Such public educators literally appear from somewhere in batches; every day they try to teach us life from the TV screen or from the pages of glossy magazines. One day I was surprised to learn that the most popular publication in our country is not “MAX1M” or “Cosmopolitan”, or even “Komsomolskaya Pravda” with its “Kremlin Diet”, but a simple newspaper called Healthy Lifestyle - “ Healthy image life" - with a circulation of as much as two million!
