Why don't the Emelianenko brothers communicate? “I only did good things for him”

“Fedor wrote the truth. There’s still a lot that can be added.” Reaction to the conflict between the Emelianenko brothers

Fedor and Alexander quarrel through the press. What's happening?

This photo may be the last joint appearance of Fedor and Alexander Emelianenko in public. This is May 2013. Afterwards the brothers walked along roads that did not intersect. On October 23, 2017, Alexander finally swung the pendulum in an interview with “ Soviet sports" Fedor’s coaches got it, but most importantly, the fight with Mirko Cro Cop was mentioned for the first time. In August 2004, Alexander suffered the first defeat in his career from Cro Cop, and Fedor beat Cro Cop a year later, perhaps best fight in your career. According to Alexander, with his fight he allowed Fedor to gain time to prepare.

Vladimir Voronov: “After Sasha’s interview, Fedor called me”

-Have you read it?

– These are siblings, and sooner or later they will sort out their relationship. What Fedor wrote is all true. He just wrote it softly.

- What's the point?

– Alexander once had strange comments about you.

– Children grow up and become wiser over the years. Fedor is wise. Sasha is like that. It's difficult for me to add anything.

– The key thing in the whole story: the fight with Cro Cop.

– Fedor specifically described the situation there: he dissuaded Sasha from fighting, there was an opportunity to fight with another person. Sasha insisted on his own.

“You could have prepared him better for this fight.”

– And he was ready for this fight, but Fedor explains why Sasha lost. All of Sasha’s problems were always associated only with violation of the regime. He had bright victories, there could be more of them. He beat Pavel Nastula - Olympic champion in judo, but did not fully maintain the schedule and training regimen, discipline. Fedor wrote about this.

– Was there any competition between them?

“Fyodor trained Sasha all the time, passed on all his knowledge and techniques to him. During training, no one felt sorry for each other, they fought like a sportsman, without meanness, without injuries.

– In this letter, Fedor seems like a man who was angry.

- I don't think so. To write the truth - do you really have to be evil to do this? Fedor said that Sasha’s interview hurt his loved ones, whom Fedor treats with respect.

– You, too, were among those people about whom Alexander said bad things, but did not comment.

– I won’t do it now. The dog barks - the caravan moves on. I'm a coach. I'm not interested in paying attention to this. I need to train athletes and that’s it. I’ll say it again: everything Fedor wrote is true, much more could have been added.

– Do you assume that you will work together with any of them someday?

– Everyone chooses who and how to prepare: both Fedor and Sasha. We continue to work with Fedor, we just choose one or another moment of preparation, plus I train his team. As for Sasha, if he expresses a desire and so on... I don’t know, let him first find an understanding of who he is and what he is. He will ask his questions and solve them with Fedor in a brotherly way. Fedor wrote the truth, he would not have done this if Sasha had not started saying all this and making some comments towards Fedor. It was not Fedor who started this, but Sasha who wrote what did not happen.

– Before Fedor’s open letter, did you communicate with him?

– Fedor called me and told me that such an article had been published with Sasha’s words. I said that these words are nonsense. Half of the situations there were far-fetched. Fedor did not answer in order to quarrel with him, he answered because he considered that it affected those people whom he respects.

Vadim Finkelstein: “Sasha told Fedor and me: “I swear, I quit, I won’t drink anymore.”

“We have a tournament in St. Petersburg tomorrow - and I’m busy with this, so I didn’t even know what was happening,” says Vadim Finkelstein. “People are already calling me and asking, but I can’t answer anyone because I haven’t read the text yet.”

– The text is very tough. In particular, Fedor calls his brother« sycophant» And« Judas» .

– Did Fyodor really answer that way? Exactly?

- Exactly.

“Judging by what you’re saying, this doesn’t look very much like him.” He's just used to keeping everything to himself. But, apparently, Sasha pestered him a little. If this is really Fedor’s text, then I am sure: everything was as Fedor says. I know one and the other - and I can say: Fedor will not invent anything, but will tell it as it is.

– In 2003, you began collaborating with the Emelianenko brothers. Were there any problems with Alexander then?

“I didn’t really get involved in these issues, but he was already out of prison then. Fedya always asked for him to be included in the tournament, always forced him to train, raised him like an older brother, worried about him. If Sasha had any problems in Stary Oskol, Fedya always took off, drove, and helped out. I don’t know the details, but I know that Sasha was always doing something there, and Fedya was always trying to sort it out somehow.

Key Point interview with Alexander: he says that in 2004 he had to fight Mirko Cro Cop because he had to help out his brother. As a result, Alexander fell knocked out - and Fedor allegedly didn’t even say thank you for helping. Who proposed the fight between Alexander Emelianenko and Mirko Cro Cop?

– This was Alexander’s own initiative. In Pride there was no such thing at all, that someone was forced to fight with someone else. That Fedor could have been deprived of the title if Sasha had not fought with Cro Cop is complete nonsense. It was like. Feda was offered a fight with Cro Cop many times. Fedya believed that he was not yet ready for it, and went to Holland to install percussion equipment. Sasha then volunteered himself. He said: “But I’m ready!” He was always a little self-confident. So what - since he says he wants to fight, they gave him this fight. In general, Sasha is always ready to fight with everyone, he doesn’t care who his opponent is. And then, even more so, he was also young and hot.

- Alexander says that you are for him« unshakable» .

– I don’t even know what to say. This is not clear to me at all. I personally have never done anything but good things to him in my life. How many times did he borrow money from me or take it just like that - he probably already forgot about it. In general, Sasha likes to think that everyone owes him: both Fedor and I. How many times did I take him to Holland - he lived at my house. His people trained him, he didn't pay for anything. All expenses were paid by me and my companion. I was just his manager and I wanted Sasha to achieve results. I wonder why he won't shake hands with me. I just know that I have only done good things to this person in my life. What did I do to him that he says that?

– From Fedor’s letter to Alexander:« You could come to the Flying Dutchman restaurant with a group and leave without even paying» .

- It was like that. Sasha said: “Make a note of Vadik.”

– The Emelianenko brothers gained popularity in Russia after in the mid-2000s you began showing tournaments with their participation on NTV’s Saturday night broadcast at your own expense. Remind me how much it cost you?

– I spent about 20 thousand dollars a month on this. And so on for two years. That is, I took upon myself to pay for the entire production of the program - and gave the finished product to the channel. This is how people saw the fights of Emelianenko, Kharitonov, Vovchanchin and others. This naturally affected their popularity. I saw some statements by Alexander that he allegedly had something to do with showing these fights on TV. This is wrong. I simply did it at my own expense, because I was offended that our fighters were known all over the world, but not in our country. And I did this. Negotiated the rights, paid everyone, messed around with these fucking tapes, I'm sorry.

– In the summer of 2008, Alexander was supposed to compete against Paul Buentelo in California at the Affliction tournament, but the athletic commission forbade Alexander from entering the ring. Since then, Emelianenko has never performed outside the CIS. What happened then?

– I won’t go into details here. Sasha himself knows the reason very well. I’ll just say on my own behalf: I made Sasha a golden contract in Affliction. Under this contract, he would earn three times more than in Pride.

– If his last name was not Emelianenko, would this greatly affect his fees?

- One hundred percent. He used his brother's name all his life. This was probably what bothered him. Fedor is a fighter the highest level– and naturally, attention was paid to his brother. Alexander, believe me, always received a sufficient fee. He was happy with everything.

– How did your relationship with Alexander collapse?

– He met Olga on my ship (meaning the Flying Dutchman restaurant - Match TV). He got married and decided that his wife would be a manager, and he didn’t need me. And he began to perform himself - in Azerbaijan, and somewhere else. Then we worked together again: I did fights for him in M-1. But after all these tricks of his and specifically the story in Barnaul (Emelianenko was fined 700 rubles for petty hooliganism on board the plane - Match TV), I decided that was it - I could no longer work with him.

Last Stand Alexandra in M-1 - against Jeff Monson in November 2012. Alexander immediately after the defeat asked for revenge. What did you do to organize this revenge?

“I would gladly give him any revenge if the person wanted it.” And here - well, what kind of revenge? He didn't prepare for this fight. He was on a spree, that's why he lost. A couple of weeks before the fight, Fedor and I, with great difficulty, transported Sasha from Moscow to St. Petersburg, settled him at the sports club - under the supervision of coach Eduard Shirobokov. The day after the defeat, Sasha came to my home. Fedor was there too. Sasha told us: “Guys, I swear: I quit, I won’t drink anymore, I’m on the right way" Fedor is a witness to these words. A little time passes - and Barnaul happens to Sasha. After which I myself said that I would no longer work with him. I’m speaking a little frankly now, but I’m just offended for Fedor. Sasha behaved this way, approached the fights so frivolously, that no one is to blame for this but himself.

- IN next fight After losing to Monson, Alexander beat Bob Sapp at the Legend tournament in Moscow. And he says that you ran to the ring to congratulate him. He seems to see duplicity in this act.

– Honestly, I don’t really remember this episode. In any case, I always treated the fighters with respect. And if I congratulated the person who won the fight, this is basic politeness. I never tried to offend or humiliate anyone.

– Have you seen the shape Alexander has gotten himself into in the last six months?

– I was surprised. I will be glad if he really has improved, and I wish him nothing but the best. The only thing: having known him since 2003, I’m afraid that this may not last long. God grant that everything is fine with him. But in this story I am on Fedor’s side 100 percent. Fedor really tried to help him all his life. All my life I dragged him by the ears. If Sasha had any problems, Fedor tried to solve them. He always acted like an older brother.

Representatives of the fighting community in Chechnya expressed extreme indignation at the reaction of Fedor Emelianenko to the holding of the Grand Prix Akhmat tournament in the Chechen capital. The famous mixed martial arts master, who holds the post of president of the Russian MMA Union, stated that it is inadmissible to hold fights involving children under 12 years of age. In addition, the athlete expressed concern about the lack of the necessary protective equipment, including helmets, pads and jerseys.

“I am very outraged by the fact that the President of the Republic of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, watched all this,” Emelianenko emphasized. — Didn’t his advisors from the Chechen Sports Ministry inform him that fighting for children under 12 years of age is not allowed? We must first of all serve as an example for the younger generation and take care of their health.”

President fight club“Akhmat” Abuzaid Vismuradov believes that Emelianenko has no right to evaluate the tournament.

“These fights were of a demonstrative nature in order to popularize MMA in our republic,” he wrote in social network Vismuradov. --

Reviews of these sparring sessions were positive. But for some reason Fedor Emelianenko didn’t like it. The question is, who is he to evaluate our tournament and fights?

Maybe he is consumed by envy because the Grand Prix Akhmat 2016 Final is recognized by many the best tournament in the history of Russian MMA, but he wasn’t invited here? Or did he become a fighter for justice? Then he needs to remember his last fight, in which he shamefully lost and was beaten in front of the whole world, but his corrupt department did not dare to give the well-deserved victory to Fabio Maldonado.

I responsibly declare: at our tournament we conduct and will conduct fights that we deem necessary. We do not go beyond the law, but we will not allow ourselves to be told what to do.

Show me the point where it says that exhibition fights cannot be held, then we will continue the conversation.”

“These were exhibition matches in which children demonstrated what they do every day and what they devote their lives to,” Kadyrov’s representative in Europe, General Director of Akhmat Promotion Timur Dugazaev, told TASS. “There was no talk of any cruelty, the children showed themselves to be real men and warriors, as befits, there was no blood or serious injuries in their battles. We do not bring up negativity in them, but only want them to set a positive example for others. As for the regulations of the fights, they were completely designed for demonstration performances.

There was and will be criticism, but Fedor should have perceived the situation from the position of a man. And if he had perceived it that way, then in his last fight against Maldonado he would have admitted defeat.”

Vice Speaker of the Chechen Parliament, Deputy of the State Duma of Russia Adam Delimkhanov made personal assessments of Emelianenko in a very harsh manner. Moreover, in his address on Instagram, the Chechen public figure calls famous athlete just Fedey.

“It seems quite strange to me to hear such words from the lips of a person whose moral, ethical and professional image raises the deepest doubts,” Delimkhanov noted. “The fact that decency and conscience do not fit into the framework of Fedi’s perception became absolutely obvious to us when the judges from the corrupt department he heads brazenly and vilely took away a well-deserved victory from the Brazilian fighter Maldonado.

The entire global sports community witnessed how Fedya, being a shameful loser and severely beaten, used administrative resources and literally stole the victory from his opponent.

Fedya talks about the need for proper education of the younger generation, but at the same time does not give an explanation as to why he raised his brother, a drug addict, who beat and raped women (an allusion to Alexander Emelianenko, who is serving a prison sentence - approx. "Newspapers.Ru").

Having become familiar with Fedya's life story and some details of his early biography, I learned that as a child he was very afraid and avoided normal kids in every possible way. Decent guys from authoritative and respected circles never allowed Fedya to approach them because of his complete inconsistency with genuine male concepts and values. The severe psychological consequences are reflected in his behavior today.

I would like to officially declare with full responsibility that we have conducted, are conducting and will always conduct those fights that we consider necessary, without violating the legal regulations of the organization sporting events. And I advise Fedya to thoroughly study Russian laws, familiarize himself with the concepts of sports ethics, honor and dignity. Fedya, remember our telephone conversation well. When you hung up the phone, you didn’t have the courage to talk normally like a man - this is an indicator of your cowardice. In conclusion, I would like to note that no matter who the person is, he will have to answer for every word spoken to my dear nephews!”

“The children did not receive any injuries during the fights in Grozny,” confirmed the famous ring entertainer Alexander Zagorsky. — If we talk about my opinion, I am against children’s fights at such an early age.

But this is specific to the region, where warriors are raised from an early age. I believe that if children do perform, they should wear protective equipment.

In one of the fights, a child from Sochi nicknamed Tank came out with a gift for his opponent. He presented his opponent with a large toy BMW car. It was quite unusual."

It is curious that the position of the show organizers was generally supported by another famous veteran fighter, Emelianenko’s former rival and Russian passport holder Jeff Monson.

“I really like Fedor Emelianenko, I respect him very much. But I one hundred percent disagree with him in this situation. On TV they show war, murder, death.

But if they show a sport in which even children throw punches and try to defeat an opponent, there is nothing wrong with that,” the radio station “Moscow Speaks” quotes Monson.

A similar position is taken in Crimea.

“Sport allows you to take children off the streets, disciplines them, gives them physical training. Playing sports is prestigious; we don’t see anything wrong with demonstration competitions with children in Grozny. It’s scary to see child cruelty on the streets, when fights, including among girls, are filmed and posted on social networks. This is what we need to pay more attention to,” Alexey Chernyak, head of the Crimean branch of the Committee of National and Non-Olympic Sports of Russia, told RIA Novosti.

He also emphasized that he began practicing sambo at the age of seven, which allowed him to save his life in a street fight in the future.

The Chechen lightweight fighter Khussein Khaliev, who knocked out Shamil Zavurov at the Grand Prix Akhmat 2016 tournament on Tuesday, also considered it necessary to speak out on the hot topic.

“Fedor Emelianenko! Your outrage about demonstration performances at a mixed martial arts tournament for children under the age of 12 causes indignation,” Khaliyev wrote on Instagram. — Fights involving children took place under the appropriate supervision of both the referee, judges, and directly the parents of the tournament participants.

Everyone knows perfectly well how much special attention the head of the republic, Hero of Russia Ramzan Kadyrov, pays to the development of children’s and youth sports in any direction.

You, the person who once stood at the origins of the formation of the mixed martial arts union in Russia, should have supported these boys in their quest for victory, and not created cheap PR for yourself. Your return to the octagon was a failure. You, neither as a person nor as an athlete, were unable to admit defeat, and it was only thanks to your past merits that “victory” was awarded to you. These boys are the future of world-class mixed martial arts.”

The scandal did not go unnoticed in the Kremlin.

“If this was shown on TV and if this corresponds to reality, then, of course, knocking out a child, and even on television, is a reason for the relevant supervisory authorities to become interested in this event,” stressed Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.

Emelianenko supported the position former champion world by professional boxing heavyweight champion Nikolay Valuev.

“Every sport is good for a certain age. Fedor absolutely rightly noted that they were too early for children, and you can believe the words of a person who really understands this, Valuev told TASS. — Fights according to MMA rules include the possibility of finishing off an opponent on the ground; this is unacceptable for small children. “I have nothing against MMA: if there are children involved, there should be certain restrictions for them that need to be respected, and some of the actions on the ground are not for their age.”

How it all began: we remember the story associated with Fedor Emelianenko, Ramzan Kadyrov and their children

The story related to the statement by the President of the MMA Union of Russia Fedor Emelianenko regarding the fights held with the participation of the children of the head of the Republic of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov continues to gain momentum, and we decided to remember how it all began, how the problem developed that resulted in an attack on the athlete’s daughter.

Let us remind you that the WFCA Akhmat Grand Prix Mixed Martial Arts Tournament took place in Grozny. Three fights took place with the participation of the children of the head of the Republic. 10-year-old Akhmad Kadyrov knocked out Damir Shevkhuzhev in the 14th second of an exhibition match in weight category up to 33 kilograms. Fedor Emelianenko spoke negatively about this on his Instagram, explaining that a tournament where eight-year-old children beat each other in front of joyful spectators is not a sport.

The athlete explained his position by saying that special restrictions were not observed in the fights, which must be taken into account due to the age of the athletes - there was no special equipment. Therefore, according to Emelyaninko, such fights cannot be allowed or justified.

The statements of the President of the Russian MMA Union did not go unnoticed. He was answered by the head of the Akhmat fight club, Abuzaid Vismuradov, who stated that the fights did not go beyond the law and were of an indicative nature, and asked Emelianenko not to tell him what to do.

Vismuradov was supported by many representatives of the Chechen Republic, among whom were mixed martial arts fighter Beslan Ushukov, State Duma deputy Igor Lebedev, famous fighter without rules Jeff Monson, children's ombudsman of the Republic of Chechnya Khamzat Khirakhmatov, as well as State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov. The latter even decided to threaten Fedor Emelianenko with the fact that the athlete would have to answer for every word spoken to his nephews.

“Fedya, remember our telephone conversation well. When you hung up, you didn’t have the courage to speak normally like a man - this is an indicator of your cowardice. In conclusion, I would like to note that no matter who the person is, he will have to answer for every word spoken to my dear nephews . Allahu Akbar,” Delimkhanov wrote on Instagram.

And the Russians decided to support Emelianenko. A petition addressed to the President of the Russian Federation appeared online, asking the head of state to pay attention to the conflict that had arisen.

"Fedor great athlete and the man has always been for everyone a model of masculine behavior and iron restraint, an example of what a Russian Orthodox man should be. He did not deserve to be insulted for drawing attention to the violation of the rules of competitions involving children,” the petition reads.

After a while, the Chechen head called on the public to stop attacks on the president of the Russian MMA Union by publishing a corresponding post on his Instagram page.

“Dear friends! I am writing to you with an urgent request and recommendation not to publish any records affecting the honor and dignity of Fedor Emelianenko,” the head of Chechnya wrote. He noted that he is primarily addressing those supporters and friends who did this “under emotional influence.” “If you really are, and I have no doubt about this, do not write such things,” Kadyrov added.

Public showdown famous fighters make it worse for everyone, including the family

Famous fighters mixed style, brothers Fedor and Alexander Emelianenko, entered into an open skirmish with numerous reproaches against each other. At first, the younger brother, in an interview with Sovetsky Sport, called the environment The Last Emperor sycophants who are unable to tell him the truth to his face. To which Fedor responded with an open letter, where he stated that Alexander is a sycophant and a Judas and that he disrespects all the people who helped him many times throughout his career... A sports journalist for MK, who knows both brothers, dismantled the conflict to its bones.

The brothers are still together. Photo: facebook/Alex-Emelyanenko

Exactly a month ago, on September 27, early in the morning I went to Novogorsk, where Fedor Emelianenko’s martial arts school was opening. And that same evening he headed to Luzhniki, where Alexander Emelianenko fought his first fight after leaving prison. The brothers have had the same rhetoric in recent years: no comments regarding each other. Fedor supported this on the 27th, but Sasha said after the fight: he would like to train with the Last Emperor again. Then I began to feel hope: what if a truce is near? A month has passed. And further than the blood brothers were from each other, only the poles.

It so happened that Sasha gave the first detailed interview before the fight to me. There he told many stories from the past: how he and Fedor broke through the wall of misunderstanding between the Russian audience and mixed martial arts, how he received “sticks on the ass” from the coach for absenteeism and much more. A good half of these facts formed the basis of the Last Emperor's answer to his younger brother.

Fedor’s open letter, published in Soviet Sport, was so unexpected that even ordinary words in it were read with a sharp intonation. However, you are probably already aware of this yourself and know the main theses by heart.

I would like to talk a little about something else. True, a little later: after we analyze both sides a little.

There was no conflict as such between the Emelianenko brothers, as far as I know. The situation escalated systematically over the years. None of us held a candle to be 100% sure of what exactly happened inside the family, and I can only speak about my information (which, however, has not let me down before).

The final point on Fedor’s part was reached around the spring of 2014 - when his brother was put on the federal wanted list on charges of raping a housekeeper. Up to this point, Emelianenko Sr. had helped in a number of moments, but then his patience ran out.

What followed was a well-known case, and Alexander went to prison. Fyodor found out how he was doing there through his relatives, but not directly. When Sasha was released (November 2016), the only relatives he had were his wife Polina, whom he married in prison, his older brother, sister and mother. He visited relatives in Tambov and Stary Oskol, after which he returned to professional sports and did it successfully, winning by knockout.

In the first months after his release, no one helped Alexander. And of the promotions that were ready to cooperate with him, only Akhmat turned out to be - the same one with whose leadership Fedor had a conflict a year ago against the backdrop of children’s fights in Grozny. But this story shouldn’t be dragged in here: it’s professional career, and the organization really provided Sasha with excellent training conditions and the opportunity to perform. Very few people would do this.

For a long time, the brothers did not comment on what was happening. We limited ourselves to a short “no comment.” It was a shame because of the obvious discord, but what can you do?

I don’t know if anyone has made any attempts to contact last month, but suddenly everything suddenly became even worse. Apparently, when it became clear: peace was not expected in the near future. And mutual stories were told about each other, which is the saddest thing - in front of the public. None of us can even come close to knowing the whole truth: we are too far from it. And at the same time, we are too stupid because we pick up this dirt. It will not benefit anyone: neither Fedor, because his image was damaged, nor Alexander, because there are already too many scandals around his name in the eyes of the public.

I truly wish this would end. For now it’s just settled down. And then, over time, when emotions and mutual grievances would have been forgotten, the brothers made peace. Now each of them has every right to speak out and defend their truth. Believe me, they both have it and two loved ones cannot be radically different. But this is a family - and it must stick together. I would like the conflict to be resolved within her, and not at the Execution Ground.

At least they have the same relatives. I seriously doubt that they enjoy watching this horror. And as a maximum, everyone has their own heritage, both sports and public, but under the same name. Emelianenko.

In November 2011, shortly before the start of a wave of mass protests in Russia, millions of people watched a video of a fight between two athletes - Fedor Emelianenko and Jeff Monson. The audience was not interested in the fight itself, but in the reaction of the audience. The stands booed Monson (according to Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov) or Putin, who was in the hall (according to numerous witnesses).

“You know, I came to watch the fight of a man whom I respect very much. I even helped partly organize it, asked our financial institutions to help organize this fight. Fedor Emelianenko is a worthy fighter,” Putin said then.

Now the famous Russian fighter and president of the MMA union has become an enemy for Ramzan Kadyrov’s closest ally, deputy State Duma Adam Delimkhanov. Besides him, Emelianenko is also threatened by other Chechens, as well as Kadyrov’s supporters. Full list The Sports.ru portal gathered those dissatisfied with the fighter’s action.

The day before, the athlete sharply criticized the fights that took place in Grozny, in which three sons of Ramzan Kadyrov fought in the ring with three peers from Sochi. All three won.

How events developed around the children's fight at the Akhmat Grand Prix.

The general director of the Sports.ru website, journalist Dmitry Navosha, notes that the scandal united not only supporters of Ramzan Kadyrov. People of opposite political views spoke out in defense of Fedor Emelianenko.

Can you now describe what is happening around Fedor Emelianenko? Who has rallied around him, who is threatening him?

As far as I know, usually in conflict situations occurring around Ramzan Kadyrov, as you know, there is only one way to deal with a different opinion in Chechnya. The exchange of opinions takes place somewhere off-screen, and in the frame we see only apologies.

This is approximately what is now required of Fedor Emelianenko, although he did not say anything rude. He talked about the law, he talked about practices, he talked about the health of children, which is threatened by such battles.

Let, for example, the Caucasus have its own traditions of education. The whole stream of insults that rushed towards Fedor Emelianenko from a variety of people, starting with Chechen fighters and ending with a State Duma deputy (Adam Delimkhanov - NV)- from my point of view, these people are saying something completely unimaginable; it would be impossible to imagine this in any country in the world. This is a mixture of threats, insults, some kind of complete heresy.

It seemed to me that today around Emelianenko, people are standing up for him who are very far from fighting, and who don’t even really like him, because he, for example, is friends with Putin, and they are in the opposition. And they seem to be for him too. Am I right?

Yes, different people, ranging from jingoistic patriots to the most irreconcilable public, expressed support for Fedor Emelianenko in one form or another. Yes, I haven’t seen such a unifying effect in the country for a long time.
