5. Terms of payment.
Ticket price for Russian athletes 26,000 rubles, for foreigners - 500 € (euro). Includes accommodation, meals, participation in the training camp.
Parents accompanying children can stay at the Avangard base only upon agreement with the coach or the head of the training camp.
When the gymnast stays outside the base, the cost of the training camp is 15,000 rubles.
For coaches living outside the Avangard base, the cost of a coaching course is 15,000 rubles.
On shift change days, the cost of meals is 850 rubles per day, accommodation is 700 rubles per day. Accommodation on additional days to the main shift - 700 rubles per day.
6. Conditions for booking a ticket.
Reservation in the amount of 8000 rubles. is submitted in January 2017 by the responsible person of the group or the representative coach.
Receipt of funds is carried out according to a special STATEMENTS , funds are accepted by the official representative of the boarding house "Avangard", accounting accounting documents are issued on the receipt of funds.
The boarding house "Avangard" provides the following reporting documents: a receipt and cash order from the boarding house "Avangard", vouchers. The ticket can be issued for a group or individually. The voucher is not valid until the payment of its full price.
Similar documents are providedhotel "Helios", on the basis of which accommodation is also provided.
Payment for participation in the training camp is not included in the accommodation and meals of the Helios Hotel.
In case of cancellation of the ticket, the reservation is not refundable.
The remaining amount can be transferred to another shift or the next year as agreed by the parties.
In exceptional cases, the principal amount can be returned at the end of the season - August 20 upon application.
7. Documents.
All participants of the collection, living in the boarding house "Avangard", must submit to the administrator documents confirming their identity (passport, birth certificate), as well as an application for all participants in the collection, signed by a doctor.
