This old game. Previously, it had other names ("Airball", "Flying Ball"). It used a rag ball, a hat, an inflated bubble.

Currently, this game has been somewhat modernized. She became preparatory game to all sports games with a ball.

The game is played on a small playground or in a hall. Children participate in it (starting from the youngest school age) and youth, from 3 to 30 people. Players need a ball (volleyball, basketball or simple children's).

Description. Participants stand in a circle at a distance of arms extended to the sides. The driver (by lot) stands in the middle of the circle. Someone standing in a circle in the hands of the ball. The players throw the ball through the air or roll it on the ground so that the driver cannot touch it. Running in the middle of the circle, the driver seeks to touch the ball in the air, on the ground or in the hands of one of the players. If the driver manages to touch the ball, then he changes place with the player who threw the ball, or with the player who held the ball when he was touched by the driver.

If there are more than 15-20 people playing, 2-3 drivers can be distinguished. When the participants have mastered the game well, a complication can be introduced: the players move in a circle all the time.

Rules.

  1. If the ball flies out of the circle, then the players must pick it up as quickly as possible and, returning to their places, continue the game.
  2. The driver has the right to touch not only the ball that is in someone's hands, in the air, on the ground, but also the ball that has flown out of the circle.

Description of the game. The players stand in a circle at arm's length. A line is drawn in front of their socks. Choose 2-4 drivers who go to the middle of the circle. Those standing in a circle throw the ball through the air and pass it on the ground so that the drivers cannot touch it. Drivers, running in a circle, tend to touch the ball. If any of the leaders manage to touch the ball, then the player who throws the ball was touched by the driver, or the one who had the ball in his hands, takes his place. The driver takes his place.

Rules

Children walk or run around the playground. The teacher holds a large ball in his hands. He calls the name of one of the children and throws the ball up. The named one must catch the ball and throw it up again, calling the name of one of the children. You need to throw the ball higher in order to have time to catch it, and in the direction of the one who was named.

Option 2:

Children stand in a circle, one child throws the ball up and calls the name of the one who should catch it, all other children scatter away from the center. The one who catches the ball shouts - stop! Everyone stops. And the one who caught the ball throws the ball from the spot at the one who is closer, if he hit, he becomes the driver, if he didn’t hit, he throws the ball up.

Mobile game "Throw over the bar"

Target: to teach children to kick the ball, with the foot from below, trying to throw the ball over the bar with a height of 20-30 cm, then 50-60 cm. develop eye dexterity. Cultivate interest in sports games.

Game progress:

Knocking the ball from below, the child should try to throw the ball over the bar, raised above ground level by 20cm, 60cm, 100cm.

Game progress:

Children stand in one column at a distance from them - the leader becomes 4-5 steps. He throws the ball to the first one standing, he catches the ball and throws it back to the driver and runs to stand at the end of the column, and the second moves forward and so on until the last player. If the child does not catch, the driver throws until he catches.

Option 2:

Play the game like a competition. Children are built in two columns, and two drivers are selected.

Mobile game "Flight of birds"

Target: to teach children to climb the gymnastic wall, while descending without jumping off it, without missing the slats. Run scatter without bumping. Develop dexterity, courage, attention, the ability to act on a signal.

Game progress:

1 option:

A flock of birds gathers on one edge of the playground - the children stand scattered, opposite the gymnastic wall. At the signal of the teacher, they “flew”, the birds scatter around the site, spreading their wings. At the signal "storm", the birds fly to the trees - they climb the wall. When the teacher says - the storm has passed, the birds calmly descend from the trees, continue to fly.

Rules of the game. Five players (forwards), standing still along the perimeter of a circle with a diameter of 4-5 m, pass between themselves basketball using all kinds of learned gears. Passing to a nearby player is prohibited. The driver (defender), located inside the circle, seeks to intercept the ball. The passing players count out loud the total number of passes made within 24 seconds. In the event of an interception, the driver may hold the ball for 5 seconds. After the time allotted by the attacker for possession of the ball, the driver is changed.

Definition of winners. The driver wins, whose actions were the most effective, that is, the one who allowed the attackers to complete the least number of passes.

Rules of the game. On the boundary lines of the basketball court, several "gates" 4-5 m wide are installed, the bars of which are stuffed balls. In each "gate" becomes a "goalkeeper". They are selected from among the players. The remaining players - "penalty-takers" are evenly distributed to each "gate" and are located at a distance of 7-10 m from them. Each "penalty taker" in turn punches a "shoot" to each "goalkeeper", using high-speed dribbling and deceptive movements with transfers of the ball from hand to hand, breaks through to one of the "bars" and seeks to touch it with his free hand - to score a goal. Each "goalkeeper", moving with the ball in the "gate" target (strictly along the line), tries to maintain their integrity, for which


it is necessary to touch the back of the attacker until he touches the “bar”. Finish off the ball, i.e. re-attacking the “gate” is not allowed.

Definition of winners. After the execution of the "shootouts" by each player in each goal, the total number of effective actions of the "goalkeepers" and "penalty takers" is calculated. Thus, the best in each role are revealed.

Options: 1) the "goalkeeper" dribbles weakest hand or two balls; 2) two teams of 6-7 players compete, "shootouts" are performed in the "gates" of rivals, and the winning team is determined by the difference between goals scored and conceded; 3) the “bars” are placed at the corners of the three-second trapezoid (on the free-throw lines and on the end lines), the “goalkeeper” is located either inside or outside the trapezoid and operates on the same principle.

Orientation- comprehensive improvement of dribbling, kicking the ball and the development of speed, coordination abilities.

Rules of the game. In the central circle of basketball markings or in circles specially drawn on the court of the same diameter, there are 5-6 players with balls. At the signal of the teacher, they perform dribbling without leaving the circle. The goal is to knock the ball from other dribblers while keeping your own. A dribbler who loses the ball is out of the game.

Definition of winners. The players remaining in each round win.

Options: 1) competitions are held in several stages - the players who won in the first round form semi-final or final pools, the losers compete in consolation games; 2) the game is played repeatedly until one of the participants wins 2 or 3 wins; 3) the duration of the game is regulated by time (24 s - 3 min), 1 bonus point is awarded for each ball knockout, and dribblers who have the ball knocked out remain in the circle, but receive 1 penalty point for each loss; the winner is determined by the highest number of bonus points scored minus penalties; 4) two teams compete, in each circle there is an equal number of dribblers from each team, balls are knocked out only from opponents, the winning team is determined according to one of the above rules.

Rules

1. The driver throws the ball as high as possible and only after the words: "Ball up!"

4. Running away from the driver, children should not hide behind buildings or trees.

Instructions for conducting

Children stand in a circle close to each other. The place of the driver in the center of the circle is best outlined in a small circle. Children in the game must be very attentive, quickly respond to the signal.

Game variant
