Football. If you compare it with the European level, you get absolute minuscule football

“The salary is at the level of Belarusian middle peasants.” Ours in the Lithuanian Championship: how many, who, where?

Everything you need to know about the Lithuanian championship is in Ksenia Tereshkova’s report from Panevezys (Pavel Kruk talks about local life).

Attention, question: guess the championship by nationality of the top five scorers: Croatian, Canadian, Brazilian, Russian, Nigerian. In the top 15, the spread is even wider: in addition to representatives of the titular nation, there are Spaniards, Romanians, Latvians, Austrians, Belarusians, Georgians...

Yes, this is the Lithuanian “tower” 2019, full of international paradoxes. At Stumbras, more Portuguese is spoken on the pitch than Lithuanian (four Brazilians, two Portuguese and head coach also from Portugal). “Palanga” is dragged by the Russians, who scored 7 of the team’s 8 goals in the championship. There are four of them plus the head coach. With them are a Finn, two Croats, a Serb, a Frenchman, a Greek, an Estonian and an Ivorian. The leading Zalgiris gathered two Romanians, two Spaniards, a Dutchman, a Macedonian, a Bulgarian, a Serbian, a Russian, a Croatian, a Swede...

Belarusians, as neighbors, look quite at home. Right now there are three of them in Lithuania. Two are in the top division: Artem Gurenko in Vilnius “Riteriai” (formerly “Trakai”) and Pavel Kruk in “Panevezys”. There is another one in D2 - Dmitry Kuzmin from Kupickis. In addition, Albert Rybak coaches goalkeepers at Riteräi.

We are going to Panevezys to cheer for Pavel Kruk, but we will also see other friends. In the same club, the Brazilian Rafael Ledesma, memorable for Belarusians, delights the fans with artistic strokes. And among the Suduva team that came to take three points is the Austrian Sandro Gotal, who was rejected from Brest last year.

There are a lot of these “formerly ours” here. The leading Zalgiris is commanded by the blood enemy of all Soligorsk fans, Marek Zub. In Palanga there is the Estonian Moshnikov, who once tried out for FC Minsk. In Klaipeda, ex-“Partisan” and “Gomel resident” Vytautas Luksha finishes the game. In Kaunas "Zalgiris" - Egidijus Vaitkunas, who also at one time shook out the rubber crumbs of legendary synthetics from his boots on Mayakovsky Street.

Now, instead of Mayakovka, they have a synthetic school stadium. And this is not sarcasm. Panevezys, for example, started the 2019 season in the arena of the local gymnasium.

“It’s still early, the grass is growing at Aukštaitija, so we are playing here for now. We will soon return to our stadium, there are excellent stands, a natural field, which is well looked after. And most importantly, the atmosphere! There is interest in the game in the city.”, - the Belarusian legionnaire will explain after the game with Suduva Pavel Kruk. Although, in principle, the 27-year-old defender is ready for any conditions: “I don’t want to offend anyone, but the worst stadium, in my opinion, is in Polotsk. A terrible field. The football players were surprised how games were even allowed in this stadium. Of the Belarusian stadiums, I liked playing at Dynamo. Dynamo-Uni was also very It’s a cozy stadium. Brest has a great arena. It’s a pity that I haven’t played at the Borisov Arena yet. Among the Lithuanian ones, I can highlight Marijampole.”

Panevezys with a population of 90 thousand people closes the top five. largest cities Lithuania. Local club - A-League table. And you couldn’t be more confident. One draw, seven defeats, zero illusions.

For us, Panevezys football is memorable to others. The local Ekranas pulled BATE's mustache in the Champions League in 2011. But four years ago, the seven-time Lithuanian champion, five-time Lithuanian Cup winner and four-time Lithuanian Super Cup winner ceased to exist: his money ran out once and for all.

It was then that the Panevezys club appeared. He started in the first league and gradually reached the top level. At the end of the 2017/18 season, the club managed to get into the A-League. And Pavel Kruk - in Panevezys.

“I’m already used to life in Lithuania. In the 2016/17 season I played in Trakai, then returned to Belarus, and now I’ve left for Lithuania again. Used to be a child I was small and wanted to be closer to home. I thought it would be nice to find an option in Minsk. But it turned out that way: it didn’t work out here, then there it didn’t work out. There were no interesting invitations in the major league. I played in the first league, in Zhitkovichi. I received an offer to return to Lithuania. By this time the child had grown up, the whole family could move. Once every two weeks we go to Minsk for the weekend.

Life in Lithuania is very similar to Belarus. The top five or six teams in the Belarusian major league in terms of salaries may stand apart. And if we take the rest of the clubs, then I think that the salaries are very similar to Lithuanian ones. There are no big differences between products. Fuel prices are, of course, higher. In Belarus, gasoline prices are rising all the time. But here they are even higher,” explains Kruk.

In Panevezys he is an iron player of the main team. He played all seven matches this season without substitution. So far, the Lithuanian episodes of his career have been more successful than the Belarusian ones. Although at one time Pavel gave high hopes, played in the youth team and made his debut in European competition back in the 2010/11 season as part of Dynamo Minsk. And then...

“In 2014, while playing for Bereza 2010, I received an injury. Injuries such as fractures are, of course, a long time coming. It’s not so much the injury itself... Until you get into shape, until you regain confidence. I already played the second part of the season, but you could say I lost that entire year. I was sure that I would recover, but during all this time you fall out of the game, it affects the game. But then everything is forgotten. The second time it doesn’t hurt. After a couple of workouts you feel fine - and that’s it, there’s no fear.

In terms of everyday life, everything was simple. In “Belshina” we lived in a hotel near “Korona”, and in South Africa the club rented a two-story house in an estate. There were six or seven of us there. All the conditions were there, plus we lived in nature. They offered to rent an apartment, but I went there for several months to finish the second round. So I stayed at the estate with the guys, and that suited me. The family did not move. When there was a big weekend, I went to Minsk. In general, people in Zhitkovichi love football. And it’s a shame that they weren’t given a license for the first league this year. Yes, the director has difficulties now. It seems to me that if they met him halfway, he would close these questions,” recalls Pavel.

Until the grass has grown at "Aukshaitiya", the team plays on the gymnasium field, and the football players and referees change clothes right in the gymnasium building. The gymnasium arena, however, does not look like a failure. There is a grandstand for three hundred people, an electronic scoreboard, a tower for filming, a lonely fan section, behind which an almost Dutch mill grinds picturesquely, and a full house around of those who did not have enough space on the grandstand. The protocol ultimately recorded five thousand spectators.

Despite the deplorable table situation, Panevezys was ready to give battle to last year's champion in every sense. In the 14th minute, Suduva player Ovidius Verbickas was taken from the field directly to the hospital. He was replaced, by the way, by a Dutchman with a passport and Curacao national team player Jeremy De Nooyer - don’t forget that you are in Lithuania!

The hosts conceded in the 33rd minute, but seven minutes later they corrected the situation: the score was equalized by Vitas Gašpuitis. At the end of the first half, Panevezys looked decent. Those in the stands believed that the team would maintain the score and earn the deficit point. Or maybe even three.

During the break, fans reached for the coffee machine. No, not to the machine, but to the car of the guys from Kaunas (from 1.5 to 3 euros per glass). The fan service consisted of the open trunk of individual entrepreneurs. But this is just football. Otherwise, it is common knowledge that Lithuania is a convenient country for everyday life.

"The whole family lives in Panevezys. I have a wife and a child. Everyone free time we spend together. I won't say that I'm socially active. I don’t run social networks, I don’t leave any posts, I don’t post photos. In this regard, I am a very calm person. Constantly in touch with Artem Gurenko, who lives in Vilnius. I communicate with a lot of young people: some I just keep in touch with, some we meet periodically.

In terms of everyday life, I feel comfortable. The club rents a decent apartment. We watched it and liked it. You know, a football player has this profession: either live in two cities, or live together. Now there is an opportunity to live in Lithuania until my daughter goes to kindergarten or school. She is two years old. My wife is on maternity leave, so we have a year to think about the garden.

In Lithuania I have no problems with the language. As for training, there are basic set words that I know in Lithuanian. And so, if suddenly someone does not understand Russian, then you can explain yourself in English. Ninety percent, if not explained, then understands well at a basic level what it is about. The team treats me well. There were no difficulties in adaptation. Kurtiyan - very good coach. I believe one hundred percent in what he gives us. And this is very consistent with my vision of training and playing. He speaks English and Russian. And if you need something in Lithuanian, then we have a second coach. At every training session we speak English, Lithuanian and Russian,” said Pavel Kruk.

The Second League of the Belarusian Football Championship is not the most popular tournament in the country. Championship matches attract an average of 200 fans. This competition refutes the myth that all footballers are rich, forcing many of them to work on the side in order to receive a salary increase, which occasionally exceeds a couple of hundred rubles. SPORT.TUT.BY asked such players about their parallel employment and found out what a second league football player’s salary could be spent on.

“During the painting at the registry office, I read a text broadcast of my team’s match”

Captain football club"Osipovichi" Alexander Emelyanov works in his free time railway

I have been with the Osipovichs since childhood. Until the age of 16, he played here at the Youth Sports School, then went to the Bobruisk School Olympic reserve. He played for the Belshina reserve team, but didn’t get a chance to play and returned home to finish his studies at school.

One day after training our coach Alexander Konchits said that in the Second League they introduced a restriction on the age of football players. The club has no need to look for limiters, since there is a local student. Game practice, an adult championship, the opportunity to earn extra money - so I agreed.

For almost two years I have been working on the railway in Osipovichi as a repairman of artificial structures. Since our city is small, there are not many good jobs. I got the opportunity to find a job, so to speak, only thanks to football. The local railway has a team in the city futsal tournament, and they hired me to play for them. I was partly lucky not to give up football because I have been working since I was 19 and spend all my free time on the field. Since I have a five-day work week, I can only go to games on weekends.

In the pre-season there were times when I took time off at my own expense and went to friendly games in the middle of the week. I almost always arrive to training on time because I have a car. We start warming up at half past five, and I work until five. I immediately go home from work to get my things so I can fly back in time. And so on for almost the entire season. In late autumn, training starts earlier. Then I only make it in the middle of classes or even at the end. We have to refine it according to an individual program.

Any work, especially on the railway, requires strength. You get tired mentally, but still fly to your evening class. I come to my family tired, but my wife and daughter understand everything. It’s a pity that I devote so little time to them. Although my wife and I had an interesting story: two years ago the club was fighting for entry into the First League. The home match against Rogachev fell exactly on my wedding day. We decided between October 22 and 29, chose the second option, but I forgot the match calendar. With the coach and teammates whom he invited to the wedding, they decided what to do. The coach asked to postpone the celebration to the weekend, but it didn’t work out. But during the painting in the registry office they read a text broadcast of the match.

Yes, our salaries are low. I don’t hide the fact that I work in two places. I know that I couldn’t live even a month on a football salary. Having a family with a small child, you begin to think not only about yourself. When the team played in the First League, the head coach offered to quit my day job and work professionally, but I refused. Today there is football, but tomorrow there will be no football because there is no stability.

“I tinker with electricity every day, so I don’t have any problems with concentration.”

Midfielder of FC "Energetik-BGATU" Arthur Kupreichik earns money by working as an electrician.

I am from Zhodino myself. He studied at the local Torpedo until the age of 19, combining football with studying at a polytechnic college, but did not gain a foothold in the “tower” and went to SMIavtotrans from the Second League.

There were no questions at all regarding the team and surroundings; I spent time there good year. It was just convenient to combine it with work at the BelAZ plant, where I was assigned. The authorities knew about my sports affairs. Changing on a working Saturday if something happened was not a problem. Moreover, the team trained in the evening, and the games fell on the weekend.

Last winter I transferred to Energetik-BGATU. The club offered employment at Energosbyt and housing. Half of my teammates work with me. Now I am an electrician and football player. I tinker with electricity every day, so I have no problems concentrating. Games and training are a way to unwind. I also bring my wife to the matches, she cheers for me.

Minor football is a treasure trove interesting stories. Once I was in Minsk on the eve of a SMIavtotrans home game. I misjudged the timing and almost missed the match. An hour and a half before the whistle, I take a minibus to Zhodino, where a friend picks me up, and we go to my home to get the uniform. From there we rush by car to Smolevichi. As a result, we arrived five minutes before the start of the meeting. If I'm not mistaken, we also won then.

The second league is now far from what it used to be. The elders said that the level of the football players was many times higher. As far as I know, in some minor clubs a salary is a great luxury, which is where many of those who work come from. Personally, I'm more of an electrician than a football player. Running with a ball is my hobby, there are no bonuses or allowances for it. The team covers the cost of meals on training and match days. One monthly salary of a Second League football player can only buy beer after the game. As you might guess, there are no people here who play for money.

“I can buy a pair of boots with a football player’s salary.”

Alexander Komlev- forward of FC Osipovichi. True, his main source of income is working as a technical compressor operator.

At the age of 24, I managed to play in many clubs, including Major League. I even played back for a couple of matches in the youth team, but about three years ago the cartilage in my knee began to wear out. I completely forgot about football for a year and a half. In order not to sit idle, he got a job at a plant in Osipovichi. At that time, I only had a secondary education, but I was trained on the spot to be an apparatchik. I didn't feel very comfortable there. You have been playing football since childhood, building a career, believing in success, and at one point you have to quit due to injury. As you understand, it’s not very pleasant. You have to go to work, but you don’t know how to do anything except play football.

Over time, I got bored with football and asked the Osipovichi coach to join the team. The club knew about my abilities, so there were no special problems. Moreover, the opportunity to earn money came up. Six months ago, I got a job as a technical compressor operator at a Gazprom Transgaz branch not far from the city.

I work according to the classics five days a week from eight in the morning until half past five in the evening. By the way, in the fall we have training at half past five, we have to ask the authorities for time off.

I also ask you to substitute for away matches. It happened that they called colleagues within 5 minutes to come out in my place. Sometimes I was unlucky and I went to work. It happened that I didn’t have time to get to the city from the departure and had to ask the guys to stay longer on their shift.

I am a family man and, at best, I come home by seven in the evening. Of course, my wife doesn’t like the fact that I’m rarely at home and also go away on weekends. We have small child, but it’s not always possible to help your spouse. I earn a little money from football. I won’t mention the amount, but with one salary I can buy a pair of boots, and that’s it. This money is not enough to feed my family, so I combine it. There are a lot of young guys on the team who live purely on football money. I often saw them eating “rolltons” before the game.

There are guys from out of town in the club who come to play for us. One day, the day before the Saturday game, they tried to move into a dorm, but there was not enough space for them. It got to the point where they were planning to sleep in the car. I had to take the keys to my dacha not far from the city so that the guys could rest properly.

“We came home from work and almost beat Dynamo Brest”

Igor Antsypov is a football player for Kletsk. This team almost knocked out Dynamo Brest from the Belarus Cup. The salary at Kletsk does not allow him to support his family, so he got a job as a delivery driver.

I have been in football for a very long time, I went through the school of Lokomotiv Minsk, ten years ago it was a prominent club. Under their patronage, I went to Dynamo Moscow and Metallurg Zaporozhye. Then there was Naftan and Beltransgaz from Slonim. The club had great ambitions, but about five years ago I met my future wife and decided to give up football.

He got a job as a manager servicing cash registers and in his free time played at a completely amateur level. Minsk is a big city, and you don’t need to strain too much when looking for company for an evening t-shirt. Before the start of last season, almost all of Kletsk’s defenders were injured. They knew me at the club, they offered to restore my career, and I didn’t mind anything more. The work has just stalled.

I thought that football was a priority, and I could always get a job. I have been working as a delivery driver for two months. We have two shifts with floating days off. In addition, several times a month the employee must take his day off. One week on the day shift, the other on the night shift. Formally, the shift is considered an evening shift, but the unit is active until the last client. It happens that you ride until three or four o'clock in the morning. If you take time off at your own expense, you must work it off. We train in Minsk, but even so I don’t always make it to training on time.

My wife is sympathetic to my football life. Colossal at work physical activity. Of course, you could have gone to a hack instead of an away match, but you won’t earn everyone’s money. Work is a routine that does not leave the most positive impressions. It’s better to leave anger on the field than to drag it into the family. Almost all the guys work at the club, even young people. It is clear that in our situation you will not be satisfied with football grub. Let’s just say that with one salary you can buy some “used” boots or some small equipment. I try to see the positives in this. For example, the cup match “Kletska” against “Dynamo” Brest. Then we all came from work to the match. Some even wear a business suit. Imagine how a semi-professional club almost knocked out a team from the Major League from the Belarus Cup. It's a pity that it wasn't enough.

In general, our minor football used to be more cheerful. Just 10 years ago, the First and Second Leagues were not in such desolation. All the guys are equipped, on buses and with normal salaries. There was a sense of professionalism; there were fewer part-time football players. Five to seven teams were fighting for promotion. You don't see this today.

Football journalist and insider Ivan Karpov, who previously worked for the Championship and Match TV, published the salaries of all RPL coaches in his Telegram channel. The leader surprises, but who returns their salary much better?

Let's start from the end. At Anzhi, people have heard very little about the concept of “salary”, but Magomed Adiev stated that a lawsuit with his native club was out of the question. Formally, in the “Insights from Karp” rating, Adiev receives 120 thousand euros, but in reality, it is unlikely that any significant amounts have reached the coach.

It’s quite unexpected to see the coach of a Moscow club in the relegation zone: Dmitry Khokhlov receives only 180 thousand, although with the arrival of VTB in the club the situation may change. Vadim Evseev, who transferred from SKA-Khabarovsk to Ufa, agreed to a salary of 240 thousand euros, and so far he is working off it in full.

The next price category - from 300 thousand and above - is opening Valery Karpin And Igor Cherevchenko. There are no questions about the prescribed salaries for the club leaders: both can lead provincial teams to European competition, Cherevchenko generally works some miracles with Arsenal. With such results, you can aspire to more.

Slightly higher in the rankings and slightly lower in the championship table Vladimir Fedotov And Dmitry Parfenov. 320 thousand – in principle, is also adequate to the achievements. But Parfenov still has good chances to win the cup; Ural won the first match against Arsenal 1:0.

The most embarrassing coach of the season Dmitry Alenichev managed to achieve a salary of 400 thousand euros: the heads of Arsenal or Orenburg will, on occasion, explain to the Krasnoyarsk bosses that they were scammed.

Youngest coach Murad Musaev receives half a million euros - less than anyone from the top 5, which is logical. To improve his well-being, it would be nice for Musaev to improve the club’s finances by leading it to the Champions League.

Rashid Rakhimov agreed to return to Akhmat for good conditions– his salary, according to Karpov, is 600 thousand euros. Above the league average, but Akhmat cannot climb above the average yet. It's been 10 years since he can't.

The pre-top category is headed by Miodrag Bozovic: the coach of the Samara “Wings” is second only to the top five in salary, and loses much on the field more trainers. A coach with a salary of 700 thousand euros earned money only for play-off matches.

The champion coach is financially far from the top: Sergey Semak receives 1.2 million euros. I wonder how many minutes Roberto Mancini would laugh if he were offered such a salary.

Oleg Kononov changed at Spartak: from a gentle intellectual he turned into a harsh gentleman. Maybe the increase in salary also had an effect: it is unlikely that at Arsenal he received something like 1.4 million euros.

Ahead with one and a half million Victor Goncharenko, which, according to Karpov, started with a modest 360 thousand. The coach was able to prove his worth to Giner, but Yevgeny Lennorovich’s financial worth will not improve from the missed Champions League.

Well, for the one celebrating his birthday today Yuri Semin It remains to win two championship matches to recoup their two million euros in the league championship prize money. He defeated Herkus in the hardware war and, as in the salary ranking, is inferior to only one opponent in the championship.

However, in the table the leader of the rating is not his rival: Rubin lost players in the winter who did not agree to a several-fold salary reduction, lost their standards and goalkeeping coach Vitaly Kafanov, but did not part with Berdyev. A Kurban Bekievich is not going to part with his earnings of three million euros. Together with the headquarters, it costs as much as 4.5, which does not suit the sponsors from TAIF.

In addition to subjective feelings, it would be nice to tie the rating to numbers. It is incorrect to link it directly to the table: coaches played different numbers of matches, came at different periods for teams, so it would be more correct to calculate the average number of points per match, sort coaches by this indicator and calculate the difference in positions in the salary ranking and in the table of average points. Since the 28th round is still in full swing, its results are not taken into account.

The obvious idea was to calculate how much the club pays per point, but according to this efficiency indicator, Semin is second from the bottom, below the same Goncharenko, so this is too far from objectivity. In terms of the difference in places, Yuri Palych is also not ok, but in general there is more objectivity here, although the Russian Cup, the specifics of top clubs and much more are not taken into account.

But, of course, no numbers can be taken without context. Cherevchenko and Evseev are certainly performing well, but they have an advantage due to the small number of matches, as does Kononov in average points. But obvious results can still be seen: Alenichev, Bozhovich and Berdyev do not earn their salaries, unlike Cherevchenko and Semak. Although it would be more informative and useful to simply look at the average number of points and subjectively compare it with the salary.

In Belarus, athletes' salaries have always been a closely guarded secret. Goals.by makes an attempt to show everything that is hidden and names the 50 most big salaries Belarusian football.

Goals.by continues to explore the financial state of Belarusian sports. This time it was the turn of football. It is the salaries of football players that often become the object of discussion, envy (sometimes from other athletes) and admiration, because the lion's share of rather large budgets is spent on them. The sources of classified information were club managers, football players, coaches, agents - all those who are able to shed light on the most secret side of our football. Contract amounts are given in dollars. They do not include lifts or premiums.

The welfare of clubs in the Belarusian championship varies markedly. Even the highest paid representatives of some teams did not make it to the top. So, in Slavia (and this is open information) the leaders earn 1.5 thousand dollars. Only Alexei Skvernyuk, who recently joined the team, and Oleg Strakhanovich have higher salaries - two and three thousand, respectively.

In Brest the maximum salary is three thousand dollars. This much money is transferred monthly to the cards of Vitaly Gaiduchik, Simon Ogar, Yuri Druchik and Victor Sokol. At Naftan, only Yegor Zubovich earns four thousand. Novopolotsk old-timers Nikolai Romanyuk, Mikhail Gorbachev and Nikita Bukatkin have a salary of three thousand. In “Torpedo-BelAZ” the ceiling is at the level of 4.5 thousand (Artem Solovey, Dmitry Rekish and Pascal Mendy receive this much).

It is expected that the players from BATE and Dynamo Minsk top the rating. These are private clubs that may not look back on decrees. In total, 19 BATE football players made it into the top 50, 14 from Dynamo Minsk, 6 from Shakhtar, three from Gomel and Minsk each, and two from Neman and Belshina. Nine players from the top 50 are foreign players.

49-50. Vitaly Bulyga (Belshina)

Salary: 5 thousand

Comment Goals.by. After returning from Russia, the forward was forced to take a significant pay cut. Although for Belshina this money is also big. Only Maxim Skavysh (a story about him below) and Gennady Bliznyuk (4 thousand) earn comparable amounts.

49-50. Alexander Alumona (Gomel)

Salary: 5 thousand

Comment Goals.by. Until recently, the forward earned about 10 thousand dollars at Shakhtar, but the contract ended in the summer, and the parties did not want to renew it. The club was not satisfied with the player’s high salary, and Alumon was not satisfied with the amount of playing time. As a result, the black football player moved to Gomel, agreeing to worsening contract conditions. Igor Tsygyrlash, Tomas Novak and Alexander Dmitriev have approximately the same salary on the banks of the Sozh.

48-44.Maksim Skavysh (Belshina)

Salary: 6 thousand

Comment Goals.by. Skavysh's high salary is due to the fact that the forward is on loan. This is exactly the amount the player had in Borisov. Rumor has it that Anatoly Kapsky was against Belshina cutting the footballer’s salary.

48-44. Vladimir Bushma (Gomel)

Salary: 6 thousand

48-44. Pavel Savitsky ("Neman")

Salary: 6 thousand

Comment Goals.by. Despite all the talk about Savitsky leaving Neman at the end of last season, the midfielder remained in the team and signed a new contract. Overnight, Pavel became, if not the highest paid, then one of the highest paid players in the club. Also, according to our information, “Neman”, in order to retain the player, presented him with an apartment in addition to the contract.

48-44. Ivan Denisevich (Neman)

Comment Goals.by. In terms of income, Denisevich may well compete with Savitsky. In 2011, Ivan returned to Grodno and signed a contract for 26 million rubles, which at the old exchange rate is comparable to eight thousand dollars. However, taking into account financial fluctuations, the contract of the leader of “Nemna” has now “shrinked” a little in dollar terms. Andrei Voronkov, who left Grodno, received approximately the same amount.

48-44. Dmitry Baga (BATE)

Salary: 6 thousand

Comment Goals.by. Already during the current season, Baga re-signed a contract with the club on new, improved terms. This is understandable - recently the midfielder has become one of the key figures in BATE.

Separately, we note that the reward system in the Borisov club is focused on success in the Champions League. BATE allocates the amount of prize money for the team (this, as well as last season, something around two million euros). In addition, some football players have personal bonuses. Another type of additional motivation is the allocation of apartments. Almost all BATE leaders are provided with them. An apartment is being built in Minsk for Baga Jr.

43-36. Andrey Razin (Minsk)

Salary: 7 thousand

Comment Goals.by. Until recently, only Razin and Vasilyuk received the capital maximum. Even top scorer Team Kovel, according to sources, earned almost one and a half times less due to the fact that the contract was signed in a hurry, and the forward did not have much choice. But Minsk’s foreign players immediately received a salary at the level of the team leader and even, as in the case of Godwin, higher.

43-36. Jean-Claude Adrimer Bozga (Minsk)

Salary: 7 thousand

Comment Goals.by. Legionnaires in Belarus are always paid more than their own. This trend can be seen across all clubs.

43-36. Alexander Sulima (Dynamo Minsk)

Salary: 7 thousand

43-36. Mikhail Afanasyev (Dynamo Minsk)

Salary: 7 thousand

Comment Goals.by. Last year, Afanasyev’s salary was higher - 8 thousand. However, a not very successful season forced the footballer to take a slight pay cut.

43-36. Oleg Veretilo (Dynamo Minsk)

Salary: 7 thousand

43-36. Nikolai Kashevsky (Gomel)

Salary: 7 thousand

Comment Goals.by. The Gomel maximum gets one Kashevsky. It should be noted that it is well deserved. The defender is the true leader of the team. Until recently, Gleb Jr. had the same salary, but he has already left the team. The parties were unable to agree on financial issues.

43-36. Artem Radkov (BATE)

Salary: 7 thousand

43-36. Edgar Olekhnovich (BATE)

Salary: 7 thousand

35-26. Pavel Sitko (Shakhtar)

Salary: 8 thousand

Comment Goals.by.
Shakhtar's second salary echelon is headed by Sitko. The midfielder receives this salary under the new contract. Previously, the amount in words was two times less. Surprisingly, this season Sitko has ceased to be considered an iron player of the main team.

35-26. Mykola Yanush (Shakhtar)

Salary: 8 thousand

Comment Goals.by. The move from Brest significantly increased not only Janusz’s chances of winning medals. IN
"Brest" now you can earn, as mentioned above, a maximum of three thousand. But they also refused to pay them to Janusz. As a result, the forward left Brest, and now, in addition to everything else, he does not have to spend his money on treatment.

35-26. Andriy Tsevan (Shakhtar)

Salary: 8 thousand

35-26. Andrey Khachaturyan (Shakhtar)

Salary: 8 thousand

Comment Goals.by. Having several offers for Belarus (there was talk about Dynamo Minsk and Gomel), Khachaturian chose the most tempting from a financial point of view. And, it seems, he was right. Now he has been called up to the Belarusian national team.

35-26. Slobodan Simovic (Dynamo Minsk)

Salary: 8 thousand

35-26. Andrey Gorbunov (BATE)

Salary: 8 thousand

35-26. Dmitry Mozolevsky (BATE)

Salary: 8 thousand

Comment Goals.by. BATE tries not to spoil football players with high salaries, especially those who have not yet proven themselves international level. However, there is no doubt that if Mozolevsky continues in the same spirit, he can count on a significant increase in salary.

35-26. Alexander Gutor (BATE)

Salary: 8 thousand

35-26. Alexander Pavlov (BATE)

Salary: 8 thousand

35-26. Samson Godwin (Minsk)

Salary: 8 thousand

Comment Goals.by. Nigerian midfielder Samson Godwin, well known to Ukrainian fans from playing for Karpaty, immediately became the highest paid player in Minsk, surpassing even captain Andrei Razin. According to other sources, Godwin’s salary is even 10 thousand.

25-16. Dmitry Komarovsky (Shakhtar)

Salary: 10 thousand

Comment Goals.by.
The amount of 10 thousand dollars is the ceiling for Shakhtar. The Soligorsk club can pay such a salary only to leaders who do not particularly complain and are in no hurry to leave the city of miners.

25-16. Dmitry Osipenko (Shakhtar)

Salary: 10 thousand

25-16. Hernan Figueredo (Dynamo Minsk)

Salary: 10 thousand

Comment Goals.by.
Yuri Chizh has a love for South American football players and never skimps on their contracts. And Figueredo is far from the most striking example. The Uruguayan at least played a couple of outstanding matches. Others, with comparable salaries, were not worthy of this either.

25-16. Danilo Cokaro (Dynamo Minsk)

Salary: 10 thousand

25-16. Dmitry Likhtarovich (BATE)

Salary: 10 thousand

Comment Goals.by. If at Shakhtar 10 thousand is the maximum, then at BATE the salary is middle class. Yuri Vergeichik never tires of insisting on this. Like, how can we fight them if their salaries are so high?

25-16. Mikhail Sivakov (BATE)

Salary: 10 thousand

Comment Goals.by.
In order to return to his home team, Sivakov took a significant salary cut. If he manages to prove his worth, the amount could be seriously revised at the end of the season.

25-16. Roman Vasilyuk (BATE)

Comment Goals.by. After moving to BATE, the striker improved not only in terms of playing, but also financially. In “Minsk” Vasilyuk’s salary was at the level of seven thousand.

Salary: 10 thousand

25-16. Maxim Bordachev (BATE)

Salary: 10 thousand

25-16. Alexander Volodko (BATE)

Salary: 10 thousand
