, his ability to enter phases with a minimum level of criticality. During exhibition fights there is always prerequisites: in particular, you cannot resist your own feelings. If you are tempted to bend over or fall, then you must give in to this desire.

IN real life It is prohibited to use non-contact combat until there is proper practice. We must not forget that you will have to practice in two directions: influencing others and being influenced by others. Fall from hidden strike means that energy channels open to influence.

In practice

The non-contact combat system involves large number training and a good reaction, but the problem is that in a real fight on the street it will not work, since the opponent does not have an unconscious connection. So training doesn't make sense? This would be too hasty a conclusion. In practice, in a banal street brawl, there is unlikely to be time to act thoughtfully and carefully, and the adrenaline at such moments goes through the roof. You need to concentrate as much as possible and put your energy into physical touches. Therefore, on the street the fight will still be contact, but less energy-consuming.

By the way, an unconscious connection helps with pair work and promotes greater trust between two people, so this is a good idea for lovers who want to diversify their everyday life. Simple children's games, such as tag or hand slap for speed, help develop an unconscious connection. In this case, there will be no aggression, but the reaction will be trained. If she is fast in a pair, then the partners will move away from each other in time. There is a danger of getting carried away by energy passes, and then the conditioned reflex will be triggered every time you meet an energy partner.

Secrets of special forces

Once on the Ren-TV channel they showed a documentary about Lavrov’s non-contact fight. Alexander Lavrov is a lieutenant colonel who has made remote manipulation techniques his main business. According to him, non-contact combat still exists, and it is called the highest level in martial arts. If you don’t have the strength to physically withstand sparring, then this technique is too tough.

In general, the technique of non-contact combat did not appear out of nowhere; all these methods are based on Bernstein’s theories about the levels of construction and spread of the movement. The essence of the theories is that dissonance in the enemy’s nervous system causes involuntary movements, disorientation in space and misses. Lavrov's non-contact combat is mastered in several stages. The first one needs to master the ability to fit into the speed of the enemy’s actions when attacking, which gives an advantage due to the enemy’s delayed reaction. For example, if the opponent makes a grab, he moves back the part of the body that he wants to grab.

Forward through the stages

The second stage is a non-contact combat technique with adjustment to the enemy. If you “catch someone else’s wave,” you can start a reverse reaction, that is, force the enemy to take the necessary actions and change them in your favor. If the adjustment is complete, it will be an exemplary non-contact fight. Psychotechnics plays a big role in interaction, so it is necessary to tune in to the appropriate mood, calm down and move on to the third stage, namely, introducing interference into the enemy’s visual analyzer. As Lavrov teaches, this step is a combination of the first two stages. For example, an opponent's blow threatens the head area. You should get into the speed of his actions, create a visual illusion of lengthening your arm and adjust the opponent to it.

Lavrov's teacher

If they say about Alexandraov Lavrov that he is a master, and his non-contact combat is adopted by special forces, then what did his teacher Alexey Kadochnikov bring to the masses? It turns out that he also has his own system, demonstrated in the film “Painful Hold”. In addition, Kadochnikov demonstrated the art of non-contact combat in practice, after first entering a certain state reminiscent of a trance. The spectacle was very impressive, because Kadochnikov was attacked from different sides by people with and without weapons. But this whole mass of soldiers scattered into different sides, although it would seem that Alexey Kadochnikov himself remained practically motionless, did not make sudden movements and generally remained outwardly calm. Overall, the performance was enchanting, although naturally there were those who were absolutely not impressed. At the end, Lavrov and Vishnevetsky approached Kadochnikov, and a huge kick-boxer climbed onto the stage, ridiculing the non-contact fight and speaking out in favor of physical pressure. In response, the master expressed concerns about the kickboxer’s health and suggested moving the meeting to a more convenient place and time, namely to the gym the next day. The boxer agreed and left the hall with a group of his friends. The story can be continued further only by rumors. They say that the meeting took place, and the boxer categorically refused to comment on it. Kadochnikov also relied on Bernstein’s theories, but mainly in his demonstrations he said that Russian non-contact combat is not fiction, but unique system, allowing you to calmly and rationally repel enemy attacks, interfering with his nervous system. In this way, you can achieve a decline in his self-confidence, mistakes and falls. A fighter must be able to feel his opponent, match his speed and feel the thermal field of his hands.

The power of thought

Many philosophers talk about the power of thought developed person, but what does this force give as a result? Firstly, this power can only belong to a person who is comprehensively developed and intellectual. That is, such power cannot be possessed by a person who has let himself into physically. You can trust films in which they always make the main character a strong and resilient guy. Secondly, peace of mind is necessary, for which fighters often use meditation. Chronic diseases must also be eradicated. The power of thought allows a person to lead healthy image life. There are Eastern and Western fighting techniques, which are based on different theories. Thus, the eastern battle involves circulation in human body various types of energy. And the Western one is based on hypnosis and a number of psychological techniques, which allows you to create distortions in space and thus harm your opponent. When mastering Western combat, beginners will be helped by studying neurolinguistic programming. Here's the study eastern battle will become easier when learning reflexology. By the way, no one has canceled the impact of the voice, because there are cases when a war cry put enemies or even wild animals to flight. Of course, the frequency of the sound produced also influences, but the effect of surprise and the emotional message always work. To develop your ability for non-contact combat, you can try several interesting techniques. In the dark, try to quickly clear your head of thoughts. The faster it happens, the better. Need to repeat until best result. By the way, this is a kind of meditation technique that helps you remember some things and make decisions that were not given before. Every person has pain points and finding them is not so difficult, especially if you first find your own. The technique of complete relaxation helps. Waves of self-knowledge must pass through own body and energy should flow unhindered throughout the body. Technology will be a good help correct breathing. Mostly people do this not through the diaphragm, which is not considered the norm.

Famous fighters

History knows many masters who laid the foundations of non-contact combat. The most famous is O-Sensei, who was also called Morihei Ueshiba. He was the creator of Aikido. He demonstrated non-contact combat, being a venerable old man and having almost 40 years of combat experience behind him. It is known that the master was engaged in cleansing the body and spirit cold water, for which he went out every morning under an icy mountain waterfall.

And master Gerard Blaise was born in France, where he began practicing aikido and judo. Gerard had many martial arts teachers. As a result, in 1996 he received 7th Dan in Aikido. In total, he has 48 years of experience as a martial artist. At a respectable age, he became interested in non-contact combat. By the way, almost all masters come to non-contact combat after 30-40 years of practice. Perhaps the fact is that the realization comes that this is not magic or a mystical invention designed to support the image of gray-haired elders. Non-contact combat is not a pretentious novelty that can conquer the audience and attract other people. Such a fight allows you to interact with the enemy at the level of consciousness and attention, to transfer your energy, positive or negative. This is by no means a separate style of martial arts, but a combination of all the knowledge acquired in combination with the power of the soul and thought process.

Of course, there are those who categorically do not believe in non-contact combat, ridicule the adherents of this movement and classify it as legends or even fairy tales. Such people believe that the main audience of masters of such combat are frightened spectators or fanatics who believe in any nonsense. Is it worth dissuading such people? There is probably no point in convincing those who do not need the information. But every person has the right to his free choice. In particular, a person can decide for himself whether he wants to develop his abilities. True masters of hand-to-hand combat, having conquered the peaks, strive to move on to non-contact combat. But at the same time, they do not even touch the enemy with a finger, channeling their power through waves of energy and the heat of their radiation.

Good day, Soldiers! Let's talk a little about such an interesting phenomenon as non-contact combat. What is this phenomenon that was possessed by the servants of the Black Circle of the writer Howard, the creator of the series of books about Conan the Barbarian?

From my point of view, non-contact combat is a rather interesting psychophysical phenomenon and it is based more on the characteristics of the human psyche than on some energetic phenomena.

Which, however, could be added later to enhance the effect, speed up the learning process, and also to develop other skills, based, however, on the phenomenon of non-contact combat. Or, more precisely, non-contact influence.

Nowadays, people are interested in non-contact combat more at the level of theory than practice. And mostly people who are inclined towards “mysticism”, Feng Shui, geomancy and “battle magic”. Applied fighters sharply deny such an impact, and those who are interested in this matter are subjected to ridicule, despite the fact that this phenomenon can be developed. And below it will be shown, or more precisely, an algorithm for how to achieve this will be outlined: even at a primitive and insufficient level. However, it is quite understandable to understand that this phenomenon has a very controversial relationship to its applied significance.

Believing or not in non-contact combat is a personal matter for everyone. I myself adhere to the point of view that every phenomenon has a basis, which means that my task, as a practitioner, is to, after working with such exercises, understand the prospect of its possible applications: if not for a full-fledged battle, then for something else. And in this article I will describe some exercises that work, and at the same time I will highlight some of the main stages in mastering this certainly interesting phenomenon.

1. How non-contact combat originated. Logical thinking and assumptions.

How this type of influence became known, and even more so how people were able to develop it, can only be guessed at, since there is very little information. More precisely, they don’t exist at all. But as an assumption, one can put forward the idea that the most ordinary observation played a role here.

In fact... In everyday life, you can notice many cases when one person unknowingly copies the actions of another: as a rule, this happens if both are united by a certain common goal, idea, emotion or deed. And in China itself, this phenomenon was most likely noticed by the most “observant of the observant”: the Taoists, who subsequently began to experiment in this direction, which gave impetus to the development of a full-fledged direction. And, more than likely, not in order to punch someone in the face without getting too close, but in order to understand the essence of the mechanism, disidentify with it, and therefore stop depending on this kind of manipulation from the outside.

In our country, non-contact combat became known after a program shown on television, in which several frames from the documentary film “Special Forces” flashed with a couple of episodes on non-contact influence on a person. After which rumors began that this was taught in the special services.

Whether these are rumors or not is unknown. But, be that as it may, these shown frames must also be based on some real facts, because it is almost impossible to come up with something new from scratch.

That is, most likely, this phenomenon still took place in our intelligence services, and “ears are growing,” presumably, from China: after all, it is known that in the Soviet Union there was an accumulation of the most varied experience of the world’s intelligence services, including from the Middle Kingdom . And having discovered some Chinese who mastered the art of seemingly non-contact combat, the Soviet Union could well have invited him to us in order to increase the level of training of the elite personnel. And, one must assume that there were no refusals, since the USSR could well have paid the Chinese the amount that he requested.

2. Non-contact combat. Mechanisms of action.

Strictly speaking, there are only a few basic mechanisms from which something like this can be developed. This:

a) The most common knowledge: both the psychology of influence and knowledge of the functioning of the human body.

b) Use of the phenomenon of psychophysical response: uncontrolled movement of the body in response to some kind of “psychophysical adhesion” to it from the outside.

Everything is clear with the first mechanism. For example, the effect may be based on the use of a sense of danger. And if a person by nature instinctively protects the eyes and groin area, a kind of non-contact battle is built on this, when the enemy runs at you, and you, having dodged, sharply throw it into your hand in the eye area. The enemy, if he has time to realize and react, will try to dodge, usually by tilting his body back. And this happens when upper part The body goes backwards, but the legs still continue to move forward. As a result, if everything is well calculated, there is a high probability that the person will fall.

The second example is an influence based on motor hypnosis. So, everyone knows about the existence of a personal safety zone. So, if during a conversation, being in a person’s safety zone, you make an “adjustment” to him, and then point your finger at one of his body zones, which coincide with the energy centers known as chakras, then the person will move away, but by nature he is suggestible and the emotional one will feel bad.
Although this mechanism is understandable, it arouses practically no interest among the people.

The second mechanism is based on the phenomenon of energy adhesion. Previously, I don’t know how it is now, the following test was often used: the subject stood with his back to the person acting and relaxed. The influencer extended his hand in his direction and began to swing the person, as it were, adjusting to his rhythm, but without touching him with his hands. After some time, by remotely pulling or pushing in the direction of a person with your hands, you can cause him to lose his balance.

The effect will be higher if the influencer learns to feel the edge of a person’s energy sphere with his palms and this article will be devoted to a description of the corresponding techniques.

This is a very real technique that underlies the study of non-contact combat and which can really be developed quite well: and, as a rule, the more experience, the better the result.

3. The simplest stages of mastering non-contact influence.

I won’t load you with very difficult exercises. I’ll just describe in detail how to develop the above-described “energy clinging” exercise.

All exercises to develop the basics of non-contact combat, working. So, everyone can master them to one degree or another. But I won’t describe such completely unnecessary aspects as reflexology or moral and ethical rules, since they are definitely not key. Let me just clarify that you need to monitor your emotional background, which should be more or less stable, otherwise you will immediately “fly out” of the necessary state of concentration.

Stage one. Working with the wall.

The training begins with working with inanimate nature, in particular, working with a wall. You need to stand at some distance from her, most often a meter or two, and put your hands in front of you with your palms facing her. The point of the exercise is to bring your palms closer to the wall and feel some resistance coming from it. Then you can sort of push away from this resistance. Well, and so on, and so on, and so on... We play with it until we get tired of it.

Of course, it is advisable to do a little warm-up of the hands before this in order to reduce the number of false signals emanating from them. And also, work for five to ten minutes with the basic mental images of “ball” and “receive-return”, videos of which are posted in the “Author's Lessons”.

The second and third stages of studying non-contact combat involve interaction with a partner, with whom two important skills will be developed: bodily attachment and the ability to force an involuntary movement.

Stage two. Bodily connection.

“Joining” or “taking actions in response to the actions of a partner” comes in two types: direct and cross. A “direct join” looks like this: if your partner raises their hand left hand, then you raise your left hand. If you raise in response right hand, then it will be a direct mirror join.

“Cross joining” is more specific: strictly speaking, it is a response with any movement to any movement of your partner: so if he raises his left hand, then you tilt your head to the right. You can even tell the story with your eyes.

Having learned to copy movements, the complexity then increases due to copying the speed of movement and its tempo. The main criterion for success in non-contact combat practices is the formation of an internal feeling of sticking, a feeling of shadow that echoes all the movements of a partner. It is necessary to achieve such mastery that this connection is almost absolute and you completely merge with your partner, repeating all his movements, right down to breathing, movements of the pupils and speed.

The importance of this skill, in addition to non-contact combat, lies in the fact that the enemy’s consciousness stops reacting to the movements of the defender if he moves at the same speed! And this means that even if you don’t pay any attention to non-contact combat and just engage in hand-to-hand combat, then there is simply a magnificent opportunity to carry out full-fledged non-returnable strikes in the whole great sense of the word! Precisely unbeatable! The mechanism is quite clear... Since the partner’s consciousness stops reacting, then, accordingly, it does not work, which means that decisions about protection will not be made!
The time to master it to the level of a full-fledged skill is several months.

Stage three. “Feel and stick to the energy sphere” of a person.

The partner stands straight and relaxed, eyes closed. The trainee enters from the back at a distance of a couple of meters. The training zones shoulder girdle as relaxed as possible. The person developing the skill has unfocused vision.
Slowly and smoothly raise your hands, palms forward, towards your partner. Using willpower and imagination, we form a certain density in front of each palm. With these sensations, begin to slowly bring your palms closer to your partner. Your task is to be able to feel with your palms the slight resistance that they encounter at some distance from your partner, who is standing with his back to you.

The approximate distance at which this whole thing begins to be felt is a meter or less: this depends on many factors, including the density of the partner’s energy field.

This feeling can be compared to how you would begin to press on water and your hands would first rest against this surface, and only then, having pushed through it, you would plunge into the water.

This sensation is very subtle and requires increased sensitivity of the palms, as well as an appropriate attitude, which significantly helps to detect this resistance.

As soon as you learn to feel this “elastic surface” of your partner’s field, you need to stick to it without pushing it. And then, having established such contact, you need to learn to influence the entire “energy cocoon” of a person, pushing and pulling this energy surface towards you. You need to push more with the sphere than with your hands.
The greater the skill, the greater the effect: from the simplest swinging to the partner falling in the future.

As an easier option, you can try to learn to identify and stick not to this elastic surface of your partner’s energy sphere, but to learn to feel his thermal field. I felt it, adjusted to his movements and began to move my hands. If everything goes well, the person will make an involuntary movement.

The time to master it to the level of a full-fledged skill is several months.

Stage four. "Conscious guidance" of a person.

After the connection becomes stable, and for this it is necessary to make from five to ten movements, you can slowly move on to the stage of “conscious guidance” or manipulation of a person. This is, of course, not yet contactless combat, but it can be used in some areas. For example, swing and knock over a drunk.
For example: you joined by direct “attachment” to your partner, and then you make your movement with your hand, and the “attached” partner unconsciously repeats your movement.

Stage five. Get the hang of free sparring.

The basis of the fifth stage is the acquired ability to “copy” the enemy’s movements at the appropriate speed and the ability to sense the thermal field of the limb being struck.

That is, in order for all of the above to work “as it should,” the acquired skills must be transferred to sparring and you will have to work a lot. So the opinion about non-contact combat as a relatively easy discipline does not correspond to reality. It’s easier to first master standard hand-to-hand combat of one direction or another, based on full-fledged physical contact of the “fist to dime” type. But I won’t deny that having theoretical knowledge of this kind will quickly move on to more high level manipulations with the enemy.

But again, you cannot rely on this matter in battle - it is rather auxiliary and for performances, i.e. demo!

4. On the issue of lazy people.

It is believed, it is not clear why, that only lazy people who do not want to physically train are interested in non-contact combat. After all, there is no need for physical training, honing some techniques, developing speed, movements, the ability to sense distance and other aspects. This opinion is absolute and complete nonsense, because... a full study of this type of manipulation requires no less effort to master than hand-to-hand combat itself. And everyone who does even a little practice with these exercises will understand this: it will take seven sweats before anything starts to work out!

Among other things, it is necessary to study absolutely all the nuances and subtleties of physical techniques, sense the distance, be able to use various tricks to deceive the eye, many of which are akin to tricks in the circus. As they say - on personal experience: the more you train, the clearer the understanding that all this cannot be packed into a year - two - ten. It is not without reason that this art, the art of non-contact combat, is most often demonstrated by older people, those who have many decades of training behind them. And maybe in twenty, thirty years you will learn to confidently use such techniques in battle, but before that you simply need to study all the methods of physical influence on the enemy and study them very well.

5. Articles are a short summary.

1. As a conclusion to the above, we can say the following: once you try to work a little with the above techniques, as they say, in practice, you quickly realize that non-contact combat is not possible for everyone and not with every opponent.”

2. No, I’ll be more precise: this is just one of the ways of psychoenergetic influence on a person, but not real at all military equipment. Non-contact influence on a person through obscure hand passes is, of course, a level and indicator of some skill of the practitioner, but trying to apply all this in battle means harming yourself at the most crucial moment!

3. But nevertheless, the algorithm presented here allows you to get acquainted with this phenomenon, as they say, closer and, albeit a little, but feel the world of “subtle matters”. And this is the key to the corresponding altered state of consciousness, which will be very useful when mastering real energy techniques.

4. Non-contact combat itself is in many ways a trap of consciousness, often forcing a person to “take a wrong turn” in his training.

Dear readers of the blog “Master of Battle”! If you would like to subscribe to new articles, you can do so below:

Modern non-contact combat can be divided into three main sections, each of which has a large number of subsections that flow from one section to another and back along a logical and figurative chain.

The first section can be conditionally called “Psycho-Ethereal”, when control is carried out on the opponent’s psyche, while simultaneously capturing the Ethereal field.

Regarding the first section, it should be noted that in non-contact combat this is the simplest control of a person and in some sense it can be attributed to the highest skill of Hand-to-hand combat. In hand-to-hand combat at the present stage of development there are a huge number of schools and directions, but by and large, to one degree or another, they all came out of the A.A. System. Kadochnikova. Because back in the early eighties A.A. Kadochnikov was the first to begin teaching hand-to-hand combat to people not related to the Armed Forces and Special Services. There are a lot of video materials on the Internet in black and white image format dating from 1985-1987, where A.A. Kadochnikov teaches hand-to-hand combat. For reference: at that time Soviet Union has not yet lost its repressive power of the special services, and A.A. himself. Kadochnikov was an active officer and could easily fall under the article on disclosure of official information on a formal basis.

It should be noted that when developing the method of hand-to-hand combat A.A. Kadochnikov (consciously or not consciously, history is silent about this))) introduced the section “Sexual acrobatics”. This section includes a large number of rolls and somersaults on a hard wooden floor, which, in addition to developing the elasticity and coordination of the body, also leads to the development of the so-called Skin vision. The practitioner's skin begins to work more efficiently and its increased sensitivity allows him to control another person or avoid his attacks at a certain distance, up to about 5 centimeters.

Non-contact hand-to-hand combat Russian style is a variety of forms of management influences, both on direct aggression and not creating negative situations, i.e. creating conditions through influence, when the conflict situation does not develop, but subsides, reaching the zero stage of indifference for the participants in the alleged conflict.

Let's imagine the usual street fight, when two people sort things out by stabbing each other in the face and body. In other words, physical impacts reach the recipients. They let off the steam of aggression and went to lick their wounds - this is a situation of two, when aggression when faced with aggression is neutralized. For the surrounding area, on physical level, this is the most favorable option.

Now imagine when one of the participants in a conflict situation has non-contact combat. Here the situation can develop according to different scenarios, let’s consider the main ones:

Option one - one of the participants in the conflict climbs in with fists, and the second is in a state of “I’m going to give you an energetic nightmare” and tries to catch something at the field level, accordingly, not everything works out and the conflict turns into a banal fight - a scuffle. But the energy message is sent into space and it begins to rush around looking for a victim, as a rule, the sender himself becomes the victim;
