The organizers of the Confederations Cup and the host cities have done everything to ensure that fans and guests of the tournament can get to the stadiums as quickly and comfortably as possible.

Moscow. Spartak Stadium

The metro stations "Spartak" and "Tushinskaya" closest to the stadium are located within walking distance from the arena.

During the Confederations Cup, travel will be free on 18 routes that connect major transport hubs and ensure accessibility to the Spartak stadium - tram 6, trolleybus 70, buses 38, 122, 158, 248, 266, 611, 631, 899, 904, 904k, 91, m9, m10, T39, B.

There are also two express routes to the stadium - from Sheremetyevo Airport and the Airport metro station.

From June 17, a temporary dedicated lane will be put into operation on the Volokolamskoye Highway (from the Moscow Canal to the Leningradskoye Shosse), next to which the stadium is located. It will be open to public transport, as well as cars of accredited companies involved in servicing participants and guests of the tournament.

On match days, 27 additional night Aeroexpress trains will run to four airports. For free travel and entry and exit turnstiles, spectators must issue special tickets at the ticket office.

The cost of public transport in Sochi: in the Central District (from Sochi station to the Matsesta stop) is 19 rubles, from Sochi station to the Adler railway station and the airport - 50 rubles. Strictly prohibited

  • Bring into the stadium drinks in glass containers, alcohol and beer, any types of weapons, explosive and flammable substances, piercing and cutting objects, as well as any types of pyrotechnic devices;
  • Bring laser blinding devices into the stadium;
  • Damage the stadium;
  • Is in a state of alcoholic and drug intoxication;
  • Bring large items and belongings into the stadium;
  • Use attributes and banners of a racist, extremist, nationalist or offensive nature;
  • Throw, including to the side playing field, any objects and things.
  • The owner of this ticket is obliged to strictly comply with the rules of conduct at the stadium and fire safety requirements;
  • In case of violations of established requirements and rules, the ticket holder may be removed from the stadium by law enforcement officers and the Club’s security service.

Access to the stadium

The Arena Khimki stadium, where home matches of FC Dynamo Moscow take place, is equipped with a turnstile system. To enter the stadium with a ticket, you must insert the ticket into the reader (highlighted in orange) with the barcode first. After reading the barcode, the turnstile display will display a corresponding information message (see below)

Message types:

“Welcome” - Entry is allowed, you can go through the turnstile. Welcome to the game!

“Ticket has already been used” - Double use of a ticket, your ticket has already passed entry control and its owner is at the stadium. You will be denied entry to the event on the basis that re-entry using a photocopy or original ticket is impossible.

“Wrong entry number” - The ticket is for a different entry. On the ticket, in the “entrance” field, the number of the entrance to the stadium through which you can enter the stands is indicated.

“Wrong Event” - The ticket is for a different event.

“Access denied” - The ticket is not in the system or the barcode is not from the ticket system. This is an invalid ticket and cannot be used to enter the stadium.

If there is no reaction to the barcode on the display, then: you must hand over the ticket to the steward serving this entry group. If the turnstile does not respond, the steward visually checks the ticket for the presence of a barcode and the absence of damage to the barcode, and independently tries to read the barcode from the ticket again.

If the ticket is not read again, the steward will call an employee of the ticket department, who will either solve your problem or reasonably refuse entry to the stadium.

If the integrity of the barcode is broken, and this leads to the impossibility of reading, as well as the absence of a barcode on the ticket, you will be denied access to the event.

A refund of an e-ticket is only possible if the match is postponed or cancelled. The organizer does not accept any liability for any claims, damages, compensation, losses or expenses as a result of the cancellation, postponement or change of the match.

  • Bring to the stands and use banners and flags with the symbols of FC Lokomotiv and in its support measuring 2 m x 1.5 m, including on hollow poles not exceeding 1.5 m in length and 2.5 cm in diameter ( if you have a fire safety certificate).

When attending matches, the ticket holder is obliged to:

  • Place bulky items whose dimensions in length, width and height exceed 40 x 40 x 45 centimeters in the storage room, unless the carrying of bulky items to the venue of an official sports competition is agreed upon with the organizer of the official sports competition.

When attending matches, the ticket holder is prohibited from:

  • Be in a state of intoxication that offends human dignity and public morality.
  • Throw objects in the direction of other spectators, participants and other persons located at the competition venue or in the adjacent territory.
  • Insult other persons and commit other actions discrediting honor, dignity or business reputation or aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliating the dignity of a person or group of persons on the basis of gender, race, nationality, language, origin, or attitude to religion.
  • Conceal your faces, including using masks, disguises and other items designed to make identification difficult.
  • Violate public morals and standards of behavior by exposing intimate parts of the body during official sports competitions.
  • Enter the venue of a sports competition or the territory adjacent to it, and into areas not indicated on the ticket or in a document replacing it (technical rooms, areas for honored guests, areas for accommodating media representatives, athletes' locker rooms, judges' rooms, etc.) .d.), access to which is limited.
  • Be on the stairs during an official sports competition, move from sector to sector, interfere with traffic in areas of competition venues intended for evacuation, including in passages, exits and entrances.
  • Apply inscriptions and drawings on structures, structures, structures located in the venues of official sports competitions, as well as place foreign objects near them without the appropriate permission of the organizers of the official sports competition or the owners (users) of sports facilities.
  • Enter the venue of an official sports competition with animals and birds, with the exception of muzzled guide dogs.

    Weapons of any type, including self-defense, and ammunition, piercing or cutting objects, other items that can be used as weapons, explosive, poisonous, poisonous and pungent-smelling substances, radioactive materials;

    Flammable and pyrotechnic substances or products (except for matches, pocket lighters), including flares, flares, firecrackers, gas cylinders and items (chemical materials) that can be used to make pyrotechnic products or smoke;

    Devices and products, including home-made ones, that are not pyrotechnics, used for scattering, spraying various materials and substances (pneumatic flappers), as well as aerosols, perfumes in bottles, deodorants;

    Wind instruments for producing sounds (including vuvuzelas), with the exception of horns and pipes;

    Alcoholic drinks of any kind, narcotic and toxic substances or stimulants;

    Soft drinks in glass or tin containers, as well as in plastic containers with a volume of more than 0.5 liters;

    Propaganda materials of an extremist nature or containing Nazi paraphernalia or symbols or paraphernalia or symbols of extremist organizations;

    Technical means that can interfere with the conduct of an official sports competition or its participants (laser devices, flashlights), radio stations, sound amplification equipment;

    Bulky objects that interfere with other spectators, unless the carrying of such objects is agreed upon with the organizer of an official sports competition;

    Tin cans, glass, plastic dishes and containers, as well as thermoses and thermal mugs;

    Sports equipment;

    Any smoking devices, including electronic cigarettes;

    Any other objects besides those listed above that can be used as throwing objects;

    I eat food in any form, with the exception of those purchased at specialized retail outlets located at the venue of official sports competitions.

  • Carry out illegal trade (including tickets or documents replacing them), distribute in any way products of a political, religious and racist nature (including posters, leaflets, booklets).
  • Smoking in the stadium and surrounding areas, including any buildings and premises, parking spaces, squares, etc.
  • Resell tickets. If proposals for the sale of tickets are detected, the club reserves the right to apply sanctions to the fan selling the ticket, up to and including blocking the account on the website, club card and season ticket.
    If electronic ticket forms are copied, access to the event will only be available with the ticket that was presented first.

General provisions.

1.2. Entry to the stadium requires acceptance and compliance by fans with these Rules, which are valid for the entire duration of their stay at the Stadium.

1.3. The administration is not responsible for things lost or forgotten while at the Stadium.

Fans have the right:

2.1. Enter the Stadium upon presentation of one of the following documents:

Ticket for one match (event)

Season pass;

Invitations;

Accreditation card of the established form, which gives the right of passage;

Passes for entry of vehicles into the stadium territory and its parking, as well as, if necessary, an identity document;

2.2. Admission of fans to the stadium is permitted no earlier than 2 (two) hours before the start of the match ( mass event), the start time of which is determined in advance and brought to the attention of fans through the media;

2.3. Take seats in the stands of the Stadium in accordance with tickets, season tickets and documents that replace them;

2.4. Use the services of storage rooms, restaurants, and establishments located at the stadium fast food, kiosks, cloakrooms, medical aid stations, toilets;

2.5. Support personally chosen football club(team), individual players and coaches by all non-prohibited means and forms of behavior;

2.6. Carry without restrictions into the stands of the Stadium and use to support match participants:

Official club paraphernalia;

Banners and flags measuring 2x1.5 m or less, made of non-flammable materials on plastic flexible hollow poles, the dimensions of which do not exceed 1.5 m in length and 5 cm in diameter;

2.7. Receive additional information regarding the course of events at the stadium, outside it, as well as regarding competitions in other cities.

Fans are obliged to:

3.1. Maintain public order and generally accepted norms of behavior;

3.2. Present to the employees who carry out access control at the Stadium the following documents: tickets, season tickets, invitations, accreditation cards giving the right to enter the stadium, passes for the entry of vehicles into the territory of the Stadium and its parking, as well as, if necessary, a document certifying personality;

3.3. In order to ensure security and prevent the introduction of prohibited items into the stadium, upon entry, fans acknowledge the right and agree to have their personal search carried out by Stadium security personnel;

3.4. Take seats in the stands of the Stadium in accordance with tickets, season tickets and documents that are replaced;

3.5. Show respect for national anthems, flags, symbols of states, FIFA, UEFA, FFU, UPL and clubs;

3.6. Treat the property of the Stadium and the clubs (teams) taking part in the football match with care;

3.7. Treat other fans and participants of a football match, as well as those providing security and maintenance of the match with respect;

3.8. Inform representatives of the Stadium security services, stewards, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and other persons responsible for ensuring law and order about violations of these Rules, as well as about the commission and possible violations of law and order, about persons who, by their actions or behavior, raise suspicion of the intention to commit an offense, etc. d.;

3.9. Immediately notify security personnel if suspicious objects, smoke or fire are detected;

3.10. Comply with the requirements of security personnel regarding compliance with these Rules;

3.11. Upon receiving information about an emergency situation, act according to the evacuation plan in accordance with the instructions of those providing security, maintaining peace, and without creating panic;

3.12. Place bulky or prohibited items into the Stadium storage room. A bulky item is any object whose dimensions exceed 25x25x25 cm.

Fans are prohibited from:

4.1. Entering the stadium and watching a match (mass event) while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as well as the use of narcotic or psychotropic substances on the territory of the Stadium;

4.2. Smoking on the Stadium grounds, except in specially designated areas;

4.3. Throw onto a football field, at football players, referees, coaches, security personnel, or fans and their vehicles any items;

4.4. Light torches or fires, use pyrotechnic products regardless of their type and purpose, set fire to any objects;

4.5. Use rude, obscene, offensive expressions, gestures, songs, political slogans, chant obscene and humiliating slogans, as well as use threats and intimidation of other fans, match participants, and security personnel;

4.6. Discriminate against football players, coaches, referees, other officials and fans on the basis of nationality or skin color, as well as conduct campaigning, inciting social, interracial, national or religious hatred;

4.7. Go to the football field, to the locations of the teams, referees, match delegates, enter the doping control room, the officials' room and corporate boxes or other special premises of the Stadium;

4.8. During a football match, stand at your seats, in the aisles, on the stairs, or interfere with the movement of football match participants and fans;

4.9. Stand on chairs, climb fences, parapets, supporting structures of the Stadium;

4.10. Come to the stadium with animals and birds, with the exception of guide dogs for the disabled;

4.11. Use professional photo and video equipment;

4.12. Cause damage to the property of the Stadium, clubs (teams), football players, officials, fans and their vehicles;

4.13. Apply inscriptions and drawings on structures, buildings, structures of the Stadium, as well as place foreign objects near them without the permission of the Stadium management;

4.14. Bring to the stadium:

Any alcoholic beverages, narcotic and toxic substances, other stimulants;

Drinks in any packaging;

Weapons and items that can be used as weapons;

Piercing and cutting objects;

Items that can be used as throwing objects: cane-type umbrellas, helmets, bottles, cups, glasses, including cans, as well as other items made of polyester, glass and other fragile or, conversely, too hard material, and also Tetrapack packaging;

Smoke bombs, flyers and other pyrotechnics;

Dyes and paints;

Flammable, flammable, explosive, toxic and caustic substances;

If a fan violates the Rules, by decision of the Stadium management, the following penalties may be applied to him:

5.1. Expulsion from the Stadium without compensation for the cost of a ticket, season ticket, or vehicle entry pass;

5.2. Temporary suspension (for a certain number of matches) without compensation for the cost of the following documents:

An invitation or document (accreditation card) of the established form, which gives the right of passage;

5.3. Complete cancellation without compensation for the cost of the following documents:

Season ticket of a fan who violated the Rules;

Vehicle entry passes;

An invitation or document (accreditation card) of the established form, which gives the right of passage.

Responsibility for violation of the Rules:

6.1. Persons who have committed a violation of the Rules are held accountable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine;

6.2. Competition organizers or authorized persons of the Stadium and/or the host football club, representatives of internal affairs bodies have the right to remove from the Stadium a person who does not comply with the requirements of the Rules, and make a decision regarding the prohibition of such a person from entering the stadium in the future

If the authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, when detaining a person who resold tickets, confiscate tickets for a football match purchased for a season ticket, then the management of the Stadium has the right to cancel such season tickets without compensation for the cost and permanently ban their owner from visiting the stadium.
