MOVEMENT TECHNIQUES AND MOVEMENT WITHOUT WEAPON AND WITH WEAPON

1. Combat techniques and movement without weapons

drill stand

27. The combat stance (Fig. 1) is accepted by the command "STAND" or "QUIET". At this command, stand straight, without tension, put the heels together, align the socks along the front line, placing them on the width of the foot; straighten the legs at the knees, but do not strain; lift the chest, and the whole body slightly forward; pick up the stomach; expand shoulders; lower your hands so that the hands, palms facing inward, are on the side and in the middle of the thighs, and the fingers are half-bent and touch the thigh; keep your head high and straight, without exposing your chin; look straight ahead; be ready for immediate action.

A combat stance on the spot is also accepted without a command: when giving and receiving an order, during a report, during the performance of the National Anthem of the Russian Federation, when performing a military salute, as well as when giving commands.

headwear:

a - caps; b - field caps

cotton; in - hats with earflaps

28. On the command "FREE", become free, loosen the right or left leg at the knee, but do not move, do not weaken your attention and do not talk.

At the command "REFILL", without leaving your place in the ranks, fix your weapons, uniforms and equipment. If you need to get out of order, ask your immediate supervisor for permission.

Before the command "REFUEL", the command "LONG" is given.

29. To remove headgear, the command "Headwear (headwear) - REMOVE", and for putting on - "Headwear (headwear) - PUT ON". If necessary, single military personnel take off their hats and put them on without a command.

The removed headdress is held in the left freely lowered hand with a cockade forward (Fig. 2).

Without weapons or with weapons in the "behind the back" position, the headgear is removed and put on with the right hand, and with weapons in the "on the belt", "on the chest" and "at the foot" positions - with the left. When removing the headgear with a carbine in the "shoulder" position, the carbine is first taken to the leg.

Turns in place

30. Turns on the spot are performed according to the commands: "Direct-IN", "Half-turn right-IN", "Nale-IN", "Half-turn left-IN", "Kru-GOM".

Turns in a circle (for 1/2 circle), to the left (for 1/4 circle), half a turn to the left (for 1/8 circle) are made towards the left hand on the left heel and on the right toe; to the right and half a turn to the right - to the side right hand on the right heel and on the left toe. Turns are performed in two steps: the first step is to turn around, maintaining the correct position of the body, and, without bending the legs at the knees, transfer the weight of the body to the front standing foot;

the second technique is to put the other leg in the shortest way.

Movement

31. Movement is done by walking or running.

Movement in steps is carried out at a pace of 110 - 120 steps per minute. Step size - 70 - 80 cm.

Running is carried out at a pace of 165 - 180 steps per minute. Step size - 85 - 90 cm.

The step is drill and marching.

The drill step is used when passing units in a solemn march; when they perform a military greeting on the move; when a serviceman approaches the commander and when leaving him; upon failure and return to duty, as well as in drill training.

The marching step is applied in all other cases.

32. Movement in marching step begins at the command "Command step - MARCH" (in the movement "Commander - MARCH"), and movement in marching step - on the command "Step - MARCH".

Rice. 3. Marching

On a preliminary command, move the body forward a little, transfer its weight more to right leg while maintaining stability; on the executive command, start moving with the left foot with a full step.

When moving with a drill step (Fig. 3), take the leg with the toe pulled forward to a height of 15–20 cm from the ground and place it firmly on the entire foot.

With hands, starting from the shoulder, make movements near the body: forward - bending them at the elbows so that the hands rise above the belt buckle to the width of the palm and at a distance of the palm from the body, and the elbow is at the level of the hand; back - to failure in the shoulder joint. The fingers are bent, keep the head straight, look in front of you.

When moving in a marching step, take the leg out freely, without pulling the toe, and put it on the ground, as in normal walking; hands to make free movements around the body.

When moving at a marching step, at the command "AT ATTENTION", go to a combat step. When moving with a marching step, on the command "FREE", go at a marching step.

33. Running movement begins at the command "Running - MARCH".

When moving from a place on a preliminary command, the body is slightly forward, the arms are half-bent, moving the elbows slightly back; on the executive command, start running with the left foot, make free movements with your hands back and forth in time with the run.

To move from step to run, on a preliminary command, half-bend your arms, pulling your elbows back a little. The executive command is given simultaneously with the setting of the left foot on the ground. On this command, take a step with your right foot and start running with your left foot.

To switch from running to step, the command "Step - MARCH" is given. The executive command is given simultaneously with the right foot on the ground. On this command, take two more steps running and start walking with your left foot.

Rice. 4. Step in place

34. The designation of a step in place is made by the command "In place, step - MARCH" (in motion - "IN PLACE").

According to this command, the step is indicated by raising and lowering the legs, while raising the leg 15–20 cm from the ground and placing it on the entire foot, starting from the toe; make movements with your hands to the beat of the step (Fig. 4). On the command "STRAIGHT", given simultaneously with the placement of the left foot on the ground, take another step with the right foot in place and start moving with the left foot in full step. In this case, the first three steps should be drill.

35. A command is given to stop the movement.

For example: "Private Petrov - STOP."

According to the executive command, given simultaneously with the placement of the right or left foot on the ground, take one more step and, putting the foot down, take a combat stance.

36. To change the speed of movement, the following commands are given: "WIDE STEP", "SHORT STEP", "MORE STEP", "LESSER STEP", "HALF STEP", "FULL STEP".

37. To move single soldiers a few steps to the side, a command is given.

For example: "Private Petrov. Two steps to the right (left), one step - MARCH."

On this command, take two steps to the right (left), placing a foot after each step.

A command is given to move forward or backward a few steps.

For example: "Two steps forward (backward), one step - MARCH."

On this command, take two steps forward (back) and put your foot.

When moving to the right, left and back, the movement of the hands is not performed.

Turns in motion

38. Turns in motion are performed according to the commands: "Direct-IN", "Half-turn right-IN", "Nale-IN", "Half-turn left-IN", "Round - MARCH".

To turn right, half a turn to the right (left, half a turn to the left), the executive command is given simultaneously with the right (left) foot on the ground. On this command, take a step from the left (right) foot, turn on the toe of the left (right) foot, simultaneously with the turn, take the right (left) foot forward and continue moving in a new direction.

To turn around, the executive command is given simultaneously with the right foot on the ground. On this command, take one more step with the left foot (on a count of times), take the right foot half a step forward and slightly to the left and, turning sharply towards the left hand on the toes of both legs (on a count of two), continue to move from the left foot in a new direction (for a count of three).

When turning, the movement of the hands is made to the beat of the step.

(Fig. 60). The combat stance is taken on the command "STAND".

Rice. 60. Rack

At this command, quickly get into line and stand straight, without tension, put your heels together, and deploy your socks along the front line to the width of your feet; straighten the legs at the knees, but do not strain; raise the chest, and move the whole body forward a little; pick up the stomach; expand shoulders; lower your hands so that the hands, palms turned inward, are on the side and in the middle of the hips, and the fingers are half-bent and touch the thigh; keep your head high and straight, without exposing your chin; look straight ahead; be ready for immediate action.

On the spot, at the command "ATTEST", quickly take a combat stance and do not move.

The position “at attention” on the spot is accepted even without a command: during the performance of the National Anthem of the Republic of Belarus, when giving and receiving orders, when reporting and addressing military personnel to each other, during a military salute, as well as when giving commands.

At the command "FREE", become free, loosen the right or left leg at the knee, but do not move, do not weaken attention, do not talk.

At the command "REFUEL", without leaving your place in the ranks, fix weapons, uniforms and equipment; if necessary, fail - for permission to apply to the immediate supervisor; talking and smoking - only with the permission of the senior commander. Before the command “REFUEL”, the command “FREE” is given.

To remove the headgear, the command “REMOVE the headgear (headdress)” is given, and to put it on, “PUT ON the headgear (headdress)”. If necessary, single military personnel take off their hats and put them on without a command. The removed headdress is held in the left freely lowered hand with a star (cockade) forward.

Turns in place. Turns on the spot are performed according to the commands: “Direction-IN”, “Half-turn right-IN”. “Nale-VO”, “Half-turn on left-VO”. Kru-GOM.

Turns in a circle (for 1/2 circle), to the left (for 1/4 circle), half a turn to the left (for 1/8 circle) are performed towards the left hand on the left heel and on the right toe; to the right and half a turn to the right - towards the right hand on the right heel and on the left toe.

Turns are performed in two counts: turn on the first count, keeping correct position body, and, without bending the legs at the knees, transfer the weight of the body to the front leg, on the second account, put the other leg in the shortest way.

Movement. The movement is made by walking or running. Normal walking speed is 110-120 steps per minute. Step size 70-80 cm. Normal running speed is 165-180 steps per minute. Step size 85-90 cm.

The step is drill and marching.

The drill step (Fig. 61) is used when passing units in a solemn march; during a military greeting by them on the move; when a serviceman approaches the commander and when leaving him; upon failure and return to duty, as well as in combat exercises.

Rice. 61. Marching

The marching step is applied in all other cases.

Movement with a marching step begins at the command "Standing step - MARCH" (in the movement "Stroevy - MARSH"), and movement with a marching step at the command "Step - MARCH". On a preliminary command, move the body forward a little, transfer its weight more to the right leg, while maintaining stability; on the executive command, start moving with the left foot with a full step.

When moving with a drill step, take the leg with the toe pulled forward to a height of 15-20 cm from the ground and put it firmly on the entire foot, separating the other leg from the ground at the same time. With hands, starting from the shoulder, perform movements near the body: forward - bending them at the elbows so that the hands rise above the belt buckle to the width of the palm and at a distance of the palm from the body; back to failure shoulder joint. The fingers are half bent. In movement, keep the head and body straight, look in front of you.

When moving with a marching step, take the leg out freely, without pulling the toe, and put it on the ground, as in normal walking; hands to perform free movements around the body.

When moving at a marching step, at the command "AT ATTENTION", go to a combat step. When moving with a marching step, on the command “FREE”, go at a marching step.

On the command "REFILL" it is allowed to correct weapons, uniforms and equipment, if necessary - contact the immediate superior. Get out of order and talk - only with the permission of the commander.

Running begins at the command "Running - MARCH". When moving from a place on a preliminary command, the body is slightly forward, the arms are half-bent, moving the elbows slightly back; on the executive command, start running with the left foot, with your hands to perform free movements forward and backward in time with the run.

A step (run) on the spot (Fig. 62) is carried out on the command "On the spot, step (run) - MARCH". At this command, the step should be indicated by raising and lowering the legs, while the leg is raised 15-20 cm from the ground and placed on the ground from the front of the foot to the entire track (when running - to the front); hands perform movements in time with the step.

Rice. 62. Step in place

On the command “STRAIGHT”, given simultaneously with the placement of the left foot on the ground, take another step with the right foot in place and start moving with the left foot in full step (running).

A command is given to stop the movement. For example: "Private Petrov - STOP." According to the executive command, given simultaneously with the placement of the right or left foot on the ground, take one more step and, putting the foot down, take the “at attention” position.

To change the speed of movement, the following commands are given: “WIDER STEP”, “SHORT STEP”, “FORTER STEP”. "Re-JE". "HALF STEP", "FULL STEP".

To move single soldiers a few steps to the side, a command is given, for example: "Private Petrov, two steps to the right (left), one step - MARCH." At this command, the soldier takes two steps to the right (left), placing his foot after each step.

To move forward or backward a few steps, a command is given, for example, "Two steps forward (backward), one step - MARCH." On this command, take two steps forward (back) and put your foot.

When moving to the right, left and back, the movement of the hands is not performed.

Turns in motion. Turns in motion in steps are performed according to the commands: “Direct-IN”. “Half-turn to the right-IN”, “Nale-VO”, “Half-turn to the right-VO”, “All around - MARCH”.

To turn right and half turn to the right, the executive command is given simultaneously with the right foot on the ground. At this command, take a step from the left foot, turn on the toe of the left foot, simultaneously with the turn, take the right foot forward and continue moving in a new direction.

For a turn to the left and half a turn to the left, the executive command is given simultaneously with the landing of the left foot on the ground. At this command, take a step from the right foot, turn on the toe of the right foot, simultaneously with the turn, take the left foot forward and continue moving in a new direction.

To turn around, the executive command is given simultaneously with the right foot on the ground. At this command, take one more step with the left foot (on a count of times), move the right foot half a step forward and slightly to the left and, turning sharply towards the left hand on the toes of both legs (two in a count), continue to move from the left foot in a new direction (for a count of three).

When turning, the movement of the hands is performed in time with the step.

Turns and half-turns to the right and left when running are performed according to the same commands as when walking, turning in one place for two counts to the beat of running. A turn around on the run occurs towards the left hand in one place for four counts per beat of the run.

  1. Tell and show how the combat stance is performed.
  2. Tell us about the actions of the servicemen on the commands "Attention", "At ease", "Refuel".
  3. Perform turns on the spot and on the move, show the movement with a drill step.

Combat coherence is one of the most important conditions affecting the cohesion and combat effectiveness in the army team. Clear and coordinated actions of personnel performing combat techniques with and without weapons are considered to be its brightest indicator.

Why do you need military training?

drill techniques with and without weapons are necessary to maintain order, organization and discipline in the army team.

As a result, a tactically trained unit is characterized by resistance to prolonged stress, speed and accuracy in the execution of commands and signals, skillful and coordinated actions in combat conditions. Performing combat techniques with and without weapons teaches each soldier to unquestioningly obey the commander. Also, the personnel acquires the following qualities:

  • Correct and fast execution of commands.
  • The habit of exemplary appearance.
  • mutual assistance, serious behavior both in the ranks and outside it.

Tactical combat techniques with weapons are necessary for the coherence of the actions of a company or battalion in possible combat conditions. The drill charter contains a combat training program, which indicates all the rules and regulations regarding tactical drill exercises for the entire training period. The combat coherence of each unit is assessed by specially appointed inspectors.

Features of conducting classes

One tactical-combat lesson occupies the development of three or four training questions, each of which is divided into separate elements. At the very end of the work, they are connected and worked out together. When carrying out receptions with the formation, the commander must clearly and briefly give commands and orders. For conducting drill exercises, a drill parade ground or a specially equipped platform is used.

Start of classes

Classes begin with the disclosure of the topic "Combat techniques and movement without weapons", in which the military personnel get acquainted with the elements of the system. They will learn what "flank", "line", "front", "interval", "closed" and "open formation" means. Combat techniques and movement without weapons are performed after the command given by the commander. For this, in addition to the order by voice, flags and lanterns can be used. Also, the commander can give a hand signal.

Combat techniques on the spot without weapons

After the commands "Socks together!" and "Toes apart!" military personnel must, in accordance with the task, put their heels along the front line. After the command "Stand in line!" trainees line up without tension. At the command "Attention!" privates are required to deploy socks to the width of the foot. Hands should be lowered along the body so that half-bent fingers touch the hips. The knees should be straight, the legs should not be tense. Students are required to pick up their stomach, turn their shoulders and look ahead. Exposing the chin is not recommended. Soldiers in this position are ready to act quickly.

Performing combat techniques without weapons does not exclude possible errors trainees. These include:

  • Excessively narrow or wide toes.
  • Arms bent at the elbows.
  • Head down.
  • Palms turned back.
  • Protruding belly.

It is also considered a mistake if the trainee transfers the weight of the body to the heels.

Combat techniques without weapons are performed at least five times.

Making turns in place

Unarmed combat moves include turning. These tasks are carried out by military personnel one by one after the commands “To the left!”, “To the right!”, “Circle!”.

These drills are performed without weapons. Trained after the command "To the right!" must do the following:

  • Rotate the body to right side. To do this, use the right heel and left toe. Performing the task, the soldier should not bend his knees. To perform this technique, it is important to learn how to turn, while maintaining the correct combat stance and hand position. It is important that the weight of the body is on the front leg.
  • Put back leg to the front. In this case, the socks should be deployed so that the distance between them corresponds to the width of the foot. At the command "Left!" trainees perform similar actions with the only difference that the rotation of the body occurs through the left shoulder.

Practicing the “Circle!” command, the soldier performs:

  • Vigorous turn to the left, using the left heel and right toe.
  • The body needs to be pushed forward a little.
  • Hands should be held along the body with the hands turned palms to the body.
  • It is necessary to put your feet after the turn so that their socks are in the same front line. The distance between them should correspond to the width of the foot.

Trainees learn turns on the appropriate command. The command itself is divided into two parts:

  • The preliminary is given to the soldier in order to prepare him for action. The soldier already knows what action the commander requires of him.
  • Executive is a signal to start action.

"Right!". The ending "-in" is considered the executive part of the command, after which its execution should begin.

A soldier on the account of "One!" performs a drill step from the left foot. Hands should make one stroke in time with the movement. After the step, the trainee stops, and the arms fall along the torso. The toe of the left foot should be pulled back. It is necessary that its distance to the ground is 200 mm.

After the marching step, the leg should stand firmly on the ground with the entire foot. As soon as she gets to the ground, the trainee begins to lift the next leg. At the expense of "Two!" on the left foot, you need to turn to the right. The right leg is brought forward. At the same time, one wave of the hands is also made. On the count of "Three!" the left foot is attached to the right. The servicemen, taking a step from the left foot, bring their right hand forward, and the left - to the limit back. When moving from the right foot, the left hand is extended forward, and the right hand is retracted. In order to develop these movements in trainees to automatism, special exercises for hands. They are performed standing still.

How should one salute military honor on the spot?

Execute the command "Salute!" a soldier can without a headgear in place. To do this, he must be turned towards the commander in the Attention stance. If a soldier has a headdress, then the honor is given using the right hand. To do this, you need to put your fingers together so that the middle ones touch the visor. When saluting military honor, the palm should be straight. The elbow of the right hand rises to shoulder height. Turning his head towards the commander, the serviceman does not change. When the senior in rank goes further, the soldier is obliged to turn his head back. Then the hand goes down.

How is honor given in motion?

Execute the command "Salute!" a soldier may be out of action. If there is no headgear, then the distance between the soldier and the commander should be six meters. Performing a movement near the authorities, you need to turn your head in his direction, and swinging your arms to the beat stops. They resume after the serviceman has passed by the commander. If a soldier has a headdress, military honor in motion should be given with the right hand applied to the visor.

The left hand should be pressed to the thigh. After the commander is passed, the soldier's head is turned straight ahead, and the right hand is lowered.

Techniques for leaving and returning to duty

A serviceman can leave the formation only at the command of a senior in rank. Hearing his last name and the instruction "Get out of order!" (in this case, a certain number of steps is indicated), the soldier must answer: “I!” and "Yes!". Then he takes a marching step. After he has passed the front line, the soldier is obliged to start counting the steps. Having completed their number indicated by the commander, the trainee must turn to face the formation. If the private is in the ranks, in the second row, he needs to put left hand on the shoulder of the person in front so that he misses him.

You can get back in line after the command “Get in line!”. The soldier must do the following:

  • Turn to the commander and say: "Me!".
  • After the executive command, answer: “Yes!”, put your hand on the visor of your headdress.
  • Turn around.
  • Perform the first marching step and lower your hand.
  • Return the same way back to the ranks.

Weapon training

Combat techniques with weapons on the spot are performed using a machine gun. It can have both a wooden and a folding stock. Weapons must be inspected prior to the start of training. The machine must be on the safety lock, and the belt is adjusted to be worn in any position.

How is the belt adjusted?

After the command of the commander "Let go of the belt!" or “Tighten the belt!” The soldier is required to:

  • Raise your right hand up (it slides along the weapon belt) and remove it from your shoulder.
  • Using the left hand, pick up the weapon.
  • Take the right hand machine. If the weapon has a folding butt, then it must be expanded. To do this, the left hand holds the machine gun, and the latch is retracted with the right hand and the butt leans back.
  • Make a half turn to the right.
  • Put your left leg out to the side. The butt of the weapon should rest against the foot of this leg. The barrel of the weapon should be located on the bend of the elbow of the right hand.
  • Perform a slight forward bend.
  • Use your right hand to hold the machine belt by the buckle.
  • Using your left hand, you can tighten or release the belt.

During this technique, the soldier's legs should not bend.

After completing the task, the trainee independently becomes back to the combat stance.

What is a weapon stand?

Combat techniques with weapons in place begin with the familiarization of military personnel with It is identical to the combat stance without weapons.

Three options are provided for the position of the weapon in the combat stance and in motion. For each of them there is a corresponding command: “On the belt!”, “On the chest!”, “On the back!”.

At the drill stand "On the belt!" the gun is held upside down. The right hand should be in contact with the upper edge of the belt with the brush. For a light (company) machine gun, a place is provided at the foot. The right hand in this combat stance is freely lowered. The butt plate of the butt of the machine gun should rest against the ground, in contact with the right foot of the serviceman.

For a drill stand with a carbine, the same position is provided as with a machine gun. With the difference that the gas pipe of the weapon must be clasped with the freely lowered right hand.

Team "On the belt!" used each time before changing the position of the machine gun or carbine. It is served before the command "On the chest!" or "On the back!".

After the command "On the belt!" the machine with a wooden butt must be positioned so that its muzzle is at the top. A weapon whose butt is folded, on the contrary, is located with the muzzle down.

The machine should hang on the right shoulder. In this case, the soldier is obliged to bend his right arm at the elbow and press it to the body. Holding the weapon is carried out with the help of the right hand on the belt. The left hand must be lowered along the body.

Team "On the chest!"

Combat techniques with weapons include the knowledge and skills of personnel to carry a machine gun. Having received the command “On the chest!”, A soldier armed with a weapon with a butt must perform the following actions:

  • Remove the machine gun from the belt with your right hand, and grab the forearm with your left. The weapon must be held in front of you in an upright position. In this case, the automatic magazine should be turned to the left, and the muzzle should be located at the height of the chin.
  • Throw the belt over your head while lowering your right hand. The stock is held with the right hand.

For a serviceman using a machine gun with a removable butt, the command "On the chest!" performed in two ways:

  • Use your right hand to remove the weapon from your shoulder. The forearm is held with the left hand. The grip of the handguard is made from below. The magazine of the machine should be directed down, and the muzzle should be to the left.
  • Using the right hand, throw the belt over the head so that the machine hangs on the left shoulder.

The command "On the back!"

Performing drill techniques with weapons in motion on the command "On your back!" begins after the weapon has taken the position "On the belt!". Exercises are performed using machine guns equipped with wooden or removable stocks. To do this, a serviceman whose weapon has a folding stock must, holding the machine by the muzzle with his right hand, move it behind his back. The servicemen begin to learn combat techniques and movement with weapons on the command "On your back!" after the bayonet-knife is removed from the machine. After dismantling from the weapon, it should be fastened to the belt. Learning these techniques begins at the command "Weapon behind your back!". The soldier must do the following:

  • At the expense of "One!" grab the machine belt with your left hand. In this case, the right hand holds the butt down.
  • At the expense of "Two!" the right hand raises the weapon, and the left hand throws the belt over the head. The machine gun should hang on the left shoulder, and the arms should be kept lowered.

Team "To the foot!"

Combat technique "Put down the weapon!" is performed by the following steps:

  • The soldier is obliged to take the machine gun with his right hand.
  • Take a step forward with your left foot.
  • Bend down and put the machine gun on the ground so that its bolt carrier is at the bottom, and the butt plate is next to the right leg.
  • Straighten up and stand in a combat stance. To do this, the soldier needs to put his left foot back to his right.

When executing this command, students make the following errors:

  • While bending, bend the right leg.
  • At the beginning of the reception, do not perform a full step on the left.
  • Do not look ahead.

Soldiers armed with a carbine given command performed using the following three steps:

  • The left hand drops quickly. At the same time, the right hand clasps the handguard of the carbine in its upper part.
  • The right hand of the soldier carries the carbine towards the right leg. The shutter turns to the student. The left hand in this technique is used to hold the carbine. She clasps the bayonet tube of the weapon. The butt of the carbine should be in contact with the foot of the right leg. The weapon itself is located near the hip.
  • The left hand drops quickly, while the right hand places the weapon on the ground.

Team "On the shoulder!"

The position of the carbine or machine gun from the position "To the foot!" to the position "On the shoulder!" changed using the following methods:

  • The right hand raises and turns the weapon so that the bolt is in front. Then the machine gun or carbine is transferred to the left side, while the right hand intercepts the weapon by handguard and forearm. The left hand moves slightly forward. An example is placed on it. As a result, he should lie on his palm with his butt pad: thumb located in front of the butt plate, and the rest are pressed against the butt on the left side. When using the left outstretched hand, the carbine is held on a plumb line. The elbow of the right hand should be at shoulder level.
  • The right hand quickly lowers, and the left raises the carbine until its bracket lies in the notch of the shoulder. The weapon is held without it falling to the sides. The left hand should be placed below the elbow, the butt is pressed against the belt.

Learning turns and movements with weapons

Performing drill techniques with weapons in motion is the same as without weapons. Having received the command “To the foot!”, The soldier raises the machine gun and gives the bayonet to himself. The right hand is pressed against the thigh. After completing the turn, the weapon drops to the ground.

In the process of executing the commands “Run!”, “Step!”, “Stop!” students learn combat techniques and movement with weapons. So, after the command "Step!" the soldier raises his machine gun. While running, the elbow of his free left arm is bent. The weapon is in the right, which is also bent at the elbow. The machine gun or carbine muzzle should protrude forward. If the formation in which the exercises take place is closed, the bayonet turns inward.

When moving with a weapon located in the “On the back!” position, both hands of a soldier perform swing movements in front of him. If the machine is located in the positions “On the chest!”, “On the shoulder!”, “At the leg!”, The serviceman has one left hand free. She swings to the beat of the movement. After the command "Stop!" the serviceman stops and independently returns the weapon to the “To the foot!” position.

After the command "On the shoulder!" the carabiner can be raised from the ground, as well as on the spot, using the same techniques. Their implementation should begin while putting the left foot to the walking right. The implementation of each technique is accompanied by the obligatory attachment of the left leg.

During the movement, the machine located in the “Shoulder!” position, after the command “To the foot!” lowered using three techniques similar to the position in place. Having received the command, the soldier must step with his right foot, put his left foot on it, and only then begin to perform each technique.

Features of the training of the Guard of Honor in the Russian Federation

Russia masters combat techniques with weapons using special weights for arms and legs. Training takes place every day for six hours. When studying tactical combat techniques, military personnel do not use weapons. For training, instead of weapons, their layouts are used. One mock-up weighs ten times the original. The combat training of the Guard of Honor of the Russian Federation includes the implementation of mandatory gymnastic exercises: longitudinal and cross twine. Much attention is paid to the development of the muscles of the legs and the press. To develop the correct combat posture, wooden crosses are used in the preparation process, which are placed behind the back. A specially developed original methodology is used to train the Guard of Honor of Russia.

As a result, the combat techniques performed by the Guard of Honor are distinguished by impeccability and special expressiveness.

For group 3:

Turns in motion.

1. Combat step

The drill step is used when passing units in a solemn march; when they perform a military greeting on the move; when a serviceman approaches the commander and when leaving him; upon failure and return to duty, as well as in drill training.

Movement with a marching step is carried out at a pace of -100–120 steps per minute. Step size - 70 - 80 cm.

Marching starts on command "Commander step - MARCH" (in move "Stroev - MARCH" ).

On a preliminary command, move the body forward a little, transfer its weight more to the right leg, while maintaining stability; on the executive command, start moving with the left foot with a full step.

When moving with a drill step, take the leg with the toe pulled forward to a height of 15-20 cm from the ground and put it firmly on the entire foot.

When walking on command "QUIETLY" go to the marching step. When moving in marching order on command "WILL" walk at a walking pace. During the designation of a step in place on command "DIRECTLY" , given simultaneously with the setting of the left foot on the ground, take another step with the right foot in place and start moving with the left foot in full step. In this case, the first three steps should be drill.

The sequence of learning to move with a marching step:

  • arm movement training
  • training in the designation of a step in place;
  • training in motion with a drill step for four counts;
  • training in motion with a drill step for two counts;
  • training in motion with a drill step at a slow pace (at a speed of 50-60 steps per minute);
  • training in motion with a drill step at a set pace according to the marking of the construction site;
  • general training in movement with a drill step along the parade ground without marking;
  • acceptance of accounts.

The technique of learning the drill

Having told about the use of the combat step, the commander proceeds to learn it with the squad. Learning to move with a marching step, like every new technique, should begin with an exemplary demonstration and explanation.

Movement with a marching step for four counts: a - position before the start of the movement; b - the beginning of the movement (first step); c - position at the end of the first step

Preparatory exercise - arm movement

For execution preparatory exercise- hand movement command is given: “Movement with your hands, do it - ONE, do it - TWO.”

By account "do - ONCE" bend the right arm at the elbow, moving it from the shoulder near the body so that the hand rises a palm's width above the belt buckle and is at a palm's distance from the body; at the same time, pull the left arm back until failure in the shoulder joint. The fingers should be bent, and the elbow of the right hand should be slightly raised.

By account "do - TWO" move the left hand forward, and the right, starting from the shoulder, back to failure.

After each count, the commander holds the position of the trainees' hands and corrects their mistakes.

By account "ONCE" take a step in place with your left foot, lifting it bent at the knee 15-20 cm from the ground and lowering it to the ground, on the entire foot, starting from the toe. Bend the right arm at the elbow, moving it from the shoulder near the body so that the hand rises a palm's width above the belt buckle and is at a palm's distance from the body; at the same time, pull the left arm back until failure in the shoulder joint. The fingers should be bent, and the elbow of the right hand should be slightly raised.

By account "TWO" similarly take a step in place with the right foot.

Preparatory exercise - movement in a marching step in divisions into four counts

To perform a preparatory exercise - movement in a drill step in divisions into four counts, a command is given: "Combat step, by division into four counts, step - MARCH" . After command "March" account is made: "One two three four. One two three four" and so on. Check "once" pronounced loudly.

By prior command "Step" move the body a little forward, transferring the weight of the body more to the right leg and maintaining stability.

By executive command "March" and by account "ONCE" start the movement with the left foot, with a full step, bringing the foot forward with the toe extended.

The foot should be parallel to the ground and extended to a height of 15–20 cm. The foot should be placed firmly on the ground on the entire foot, while at the same time lifting the right leg off the ground and pulling it half a step forward to the heel of the left leg. Simultaneously with the step, move the right hand forward, bend it at the elbow, moving it from the shoulder near the body so that the hand rises a palm's width above the belt buckle and is at a palm's distance from the body; at the same time, pull the left arm back until failure in the shoulder joint. The fingers should be bent, and the elbow of the right hand should be slightly raised. Then stand on the left leg with lowered hands, the right leg is straight, with the toe almost at the very ground.

By account "two three four" make an excerpt, eliminating the mistakes made at this time.

On the next account "ONCE" repeat the movement with the right foot, and in a row "two three four" exposure again, etc.

Under the account "once" take a step forward with the left foot with the movement of the hands and stop on the left foot with the hands lowered at the hips.

Under the account "two" make a short excerpt to eliminate comments

On the next account "once" take a full step with the right foot, as well as with the left, stopping on it with the hands lowered at the hips. If mistakes are made in the process of performing the preparatory exercise for splitting into two counts, the exercise for four counts should be repeated again.

General walk training

Training begins with learning to move in a marching step as a whole at a pace of 50–60 steps per minute, followed by an increase in the rate of movement to 110–120 steps per minute. To correct mistakes, it is recommended that from the full pace of movement in a marching step, go back to moving in divisions into four or two counts.

Then you should move on to training the movement with a drill step in the ranks of the squad (platoon).

At the end of learning to move with a marching step, the commander accepts a test from each trainee.

Typical mistakes when moving with a marching step:

  • the body is retracted;
  • lack of coordination in the movement of arms and legs;
  • head down;
  • the movement of the arms near the body is made not from the shoulder, but due to bending at the elbows;
  • lifting the leg from the ground is much lower (higher) than 15 cm;
  • step size is less (greater) than 70–80 cm;
  • the leg is brought behind the leg;
  • the movement of the arms forward is made significantly lower (higher) than the set height, and when moving backward - not to failure in the shoulder joint.

When learning to move with a marching step, it is necessary to ensure that the soldiers do not sway from side to side when moving. The reason for swaying is the wrong positioning of the legs when moving: instead of putting the legs inside stop along the axis of movement, put them to the sides, while the center of gravity of the body with each step shifts either to the right or to the left.

If a soldier seems to bounce while moving with a marching step, he needs to point out his mistake and demand that he transfer the weight of the body from foot to foot evenly, and not jerkily. It is impossible to allow skidding of one leg after the other when moving.
