The author of the technique, Vladimir Vuksta, also deserves attention. Goltis is his pseudonym, which came in a dream as a child. Here is what Dmitry Ragzin tells about him. “The first impression of him is a tall, good-natured guy in a bandana and sunglasses. Plain t-shirt, sweatpants. In appearance - a coach as a coach, whom I have seen a lot. Very calm and with a pronounced charisma. This calmness, noticed for the first time, accompanies Goltis in everything. He is in no hurry to make a decision - from the place of the lecture to the answer to the question on the technique of performing exercises. He will be silent for a while, lower his eyes, think, and then answer. And every word is verified, weighed. It seemed that behind every word - a mountain of experience. And that's why I believed him. Believed every word. Although by nature, I am a distrustful person, I rarely believe the words. Here the trust was justified, and above all - by practice.

Having already returned from the seminar and studying at home, I was convinced how much this system of his was thought out, verified. For example, in martial arts, in order for the muscles to not “clog” from training, and the movements to be light and free, stretching is used. Otherwise, you will walk like a pitching - your arms and legs will not unbend. And before stretching, you still need to warm up, and all this time ... In the AI ​​system, stretching, or the principle of maximum stretching of the working muscle, is already included in the exercises, there is no need to spend separate time on it. 50 minutes four times a week - and the body is both toned and not clogged. And this is just one of the examples. Another example is adding weights. After mastering the full load, you can add weights of five kilograms. That is, hang a load on your belt when squatting or pulling up. Not to pile the barbell on the shoulders, as in the gym, killing your spine, but to the belt, on the contrary, stretching it. Who has problems with the spine - he will understand.

I remember Goltis' love for nature, people and life in general. He prefers to sleep in a tent on the shore of Lake Baikal, in a beautiful place, neglecting the comfort of the recreation center. He believes in the kindness of people: he believes that the bad that is in a person is temporary. And perhaps that is why he does not respond with aggression to aggression: there were several moments at the seminar when I would simply send a person to hell. This one is not - he will look for an approach and a solution to the problem to the last, explaining, showing, telling, seeking a reciprocal understanding.

Goltis believes that everything that is given to a person in life is not “for something”, but “for something”. And illness is no exception. Overcoming it, a person develops, learns new facets of himself, gains experience and understanding from the category of “I can do it”, “I can do it”. Indeed, in any business, in order to take a step further, you need to acquire new skills, develop new qualities.

There was an incident at the seminar that I would like to talk about. This is about the price: the cost and value of the seminar. A guy, a former wrestler, came to the seminar. Why ex? Because he was in a wheelchair. Dried body. That melancholy that blackened in his eyes, he plugged the headphones from the player, trying to smile, and in response to sympathetic looks, to behave as if nothing had happened. His father brought him. The father showed what was left unread on his son's face. The guy stuck his head into the bottom while jumping into the water. In the same place, on Baikal, a year before. Neck fracture, paralysis. His friend asked for the guy, ready to pay any money, if only he got on his feet. Goltis said that he did not need anything, and taught the paralytic individually. I accidentally witnessed this conversation, being nearby. And then he stood for a long time and could not come to his senses. But the first impression of Goltis was - a simple man, in simple clothes.
