What is the Swiss system in esports? After random seeding, all teams play the first round with a random opponent. Further, in the second and subsequent rounds, the teams form groups with an equal number of points, and play one match with an opponent from their group. At Bucharest Major in the second round we will have 4 matches among the 8 teams of the winners of the first round, and 4 matches among the losers. In the third round, teams with two wins, two losses and teams with one win and one loss will play against each other, and so on.
