When preparing food, do not add salt! Add salt to foods while eating. To avoid exceeding your daily salt intake, use these culinary tricks:

Meat, chicken - mix 1 tbsp. kefir, 2 tbsp. l. chopped herbs, 2-3 cloves of garlic. Marinate the meat. Bake in foil!

Fish - fry 2 tbsp. l. sour cream, put a bunch of greens inside the carcass. Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.

Salads - season with vegetable oil and add 1/2 tsp. balsamic vinegar.

Pasta - add a dash of soy sauce, basil leaves and 2-3 slices of fresh tomato.

Lingonberry sorbet - dissolve in 1 tbsp. hot water 1 tbsp. l. honey, 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice. Grind 400 g of frozen lingonberries in a blender. Add syrup. Place the puree in a plastic container. Place in the freezer for 6 hours. Stir thoroughly every hour. Divide the sorbet into 2 servings. Each serving contains 75 calories.

Nut meringue - mince 30 g of raw almonds, 30 g of raisins. Beat 2 egg whites into a thick foam and mix with the nut mixture. Bake meringues in a silicone mold. 1 piece contains 25 calories.
