The sauna, by the way, is shared - be prepared for men in Adam's costume. The toilet is clean. In general, it is very clean everywhere, and there is a complete feeling that the cleaning lady manages to be everywhere at once: either she wipes the floors in a cafe, or checks the order in the locker room.
Cords are awesome. Winter courts with excellent lighting. There are a lot of kids - someone is working with a coach, and someone is already ready to take their first championship cup. We got a hard court. I rented a racket, the administrator helped with the choice. balls in in large numbers are in the box on each court. At least on indoor courts.

1.1. These Rules establish the basis for the relationship between the Tennis Club (TC) and Club Members, regulate the procedure for payment and provision of services, and the norms of conduct on the territory of the TC. 1.2. The provisions enshrined in these Rules are binding on all Members of the TC. 1.3. In case of violation of the provisions of these Rules, the TC has the right to refuse to provide services to the Club Member. 1.4. The TC has the right to unilaterally supplement and amend these Rules with the obligatory preliminary notification of the Clients about the new Rules by posting them for public familiarization at the TC reception, as well as transferring the texts of the new Rules to the Club Members.
2.1. "Single visit" - is considered a one-time lesson lasting at least an hour of playing on the tennis court. 2.2. "Subscription" - a document confirming the right to receive TC services in the amount of 30 or 50 hours of playing on the court. Registration for the rental of the court is carried out 3 hours before the desired time. Subscription is personal, issued to one owner and cannot be transferred to another person 2.3. "Children's group" - classes in a group of 2 to 12 people, under the guidance of a coach on the tennis court with constant days of the week and start and end times of the lesson, according to the approved schedule. In case of being late for a lesson by more than 10 minutes, the possibility of a Club Member attending a lesson is agreed individually with the coach. 2.4 "Adult group" - in a group of 2 to 12 people, under the guidance of a coach on the tennis court with constant days of the week and start and end times, according to the approved schedule. 2.5. "Individual lessons with a trainer" - an individual lesson with a TC trainer, assistance and control from the coach throughout the training, the use of an additional sports equipment. If it is impossible to conduct a lesson with a certain coach (for example, due to the coach’s illness, being on vacation), the TC administrator decides in advance with the Club Member the possibility of conducting a lesson under the guidance of another coach or the possibility of transferring the lesson to another day and time at the choice of the Club Member. 2.6. "Club of Tennis Fans" - pair training sessions of tennis fans in a certain period of time 2.7. "Price List" - a document that establishes prices for the services of the shopping center on a certain date, is valid until the introduction of a new price list. 2.8 "Coach" - a person who has a higher sports education, providing training and gameplay. 2.9. "Sparring partner" is a professional tennis player who provides gameplay. 2.10. "Playing time" - the actual time on the tennis court, provided to the Club Member by prior Application and a multiple of 30 minutes (1 hour, 1.5 hours, etc.). 2.11. "Club Member" - a person using the services of the TC, accepting and complying with these Rules. 2.12. "Guest" - a person brought by a Club Member to the territory of the shopping center. All guests are subject to these Rules.
3.1. TC provides Club Members with:
- Single visit;
- Subscriptions with a fixed time;
- Subscriptions for 30 and 50 hours;
- Individual lessons with a trainer;
- "Club of Tennis Fans";
- Children's groups of different ages and levels of training;
- adult groups
3.2. Minimum time:
- Single visit - 60 minutes;
- Single visit to the summer courts - 55 minutes;
- Subscription - 30 hours;
- Individual lesson with a trainer - 1 hour;
- Classes with a coach in groups (children/adults) - according to the current group schedule.
3.3 The TC provides playing time on the basis of applications (reservations) of Club Members, taking into account the schedule of the court, competitions, club events, maintenance and repair work. Booking of playing time is carried out through the administrator of the shopping center. Reservations can be made directly at the Complex or by phone. 3.4 The TC is not responsible for maintaining the schedule of playing time for the Club Member after the expiration of the subscription, as well as in case of violation of the payment for services. 3.5 Only TC Members have the right to purchase a subscription. The purchase of season tickets by coaches is prohibited. 3.6. Cancellation of game time can be made no later than 24 hours before the start of the lesson and recoup during the season at an equivalent time, or, if desired, at a more expensive one, with an additional charge. A lesson not canceled on time is considered to have taken place and is paid at the current rate. 3.7. When holding competitions, Club events, technical malfunctions that prevent the operation of the courts, the TC has the right to make changes to the schedule. At the same time, the TC undertakes to notify the Club Member in advance by phone about the change in the schedule, as well as provide an opportunity to equally compensate for the missed playing time at a time convenient for the Club Member, taking into account the busyness of the courts. 3.8. Compensation (mutually agreed equivalent playing time) for classes in the TC is also provided in the following cases:
- when the Club Member informed the TC administrator in advance (at least 24 hours) about the impossibility of attending the class;
- unfavorable weather conditions for playing on open courts, and the impossibility of providing a closed area;
3.9. When booking time on the courts, the number playing field appointed by the administrator, immediately before the game and depends on the sequence of their release and the need for more or less thorough cleaning. A member of the club cannot buy a certain court, however, he can express his wishes, which, if possible, the administrator will be guided by when distributing the courts 3.10. In addition to the services specified in clause 3.1. of these Rules, TC provides Club Members with related services:
- sparring partner;
- personal trainer, group coach;
- stringer services;
- rental of tennis equipment;
- sale of tennis rackets, accessories, clothing, footwear and other related products;
- VIP-cloakroom;
- Massage;
- Cafe;
- Solarium.
4.1. Payment for the services provided by the shopping mall is made on the basis of the current approved price list. 4.2. Payment for the Club's services can be made both in cash and by bank transfer. 4.3. Payment for classes in groups is made no later than the 1st day of the current month. 4.4. Subscription payment and individual lessons made no later than the first day of the start of classes. 4.5. Payment of 100% of the previously booked playing time is made strictly before entering the court. .
6.1. Valuables are recommended to be deposited in safe boxes located near the reception desk. 6.2. For things lost or left unattended outside the places intended for their storage on the territory of the TC, the TC is not responsible. Forgotten things are stored in the shopping center for one month. Information about forgotten things can be obtained from the administrator at the reception. 6.3. The TC administration recommends that the Club Member undergo a medical examination by a doctor before the start of classes. Children visiting the tennis center must present to the coach a certificate from a pediatrician, which must indicate that there are no contraindications to playing tennis. 6.4. Children under 10 years of age are required to visit the shopping center accompanied by their parents or persons authorized in writing by their parents.
7.1. Intentional strike tennis racket for covering the court, the walls of the dome - 1000 rubles. 7.2. Passage in shoes that leave marks on the tennis court - 1000 rubles. 7.3. Passage in dirty shoes on tennis court- 500 rubles. 7.4. Damage to rental equipment is equivalent to the cost of buying an analogue. 7.5. Loss of a key to a personal locker - 1000 rubles. 7.6. In case of damage to the property or equipment of the shopping mall, not specified in paragraphs. 7.1-7.5, the amount of monetary compensation is determined by the management of the TC in an amount not exceeding the cost of damaged property or equipment 7.7. In case of repeated violation of the rules of the TC, the club has the right to deny access to the club without reimbursement of payment for the services of the TC.
