Attacks on the Garrison are scripted events in which players must defeat a small army of invaders belonging to a specific Draenor faction. Armies, driven by a thirst for revenge for the murder of representatives of the corresponding faction, attack the players' garrisons. By repelling an attack, you can earn points that determine the rating: bronze - more than 300 points, silver - more than 600 points, gold - more than 1000 points. The higher the rating, the better the reward (including level 651 mounts and equipment items). It's easiest to deal with invaders and get high ratings in a group of three people.

1. Awards

As mentioned above, the reward depends on the rating received. Rewards come in three levels, each level corresponding to a specific rating. If you achieve a Gold rating, you will also be able to receive rewards corresponding to a Silver and Bronze rating. If you achieve a Silver rating, you will also be able to receive rewards corresponding to a Bronze rating. The reward can only be received once a week.

After repelling the attack, the reward will immediately appear in the participants’ bags (of course, if they participate in the event for the first time in a week).

1.1. Bronze Rank Rewards

Repelling a Bronze-rated attack will reward you with 15g40s, 33x, and a Dropped Raider's Bag, which always contains 25x Apexis Crystals and 25x, and can also contain parts for an Arcane Crystal Module

1.2. Silver Rating Rewards

Repelling a Silver rated attack will reward you with 30g80s, 50x Apexis Crystals and a Damaged Raider's Safe, which always contains 40x Apexis Crystals and 35x Garrison Resources, and can also contain level 645 gear items (battle-hardened - level 651) and parts for the Arcane Module crystal (required to build an auction in).

1.3. Gold Rating Rewards

Repelling a gold-rated attack will reward you with 61g60s, 75x Apexis Crystals and Forgotten Raider Supplies, which always contains 50x Apexis Crystals and 50x Garrison Resources, and can also contain level 645 gear items (battle-hardened - level 651), parts for the Arcane Module crystal (required to build an auction in) and one of four mounts: Armored Garn, Huge Cold-Snouted Boar, Dark Pearlhide Elekk and Smoky Dire Wolf.

2. How to launch an attack on the Garrison?

Attacks happen after you kill a lot of mobs from one of the Draenor factions: Botani, Goren, Iron Horde, Ogres, Shadow Council or Shadowmoon Clan. The exact number of mobs is unknown, however the attack will only occur after you exceed the set number of kills. Usually the attack works after you perform a daily attack on apexis crystals in the same location three times.

After killing enough mobs, you will receive a notification in the garrison report. The next time you return to the garrison, you can take the quest from Sergeant Crowler (Alliance) or Sergeant Grimmaw (Horde). By talking to the NPC again, you will trigger the event.

You will not be able to receive a new quest until you complete the previous one.

3. How to get a gold rating?

During the invasion, you will need to kill as many enemies as possible, as well as complete the tasks that appear on the screen as quickly as possible.

The main way to get gold is to invite friends. In this case, you can be evenly distributed throughout the garrison, quickly kill enemies and respond to missions. You can invite one or two friends. To get into your garrison, they must right-click on their portrait and select "Visit Leader's Garrison." Ideally, one player should be in the center, the second - near the main entrance, the third - at the emergency exit (For Alliance players - next to the mine, for Horde players - in the southern part of the garrison). Each player must choose a fighter's specialization, because... During an invasion there is no need for healers and tanks.

The lesson was interrupted by a bell....oh my God, this call meant that the compartment with magical medicines was again under threat. “Well, it’s not in vain that we were taught martial arts,” I thought and rushed to the door. While we were all running to the compartment, I imagined how I would insert trandules into these ogres, uhhhh and I, like a ninja, would bring down my blow on them.... baaaah and everything flies apart..... boom... bang... and in the shroud of explosions, I stand out myself Elsa Russell... these were all my ideal plans. And so I ran to the door, into the compartment, behind me they were snoring heavily Natsu, Gray and Mira.

“Oh, you athletes,” I grinned, “and so now we will destroy, comrades.”

The eyes of Natsu and Gray shone with happiness, pooh, what would it be like without these comrades.

“Well, never mind, there’s going to be a lot of bloody people right now,” Natsu and Gray screamed in unison.

I opened the door slightly, damn everything is in the fog, hmm, what is this? I took a decisive step and fell somewhere. With a wild squeal, Mira flew after me, clutching my hand. We didn’t fly for long, and the fall wasn’t so pleasant. A couple of minutes later, these two joined us. More precisely, they didn’t fall, because they knew how to fly, pfft, not like us. And so it turned out to be very dark here.

“Hey, you’re overcooked, turn on the light,” Gray blurted out.

Shall we brush ourselves away?” Natsu barked.

Hey guys, not now - I got up and helped Mira get up. When Natsu shone the fire, we were all in shock. The ogres destroyed everything here... shelves with potions were lying on the floor, cracked jars... oh, who will clean it all up. And then someone’s eyes sparkled in the darkness.

It was an ogre - Mira squealed - maaaaaaaah - she rushed towards me and grabbed my hand.

I'm a crazy MOTHER - I blurted out and got into a fighting stance - well, come here ogre!

And then something jumped out of the darkness, and, naturally, right at me. I suddenly grabbed my bow and arrows, for a split second and... my golden arrow was sticking out in the chest of the org. Shining a torch towards the guys, I observed the following picture: Mira pressed herself against the wall, slid down it and sat quietly, Natsu and Gray stood in an embrace in the middle of the room and, closing their eyes, remembered all the gods to whom they could pray and periodically squealed like two girls. I approached the org, stepping on his chest with one foot, and with the other began to take out my arrow. At that moment, someone pulled me by the leg and I fell, painfully hitting my head on the ground. Damn the ogre is still alive... he looked sarcastically at me and... the closet jerked. My eyes filled with horror of what was coming, but then someone grabbed me and dragged me to the side.

Hey, you brave green-eyed girl - I immediately recognized this impudent little voice.

Mmmm Natsu Natsu decided to save me, hero.

The guy hissed offendedly and turned away: “Well, maybe he’s decided.”

I just ruffled his hair: “Well, at least that’s it, thank you half-baked,” and we all laughed in unison. I stood up, brushed off the dust from my beautiful black pants and white T-shirt.

Whoever is the last to get out of here will be the one - Natsu barked and opened his wings to fly away, but it was not there, Gray plopped down on him and began to freeze his wings. While they were lying on the floor and fighting, I took out a bow and arrows and with the help of them my way to the top, Mira climbed after me. Having climbed to the top, I shouted:

Hey guys - they raised their heads up - cleaning is yours, they muttered something, but Mira and I didn’t hear anything anymore. We had to go to class

Several days passed after that massacre on the Tandol Bridge, during which the Brotherhood of the Raven, the League of Arathor, as well as the Phoenix Union, managed to do a lot: strengthen and expand camps, establish fortifications, gain strength and heal past wounds. They would spend this quiet, warm evening around the fire, telling stories and building future plans, when suddenly a frightened soldier came running and destroyed this picture. He reported that the southern fortification was attacked by ogres. The local commander immediately sent several detachments to that place, and even some volunteers also volunteered to help in the defense. A high-pitched scream in the distance also confirmed that something bad was happening there.


Hastily reaching the exit, the group opened wonderful view to an endless hilly field dotted with steppe grass, and... Ogres. Their number was not that great, they were just scattered uncomfortably. While the defenders were watching this picture, one such barbarian headed towards them, and, noticing an abandoned stagecoach, he picked it up with his hands. In general, the giants clearly had very bad intentions, and the guards, having painted a picture for themselves, were already ready to act.


The first to suffer from the attacks was the impudent ogre, who raised the convoy over his head. While his hands were busy, the redskin was already being gnawed from below by a druid and chopped down by a warrior, not leaving the barbarian a chance for further life. His body was covered with a stagecoach, which he did not manage to throw into the crowd nearby, but was already about to do so.

But while the group was admiring this absurd spectacle, in the distance the giants were already beginning to destroy the post, as well as the soldiers protecting it, but soon the ogres were still prevented from engaging in this activity by various factors: under their feet there were barricades, over which they stumbled every now and then; both inspired vanguard fighters and various spells with projectiles flew at them. The main battle has just begun.


With the first efforts, the first positive results appeared: the wounded giants became even more clumsy, and soon they were completely killed. It’s incredible that they didn’t crush anyone with their carcasses - apparently, the rest of the fighters really only benefited them. The remaining ogres were soon finished off by brave warriors, druids, magicians and archers. Victory?

But, alas, more screams were heard. In the distance, another group of ogres approached, who were not going to go into close combat. It was visible how they stopped and smoothly began to move their hands in front of them, doing something bad. Some of them managed to recreate a protective barrier, which with its purple aura was already causing slight panic.

In opposition to the giants, the defenders of the stronghold hurriedly tried to figure out what to do with them. Unable to bear the loss of time, one of the people shot at the barrier, and apparently the ogre who was holding it got scared and broke his concentration. The magicians' defenses have fallen. One of those sentries who stood on the ballista already had that cluster in his sights, and as soon as the moment arose, he immediately fired a huge bolt at them. Naturally, the half-dead remnants of the ogres no longer posed any danger, but the shooters decided to give their voice, ending the torment of the last giants with a hail of arrows and bullets. ...Victory?


But that was not the case! One ogre sat in a bush all this time, whispering something bad, creating a projectile in front of him. Seeing defeat, he desperately ran away, extending his palm one last time. Before they even had time to understand anything, the defenders were already deafened by a blast wave: one of the defensive fortifications became the target of that magician. Naturally, along with the explosion, debris also scattered - many soldiers were hit by a cloud of fragments, and one charged ballista, alas, scattered and fired its projectile with a whistle almost right next to the defenders, who were shocked by such an outcome. More fragments, this time from the crushed stone road, and the metal tip itself, covered the nearest area with hail. Fortunately, many were wearing armor, which stopped most of the dangerous fragments. But, alas, not without casualties. VICTORY!? Yes, the ogres' attack on the road post was repulsed, but at what cost?


The League of Arathor road post was successfully defended against a surprise attack. Boulderfist ogres. The defenders gained invaluable combat ammunition experience; beautiful, and not very wounded; and also became much better at fighting large creatures.

The Arathi Highlands stronghold lost one stagecoach, a ballista, and several soldiers. The post south of one of the exits was destroyed.

Unauthorized attacks on your garrison are strategic tasks that you receive once a week. They help repel enemy invasions. Be ready for the first attack! Attack location: Shadowmoon Valley or Frostfire Ridge. As you progress through the quest, the strength of the invasions will increase. The first attacks are not a real enemy invasion of your garrison.

Strategy
Enemies will begin preparing an operation against your garrison when you kill level 100 creatures while completing tasks in the Apexis Crystals sector. In this case, get ready to receive tasks from the town hall.

To start an attack, you need to make contact with one of two characters to choose from. Your contact person is Sergeant Crowler or Sergeant Evil Maw.
Here are some types of attacks:

Assault - talk to the sergeant;

Resource potential for consumption
You can purchase consumable items from characters with the rank of Sergeants at a cost of 60 garrison resources. This product is applicable exclusively for attacking your garrison.

Main items:
Enchanted Restoration Crystal: Cyclically replenishes the potential of supernatural powers to your supporters.
Enchanted Freeze Crystal: Has the unique ability to freeze your enemies.
Stable speed phial: When you kill an enemy, you increase your movement speed by exactly double in a 10 second time frame. However, this option is only possible on the territory of your garrison.
