POSITION

about holding a mini-football tournament

1. Goals and objectives of the tournament.

· mass attraction of young people to a healthy lifestyle;

· popularization and development of mini-football;

    establishing sports contacts between cities and regions and determining the best participating teams in mini-football.

2. Tournament management.

The holding of mini-football competitions is entrusted to the Organizing Committee of the tournament.

3. Condition for participation in the tournament.

Any team can take part in the competition if it

· accepts these Regulations on the tournament;

    submitted an application for participation correctly and in a timely manner (the application is submitted as part of the application for participation in the All-Russian festival of creativity and sports for working youth “Youth”). is responsible for the health of its players.

4. Dates and place of the tournament.

The tournament is held as part of the All-Russian festival of creativity and sports for working youth “Youth”.

5. Conditions of the tournament.

Competitions are held according to the rules of the game of mini-football (Appendix No. 1) in an open area on a lawn with artificial turf. In agreement with representatives of the participating teams, simplifications in the rules are possible. Team composition: 1 goalkeeper. 5 field players and up to 3 substitutes. Each team can enter no more than 9 players for the game.

The draw will take place after the refereeing team. The tournament is held in two rounds. For a victory in a match, a team receives 3 points, for a draw - 1, for a defeat - 0. The winner of the tournament is determined by the largest number points scored. In the event of a tie between two or more teams, the teams' placings are determined sequentially according to the following criteria:


· by the greatest number of victories in all matches;

· based on the results of games between themselves (number of points, number of victories, difference between goals scored and goals conceded, number of goals scored, number of goals scored on a foreign field);

· the best difference between goals scored and goals conceded in all matches;

· by the greatest number of goals scored in all matches.

In all other cases, the teams are assigned the same places if all indicators are equal.

6. Judging.

Servicing of tournament matches is carried out by tournament referees recommended by the main referee of the tournament and approved by the Organizing Committee of the Festival. Each match is served by a team of referees consisting of: the chief match referee, the second referee, and the timekeeper.

7. Rewarding.

The winners of the Tournament are awarded a Memorable Diploma and Cup.

Mini-football rules

Players. The match involves two teams, each of which consists of no more than five players, one of them is the goalkeeper.

Replacement procedure.

1. The maximum number of spares allowed is three.

2. The number of substitutions during the match is not limited. A player who has been replaced may return to the court replacing any player.

3. The substitution is made while the ball is in play. Also when he left the game, subject to the following conditions:

· A player must leave the court in his team's substitution zone only after the player leaving the court has completely crossed side line.

· The substitute is under the authority and jurisdiction of the referees, regardless of whether play is in progress or stopped.

· The substitution is complete when the substitute enters the pitch, at which point he becomes an active player and the player he replaces ceases to be an active player.

4. The goalkeeper can change places with any player on his team.

Violations/Penalties

1. If, during a substitution, a substitute player enters the court before the player he is replacing has completely left it, then:

· the game stops;

· the player being replaced is asked to leave the court;

· the substitute player receives a warning with a yellow card;

· play is restarted with an indirect free kick to the opposing team from the place where the ball was when play was stopped. However, if the ball was in the penalty area, the free kick is taken from the point on the penalty area line closest to where the ball was when play was stopped.

2. If, during a substitution, a substitute player enters the court or the player being replaced leaves the court outside the substitution zone of his team, then:

· the game stops;

· the offending player receives a warning with a yellow card;

· play is restarted with an indirect free kick to the opposing team from the place where the ball was when play was stopped. However, if the ball was in the penalty area, the free kick is taken from the point on the penalty area line closest to where the ball was when play was stopped.


Solutions.

1. At the start of the match, each team must have five players.

2. If, after the removal of players, there are less than three players left on any team (including the goalkeeper), then the game must be abandoned.

Safety. A player must not use or wear anything in his equipment that is dangerous to himself or any other player, including jewelry of any kind.

Basic equipment. The main mandatory equipment for a player is:

1. Clothing must be appropriate for weather conditions (November): sweatpants, jacket, hat, gloves.

· must be completely covered with gaiters;

· must be made of a suitable material (rubber, plastic or similar material);

· must provide a sufficient degree of protection.

4. shoes - only the following types of shoes are allowed: canvas, soft leather, training or gymnastics with rubber or similar material soles.

Goalkeeper

· The goalkeeper is allowed to wear long trousers.

· The color of each goalkeeper's clothing must be easily distinguishable from that of other players and referees.

· If a field player changes goalkeepers, the number on his goalkeeper's jersey must be the same as the number under which he is entered in the match report.

Violations/Penalties. The player, at the request of the referee, leaves the court to put the equipment in order or supplement its individual parts. The player cannot return to the court without the permission of one of the referees, who must check that the player’s equipment is in order.

Chief Judge. Powers of the Chief Judge.

Each match is conducted by the Chief Referee, who has broad powers to ensure full compliance with the Laws of the Game in the match for which he is appointed. These powers begin when you arrive at the site where the site is located and end when you leave it.

Rights and responsibilities of the chief judge:

· ensures compliance with the Rules of the Game;

· allows play to continue if the opposing team that committed the offense benefits and gains an advantage from the stoppage of play and must penalize it for the original offense if the expected advantage does not increase at that point;

· maintains records of the game and provides the hosting organization with a match report, which includes information about any disciplinary sanctions imposed on players and/or officials, as well as any other incidents that occurred before, during or after the end of the match;

· acts as a timekeeper if he is not officially introduced;

· stops, temporarily interrupts or terminates the match for any violation of the Rules, as well as as a result of any type of outside interference;

· issues disciplinary sanctions to players guilty of violations that merit a warning or removal;

· ensures that unauthorized persons do not enter the site;

· stops the game if, in his opinion, a player is seriously injured and controls his departure from the court;

· allows the match to continue until the ball goes out of play if the player, in his opinion, has received only a slight injury;

Ensures that any ball used in the game meets the requirements

The decisions of the chief judge, decisions made on the facts of the game are final.

1. If the main referee and the second referee simultaneously record a violation and their opinions about which team should be punished differ, then the referee’s decision will have priority.

2. Both the head referee and the second referee have the right to warn or send off a player, but in the event of a disagreement between them, the referee's decision will prevail.

Second judge. Rights and responsibilities.

· appointed to control the game, located on the opposite side of the court from the referee. He is also allowed to use a whistle.

· assists the referee in conducting the match in accordance with the Laws of the Game.

The second judge also:

· has the right, at his own discretion, to stop the game for any violation of the Rules;

· Ensures that substitutions are carried out correctly.

In case of excessive interference or improper actions, the head referee relieves the second referee from performing his duties, arranges for his replacement and submits a report to the conducting organization.

Timekeeper.

1. It is located outside the area, opposite the halfway line, on the same side as the substitution areas.

2. The timekeeper is equipped with a special watch (chronometer) and the equipment necessary to display the accumulated violations, which are provided by the association or club on whose site the match is being held.

Duties of a timekeeper. Ensures that the duration of the match, that is:

Includes the provided clock (chronometer) after the kickoff is completed;

Stops the clock (chronometer) when the ball goes out of play;

Starts the clock after a kick-in, goal kick, corner kick, free kick, free kick, 6-meter or 10-meter kick, end of a time-out or drop ball ball";

· controls the minute duration of the timeout;

· monitors compliance with the duration of the two-minute penalty period when a player is sent off;

· signals the end of the first period, the end of the match, the end of each period of extra time, the end of time-outs with a whistle or other acoustic signal different from those used by the referees;

· keeps a record of all time-outs granted to each team, reports and appropriately signals to the referees and teams about the granting of a time-out at the request of the coach of any team;

· keeps a record of the first five accumulated violations committed by each team in each half of the match and recorded by the referees, and also signals when any of the teams commits the fifth accumulated violation.

In the event of injury to the referee or the second referee, the third referee may replace either of them.

Match duration

Game periods.

1. The match lasts two equal periods of 10 minutes each. Time control is carried out by a timekeeper.

2. The duration of each half of the match may be extended to accommodate penalties.

Time-out.

1. Teams have the right to take a one-minute time-out in each half of the match.

2. When granting a time-out, the following conditions:

· Team coaches have the right to ask the timekeeper for a time-out of one minute.

· A one-minute time-out can be requested at any time, but can only be granted while the team requesting the time-out is in possession of the ball.

· The timekeeper signals a time-out when the ball is out of play by using a whistle or other acoustic signal different from that used by the referees.

· During a time-out, players must remain on the court. If they wish to receive instructions from one of the team officials, they must do so only on the touchline opposite their bench. The official instructing the players must not enter the court.

· A team that does not use a time-out in the first half of the match is entitled to only one time-out in the second half of the match.

Break between periods should not exceed 5 minutes.

Starting and resuming the game

Preparatory activities.

A coin is tossed and the team that wins the toss wins which goal it will attack in the first half of the match. The other team takes the kickoff. The team that wins the toss takes the kick-off in the second half of the match. Before the start of the second half of the match, the teams change sides of the court and attack the opposite goal.

Kickoff is the way to start or resume the game:

· at the beginning of the match;

· after a scored goal;

· at the beginning of the second half of the match;

· at the beginning of each period of extra time, if any.

A goal must be counted if the ball is scored directly from the kick-off.

Procedure.

· All players are in their own halves of the court.

· The opponents of the team taking the kick-off remain at least 3 m away from the ball until it is in play.

· The ball lies motionless on the center mark.

· The referee gives the signal.

· The ball is in play when it is kicked and moves forward.

· The kicker may not touch the ball again until it has been touched by another player.

After a goal is scored, the kickoff is taken by the team that conceded the ball.

Violations/Penalties

1. If the player taking the kick-off touches the ball again before it has been touched by another player, a free kick is awarded to the opposing team from the place where the infringement occurred. However, if a player commits this offense in the opposing team's penalty area, the free kick is taken from the point on the penalty area line closest to the place where the offense occurred.

2. For any other violation of the execution procedure, the initial kick is repeated.

3.Play resumes when the ball touches the ground.

Jump ball- this is a method of resuming the game after its temporary stoppage for any reason not mentioned anywhere in the Laws of the Game, and which became necessary at the moment when the ball was in play, and provided that it did not cross the side line of the goal immediately before the stoppage.

Procedure. The referee throws the ball in the place where it was when play was stopped, unless the ball was in the penalty area, in which case the referee throws the ball in the penalty area line closest to the place where the ball was in the penalty area. the moment the game is stopped.

Violation/Penalty. The dropped ball is thrown in again:

If a player touches the ball before it touches the ground;

If the ball leaves the court after touching the ground, but none of the players touches it.

The ball is in play and not in play.

The ball is out of play.

The ball is out of play when:

· it completely crosses the goal line or touchline, either on the ground or in the air;

· the game was stopped by the referee;

· it will hit the ceiling.

Ball in play for the rest of the time, including cases when:

· it bounces off the goal post or crossbar and remains within the area;

· it bounces off any of the referees located within the court.

If the ball hits the ceiling, play is restarted with a kick from the touchline by the team opposite the one whose player last touched the ball. The kick-in is taken from the point on the touchline closest to where the ball hit the ceiling.

Scored goal. A goal is scored when the ball completely crosses the goal line between the goal posts and under the crossbar, unless it was thrown, carried in, or deliberately handled by a player of the attacking team, including the goalkeeper.

The winning team.

The team with more goals scored during the match is considered the winner. If both teams have an equal number of goals scored or there are no goals scored, the match is considered to end in a draw.

Violation of rules and undisciplined behavior of players

Violations of the rules and undisciplined behavior of players are punished as follows:

Free kick awarded to the opposing team if a player of that team commits any of the following six offenses, in which the nature of the impact must be taken into account by the referee, whether he is careless, reckless or using excessive force:

· kick or attempt to kick an opponent;

· tripping or attempting to trip an opponent;

· jump on an opponent;

· attacking the opponent, even with the shoulder;

· strike or attempt to strike an opponent with your hand;

· pushing the opponent.

A free kick is also awarded to the opposing team if a player from that team commits any of the following four offences:

· will delay the opponent;

· spits at an opponent;

· tackles in an attempt to play the ball while an opponent is either playing or attempting to play (the kicker will tackle), excluding the goalkeeper in his own penalty area and provided that he does not play carelessly, rashly or using excessive force;

· deliberately plays the ball with his hand, except for the goalkeeper in his own penalty area.

A free kick is taken from the place where the infringement occurred.

All of the above violations are accumulated violations.

Penalty awarded if a player commits any of the above violations within his own penalty area, regardless of where the ball was at that moment, as long as it was in play.

Free kick awarded to the opposing team if the goalkeeper of that team commits one of the following violations:

· after releasing the ball, the owner receives it back from a teammate, without the ball crossing the halfway line or being played or touched by an opponent;

touches or makes contact with the ball with his hands after receiving it from a teammate who deliberately kicked a pass to him;

touches or controls the ball with his hands after receiving it directly from a teammate who has taken a touchline kick;

· touches or controls the ball with his hands or feet in his own half of the court for more than four seconds.

A free kick is also awarded to the opposing team from the place where the infringement occurred if, in the opinion of the referee, a player from that team:

· will play dangerously;

· without playing the ball, deliberately interferes with the progress of the opponent;

· prevents the goalkeeper from throwing in the ball in his hands;

The free kick is taken from the place where the infringement occurred, however, if it occurred inside the penalty area, then the free kick is taken from the point on the penalty area line closest to the place where the infringement occurred.

Disciplinary sanctions

Violations punishable by warning.

A player is cautioned and shown a yellow card if he commits any of the following offences:

· guilty of unsportsmanlike conduct;

· demonstrates disagreement by word or action;

· systematically violates the Rules of the Game;

· fails to respect the necessary distance when play is restarted with a corner kick, touch-in, free kick, free kick or goal throw;

· enters or returns to the court without the permission of the referee or violates the substitution procedure;

· intentionally leaves the court without the permission of the referee.

Violations punishable by deletion.

A player is sent off the pitch and shown a red card if he commits any of the following offences:

· guilty of a serious violation of the rules of the game;

· guilty of aggressive behavior;

· spits at an opponent or any other person;

· deprives the opposing team of a goal or a clear opportunity to score a goal by deliberately handling the ball (this does not apply to the goalkeeper in his own penalty area);

· deprives an opponent moving towards the opponent's goal from a clear opportunity to score a goal by committing an offense punishable by an indirect free kick or penalty;

· uses offensive, offensive or obscene language;

· will receive a second warning during the same match.

Solution. A player who is sent off cannot subsequently re-enter the game and remain on the bench. A substitute player may enter the court once the full two minutes have elapsed after his teammate has been sent off, unless a goal is scored before the end of those two minutes, subject to permission from the timekeeper. In this situation (playing with incomplete squads) following rules:

· if 5 players play against 4 and the team with more players scores, then the team with 4 players is supplemented by a fifth player;

· if both teams play with 4 players and a goal is scored, both teams remain with the same number of players;

· if 5 players play against 3 or 4 against 3 and the team with more players scores a goal, then only one player can complement the team with 3 players;

· If both teams play with 3 players and a goal is scored, both teams remain with the same number of players.

Free kick and free kick

Types of blows.

Kicks can be free kicks or free kicks. For both free kicks and free kicks, the ball must be stationary when the kick is taken, and the kicker cannot touch the ball again until it has been touched by another player.

Free kick. If the ball is scored into the opponent's goal directly from a free kick, then the goal is counted.

Free kick. A goal can only be scored if the ball touches another player before it goes into the goal.

Player positions for free kicks and free kicks.

· All players on the opposing team must remain at least 5m away from the ball until it is in play.

· The ball is in play after the kicker touches or plays it.

Violations/Penalties.

1. If, when taking a penalty or free kick, the opponent is closer to the ball than the required distance, then the kick is repeated.

2. If, after the ball is in play, the kicker touches the ball again before it has been touched by another player, a free kick is awarded to the opposing team from the place where the infringement occurred. However, if the infringement occurred in the penalty area, then the free kick is taken from the point on the penalty line closest to the place of the infringement.

3. If the team taking a penalty or free kick takes more than 4 seconds, the free kick is awarded to the opposing team.

Signals.

Free kick: The referee holds one hand horizontally, indicating the direction in which the kick should be taken. If the violation was accumulated, the referee index finger The other hand points down to the court, signaling to the third referee or other official at the referee's table that this violation is considered a violation.

Free Kick: The referee indicates the award of a free kick with his arm raised above his head. He keeps his hand in this position until the ball is touched by another player after the kick is made or he is out of play.

Penalty are awarded to the goal of the team whose player commits any of the violations, in their own penalty area when the ball was in play, and are punishable by a free kick. A goal is counted if the ball is scored directly from the penalty spot.

There shall be added time for penalties awarded at the end of each half of the match or at the end of each period of extra time.

Position of the ball and players.

The ball is placed at the 6-meter mark.

Penalty kicker:

· installed properly.

Goalkeeper of the defending team:

· remains between the posts on his goal line, facing the kicker, until the ball is kicked.

Players, in addition to the kicker, are positioned:

· within the site;

· outside the penalty area;

· behind and to the side of the 6-meter mark;

· at a distance of at least 5 m from the 6-meter mark.

Procedure.

· The player taking the penalty kicks the ball forward.

· He cannot touch the ball again until it has been touched by another player.

· The ball is in play when it is hit forward.

When a penalty kick is taken during normal time of play, or in stoppage time in the first half or the entire match granted for a penalty kick or replay, a goal is awarded if, before crossing the goal line between the posts and under the crossbar:

· The ball touches one or both posts and/or the crossbar and/or the goalkeeper.

Violations/Penalties. If a player of the defending team breaks this Rule, then:

· the kick is repeated if the goal is not counted;

· the kick is not retaken if the goal is scored.

If the partner of the player taking the kick breaks this Rule then:

· the kick is repeated if the ball is scored into the goal;

· the kick is not retaken if the goal is not counted.

If the kicker breaks this Rule after the ball is in play:

· a free kick is taken by the opposing team from the place where the violation occurred, however, if it was in the penalty area, then the free kick is taken from the point on the penalty line closest to the place of the violation.

Kick the ball from the sideline

A goal cannot be counted if the ball is scored directly from a touchline kick.

A kick from the sideline is awarded:

· when the ball completely crosses the touchline on the ground or in the air, or touches the ceiling;

· from the place where the ball crossed the side line;

· in favor of the opponent of the player who last touched the ball.

Position of the ball and players.

The ball: · must remain motionless on the side line;

· can be kicked into play in any direction.

Player taking a kick from the touchline may place part of each foot on the sideline or outside the court when the ball is struck.

Defending team players:

· must be located at a distance of at least 5 m from the place from which the ball is kicked from the side line.

Procedure.

· The kicker must do so within 4 seconds of taking control of the ball.

· The kicker cannot play the ball again before it has touched another player.

· The ball is in play immediately after it is struck or touched.

Violations/Penalties. A free kick is awarded to the opposing team if:

· The kicker will play the ball again before it touches another player. A free kick is taken from the place where the violation occurred, however, if it was in the penalty area, then the free kick is taken from the point on the penalty line closest to the place of the violation.

The ball is kicked from the touchline by a player from the opposing team if:

· the ball was kicked from the sideline incorrectly.

· the ball is kicked from the sideline within 4 seconds from the moment the player takes control of the ball.

· any other violation of the Rule has occurred.

Goal kick is a way to resume the game.

A goal does not count if the ball is scored directly from a goal kick.

A goal kick is awarded when:

· the ball completely crosses the goal line on the ground or in the air and is last touched by a player from the attacking team without a goal being scored in accordance with Law 11.

Procedure.

· The ball is thrown from anywhere in the penalty area by the goalkeeper of the defending team.

· Opponents must remain outside the penalty area until the ball is in play.

· The goalkeeper cannot play the ball again until it is played by an opponent or it has crossed the halfway line.

· The ball is in play when it is thrown directly outside the penalty area.

Violations/Penalties.

1. If the ball is not thrown directly outside the penalty area:

· The goal kick is repeated.

2. If, after the ball is in play, the goalkeeper touches the ball again before it is played by an opponent or it crosses the halfway line, then:

· a free kick is taken by the opposing team from the place where the violation occurred. If

3. the violation occurred in the penalty area, the free kick is taken from the point on the penalty area line closest to the place where the violation occurred.

4. If, after the ball is in play, the goalkeeper receives it back from a teammate, then:

· a free kick is taken by the opposing team from the point on the penalty area line closest to the place where the violation occurred.

5. If the goal kick is not taken within 4 seconds from the moment the goalkeeper takes possession of the ball, then:

· a free kick is taken by the opposing team from the point on the penalty area line closest to the place of the violation.

Corner kick There is a way to resume the game.

A goal must be scored directly from a corner kick, unless the ball is scored into the opponent's goal.

A corner kick is awarded when:

· the ball completely crosses the goal line on the ground or in the air, the last one to touch it is a player of the defending team and a goal will not be counted.

Procedure.

· The ball is installed inside corner sector, closest to where the ball exits.

· Opponents are positioned at least 5m away from the ball until it is in play.

· The ball is kicked by a player from the attacking team.

· The ball is considered in play when it is kicked or touched.

· The kicker cannot play the ball again until it has touched another player.

Violations/Penalties. A free kick is awarded to the opposing team if:

· the player taking the corner kick will play the ball again before it touches another player. The free kick is taken from the place where the infringement occurred;

· a corner kick is not taken within 4 seconds from the moment the kicker gains control of the ball. The free kick is taken from the corner sector.

For any other violation:

· The corner kick is repeated.

Procedures for determining the winner of a match

Extra time and kicks from the 6-meter mark are the means of determining the winning team if the Competition Rules require it to be determined when the match ends in a draw.

Extra time consists of two equal periods of five minutes.

If no goal is scored during two periods of extra time, the winner of the match is determined by kicks from the 6-meter mark.

Kicks from the 6-meter mark.

· The referee selects the goal into which the kicks will be taken.

· The referee tosses a coin and the team whose captain wins the toss chooses to kick first or second.

· The referee keeps a record of the strikes performed.

· Both teams take five kicks under the conditions described below.

· Strikes are performed by teams alternately.

· If, before both teams have taken five kicks, one team has more goals scored than the other can score, even if it takes all five kicks, kicks are stopped.

· If, after both teams have taken five kicks, each team has the same number of goals scored or no goals are scored, kicks continue in the same order until one team scores one more goal than the other, with the same number of blows.

· Each final stroke is taken by a different player, and all eligible players must do so before the player who has already taken the stroke can take it again.

· The player entitled to kick may change places with the goalkeeper at any time when taking 6-meter kicks.

· Only eligible players and match referees are allowed on the court when 6-meter kicks are taken.

· All players, excluding the kicker and the two goalkeepers, must be on the opposite half of the court from where the kicks are being taken.

· The goalkeeper whose teammate takes the penalty must be on the area outside the penalty area in which the kicks are taken and on the goal line where it intersects the penalty line.

· When a team finishes a match with more players than its opponents, it reduces that number to equal the opponent's and informs the referee of the name and number of each exceptional player. The team captain is responsible and ensures that this requirement is met.

· Before 6-meter kicks are taken, the referee must ensure that the same number of players from each team remain on the opposite half of the court from where kicks will be taken, only these players will take 6-meter kicks.

Football tournament among students in grades 5-6

4. COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS
Students who have a doctor’s clearance to engage in physical education take part in the competition. Team composition: 8 people.
5. TOURNAMENT PROGRAM
Opening of the competition. Competitions are held according to the rules of the game of mini “Football”. Games are played on a round-robin basis. The game lasts 10 minutes - 2 halves, a break of 3 minutes.
6. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
The winner is determined by the fewest points scored.
7. AWARDS
The winning teams are awarded certificates and prizes.

Competition program

The participating teams line up in 3 lines at the stadium to the sounds of a sports march.
Teacher: welcomes the competition participants, wishes them success and “May the best man win!” Represents the judging panel, which consists of high school students. The draw is made and the teams go to warm up, and the match begins when the referee whistles. There are two matches taking place at the stadium, with 5th graders playing in one half and 6th graders in the other. Then a blitz tournament between the winners.


During breaks there is music and dance groups performing. The guys discuss and develop their tactical actions.
Change platforms and continue the game.

After playing all the games, the teacher sums up the results, and the winning and prize-winning teams are awarded.

2. Place and time of the event.

Mini-football competitions are held on the sports ground of secondary school No. 4 in Syktyvkar.

3. Competition participants.

National teams of 5th grades are allowed to participate in the tournament as part of the team: 3 field players, 1 goalkeeper, substitutions are allowed.

4. Conduction system.

The tournament is held according to the Olympic system. Refereeing is carried out according to the rules of mini-football. The game consists of 2 halves of 5 minutes, with a break between halves of 2 minutes.

5. Determination of winners and awards.

The winner is determined by the winning games. In case of equality of points scored by two or more teams based on additional indicators.

For first place a certificate of 1st degree is awarded, for second place 2 degrees, for third place 3 degrees, for fourth place a certificate of participation is awarded. A certificate is also awarded to the recognized best striker.

6. Responsible for carrying out.
