As someone who buys a new version of Football Manager every year, I simply can't get over all the new football content coming to mobile platforms. So far, even my dreams that soon the FM Handheld will become exactly the same as the “large” version are not destined to come true. What can we say about simulators, which, it seems, will always be infinitely far from their console-computer counterparts. However, they also have their own (huge) audience on smartphones and tablets. Therefore, we will analyze the two main (in our opinion) mobile football simulators of our time: Fifa ultimate team 15 and First Touch Soccer.
FIFA 15, of course, immediately takes on the scale. A bunch of leagues, a sea of licenses, all your favorite players - it's all here. And even though they look very clumsy, the very feeling that you are running after Messi, it won’t go away. Another thing is that for several years now I still can’t learn how to play mobile Fifa in such a way as to beat the artificial intelligence at least once. And every year the picture repeats itself - on the art on Google Play it says “Fifa has become even easier!”, in the water part new instructions for control are given, but I still cannot give a pass to 2 meters. This time, nothing has changed. Playing Fifa on the tablet, I play around, do stupid things, kick crows, but I just don’t play football.

An unexpected competitor to Fifa in the form of First Touch Soccer gave me very positive emotions. The key point is that First Touch Soccer is actually playable. First of all, because he is simply an arcade player. The developers increased the pace, reduced the pressure, made the field larger, which is why you always have time and space to maneuver. Yes, it's less realistic - but, damn it, we play football on mobile platforms! In addition, FTS has fewer active buttons, making it almost impossible to get confused.
In all other respects, FTS, of course, loses by one wicket. Few licenses, fictitious players, a modest career mode - all this, after Fifa, is simply difficult to get used to. As for graphics, FTS certainly looks no worse, and in terms of animation it is even better than its opponent.

For me the results are obvious. If you want to play the cool Light version football manager- feel free to go to FIFA Ultimate Team 15. But know that there is a risk of getting lost in it until the next part is released.
