If you don’t have time to boil the breast, then cold soup can be prepared without meat at all.

Delicious low calorie recipe without meat

This is a great option for a light snack on a hot day that can be prepared in just 12 minutes. 10 of them will be spent on boiling the eggs.

In this case, the composition will be like this:

  • Kefir - 1 liter
  • Boiled eggs - 4 pcs
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • Radishes - 5-6 pcs.
