Finally, in Western Norway, from May to September you can engage in freshwater fishing and, in particular, from mid-June to mid-August - salmon fishing. Among the marine fish you can catch here are pollock, cod, haddock, moth, sockeye salmon, catfish, monkfish, halibut and mackerel.
